I highly recommend Melrose Physiotherapy! Their front office (Rutuja) is very professional and accommodating. The Physiotherapist (Mohit) is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, engaging and conscientious.

Once Mohit completes his assessments he immediately assigns the required activities along with a follow-up schedule in order to achieve the required results.

Melrose and their staff have a comprehensive program and understanding of what needs to be developed and implemented for the patient.

Other Physio Practitioners that I’ve been to, are less productive while putting more effort into generating money without delivering quality services for the customer.

I was very satisfied with sumya’s service. She is definitely very knowledgable, and in addition to feeling safe with her treatment plan, I really appreciated her care towards me and my recovery. I highly recommend this clinic

This clinic has such wonderful staff. Staff who have empathy for any client walking through that door. Their personalities are so warm with smiles from ear to ear, which I felt comfortable in their setting right away. I find this clinic gives the vibes of a family setting. They have passion for their clients to obtain the best care possible. Thanks to Ryan Grigg and Mohit Bhatt. My left knee is 98.9%, much better now than it was a month ago. I have been a client of this clinic for quite some time, and I insist that if you have any problems with your back, legs, knees, or other physical ailments, this is the place to go. After a total Knee Replacement involving a complicated removal of screws and plates in my Tibia Plateau from a prior accident, PT Physiotherapy had me walking more comfortably than any time in the past 22 years! My sincere thanks to Sumya and Ryan for their patience, persistence and exceptional help! Put up with a little discomfort, do the exercises and the results are amazing!

I visited this clinic because I sprained my ankle and it was giving me a lot of pain. Mohit Bhatt was giving me treatment for it. He is an expert guy with a lot of experience. He was always gentle but knew when to push the limits, a bit. Now I can go for long walks again and also run without any pain.
The whole team at Melrose Physiotherapy was wonderful and helpful, they can bill directly to WSIB/Insurance. My overall experience with them was awesome. I would definitely suggest this clinic to my friends and family.

Be very careful with this place for several Professional and safety reasons. One of them is a very problematic entrance through an unsafe ramp. Go to street view to see the ramp before you are going there.

Two weeks before a trip to Ireland, land of uneven paths, I did something to my left knee. After 3 sessions with Waku Goto, I was feeling more confident and ready to go. Enjoyed every rugged step along the way. He also provided exercises I could do during my adventure. Highly recommend Waku. Thank you.

I've had a great experience with Melrose Physiotherapy! My Massage Therapist Darek was very good at communicating what we were working on, gave simple and helpful exercises for me to do on my own for IT Band Pain, and did a great job to reduce my lower back pain. The front desk team is also very friendly and helpful. Nice, clean and organized clinic. Highly recommended!

Waku is the best physiotherapist in the world, hands down, bar none. Great location with friendly staff.

I showed up at the clinic 10 mins before my appointment time. Waited for 30 mins for the massage therapist Derak only to be told that he had a family emergency and is not coming in at all.

I understand people have emergencies, I don’t understand why I couldn’t be told sooner. If it weren’t for the receptionist to come and check on me to see if he has arrived, I would have waited longer.

Only interacted with two people, the receptionist and the my physiotherapist, though I have to admit she did a great job, I went from barely being able to walk with a cane to walking unassisted within a month, would highly recommend coming here for recovery

The staff at the clinic is very friendly and professional, the clinic is clean and pleasant. The therapist who is treating me is very capable and understanding. Overall I enjoy coming to the clinic and my shoulder is feeling better with every visit.

This place is definitely a great place. Waku is so friendly and helpful and I am pretty back at my pre-accident state! There's just something so comforting and professional in how these guys work, would definitely recommend! Sad that I don't have much time here anymore, but it's a blessing because they helped with my recovery a lot!

As mentioned in the survey I completed shortly after my first visit to Melrose Physiotherapy, the service provided by Agnes, Ryan and Zeya, and Michelle was exemplary. Always friendly and professional and a positive attitude and straightforward, team approach - explaining what they were doing, and my responsibilities in completing forms and doing exercises at home, and asking if there were any questions - and fair yet firm, kind and respectful in their responses (I noticed this especially when clients arrived late and their appointments had to be rescheduled for another day, despite their grumbling). As noted by a client sitting in the foyer, I didin't feel like a number in a production line.

I think Agnes is a very good Manager (everything runs like clockwork and equally important, the employees appear to be happy, loving what they do and where they work), and an excellent mentor and guide to the young woman who was completing her internship - giving Michaela (?) the opportunity to make assessment and treatment decisions, and intervening only when and as needed, again in a respectful yet straightforward manner.

PS. In my opinion, one survey would suffice, especially given the frequency with which customers are being asked to complete forms and suveys these days.

This was my first time I had ever been to a physiotherapist. I found the receptionist very friendly and helpful with information for my pregnant daughter. Also, Mohammed, my physiotherapist, was very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. He gave me great exercises to take home with me, and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Melrose Physiotherapy.

The provincial government covered the cost of the treatments for my shoulder joint replacement, and I received the same treatment as other patients covered by insurance companies. Melrose is on the hospital recommended list for post-surgery treatments for a very good reason. They know what they're doing! I've been to PT Heaoth Melrose Clinic before for the expert physiotherapy treatments for several other joint replacements, and muscular problems, and I wouldn't go anyplace else. The head physotherapist - who assess you and oversees the treatments is excellent, as was the physiotherapist tho did all my treatments. They're positive, encouraging, very professional and all very pleasant. I'm going to miss going for treatments, but all along, I was given the treatments I needed to build up the area, and then also given the range of exercises to do at home - twice a day - to work my way to being able to get my new shoulder joint and arm above my head as well as behind my back. I will continue to work on it because if you don't, you're going to lose all of the good work your therapists and you did, which would be a shame.

The facility is very clean, the equipment and machines used either before certain types of therapy, or afterwards are always in top condition. I will add swimming to my program. I can't say enough about what a great experience it's been - once again. Thank you Agnus, Zeyaand fhe staff at PT Health Melrose Clinic! Jac!

For my recovery after a fractured ankle, I contacted pt Health - Melrose Physiotherapy.
The first appointment was scheduled for 2 months later.
I received 8 'Care - over 65 OHIP funded' sessions. Each 30 min.long session consisted of 10-15 min of warm compresses, followed by massage and instructions regarding home exercises.
The staff was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, punctual and very friendly.
So, although no quantity, certainly quality!

I have been treated at Melrose Physiotherapy Toronto Clinic twice. Once for sport-related injury and second, very resent, time for post-op rehab.
Great people. Knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and confident. Progress of recovery is evaluated on every visit and adjustments are made.
Very accommodating with appointment times. Everything happens on time, as booked. And parking is always available. Convenient location.
