Excellent food! Great hospitality, will be going back again soon. Inflation is high, however prices are adequate considering the economic situation we are facing.

Talking about Meltwich at King Street W, Kitchener. It’s the only place you’ll find serving late night with multiple options for non-veg/ vegetarian and it’s vegan friendly as well. The exposed brick walls adds up to the vibes.

I tried the Vegan beyond meat burger and the classic poutine and they turned out to be very delectable and economical. The portion size and the Oreo shake at last helped in a satisfying ending to an exhausting day.

Customer service is like. Not even average. The woman working sincerely seemed to not want anyone to even order food. Seemed bored, maybe even annoyed?

Not having a functional washroom meant I had to walk my daughter all the way to the basement of coffee culture across the street. That dampened the mood pretty bad and then the food wasnt up to the quality that justifies the price. It was alright but quite over priced.

That Nashville chicken sandwich is prob one of my all time fav burgers. Also the staff was super friendly:)

Delicious food and great friendly service! Went in to use the washroom not wanting to buy anything because I'm vegan but I took a look at the menu and they have vegan options. Also each day they have a deal and the day I went in they happened to have a deal on their vegan grilled cheese. Also multiple bread options which is good for me because white bread breaks out my skin! Also they have gluten-free options.

I would give this place a 0 the owner is very rude and disrespectful. The food is gross. Don’t waste your money on this place!

The price is definitely not worth it for the flavorless sandwiches we received. $27somthing for just 2 sandwiches that were very bland was so disappointing. We also had the tater tots and they where nice and Crispy but I found the oil left a horrible after taste. Chicken on the sandwiches was also very minimal. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. Save your money and make a grilled cheese at home, it will for sure taste better!

Had a double patty cheeseburger, juicy patty and light bun. Fries were lukewarm, but atmosphere was great. Good song selection, (well picked rap/pop) lighting, seating, overall good vibes. One star out cause fries had cooled down

I get the Monday special (burgers, fries and drink) here fairly often and for the most part, the food is great. However, I’m not a fan of the buns they use for their burgers, and actually find it kind of gross at times. The fries are crispy and delicious, but I personally find them to be over salted, even when compared to other fast food places.

We tried their veggie sandwich & the impossible burger which was great. The girl on the counter is very sweet. Recommended.

There are a number of tasty vegan options here! The delivery's quick and it's just got the right vibe to dine in.

My fiance and I ordered the Tattooed Chicken Club, Philly Cheesesteak, and Classic Poutine. Service was quick and the food was amazing The cheese was melted nicely and onions were sauteed beautifully Steak was juicy and we mixed some into our poutine for a nice added topping! Avocado on the club sandwich had a nice creamy texture and the sandwich was grilled just right Comfortable seating.was our first time coming here and it was a great experience Will remember to drop by next time we're in Kitchener Thank you so much!

Been here a few times. Loved the vibes in the evening and also tried the crispy chicken and the poutine along with the classic sandwich. Don’t miss the chocolate shake when here. The owners are very sweet and the staff (Mandeep &Sarab) are also kind as well.

Stopped in here on our way home. We had the philly cheese, a standard burger and a chocolate shake. Everything was super tasty. The shake was so chocolaty it really hit the spot. Only thing that would of made it over the top would of been green peppers on the cheese steak. Will definately be back!

This is great sandwich. I had an office event catered by Meltwich. I had The God father and it was marvellous.
I got home that evening and could not get the sand out it my head. I order Tattooed Chicken Club via Uber eats. It was delivered still hot and had cheddar cheese, grilled chicken breast, hickory smoked bacon, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and pesto aioli. The best thing about this meal is that the sandwiches are filling. A new Meltwich is opening down my street and I will definitely be going there.

The sandwhiches, burgers and poutines are really good. Good selection of vegan options. The food is really good. The only downside is that it's very expensive especially when you order through door dash. I wish there was combo options instead of ordering every item seperate and it costing a fortune. I don't often order because of the high cost.

Food was fantastic and speed of service was great, but the person who took my order definitely did not want to be there and it shows.

One of my favourite food spot in the area. They are open till late night. Restaurant is very clean and foods always fresh.

We visited Kitchener to help move our friends, and this place was the only restaurant open late night. After a really long and tiring day, Meltwich came to our rescue and offered us delish sandwiches which were vegan friendly! We loved the tater tots too on the side which was like icing on the cake. Keep it up!

Sandwiches are bland and often soggy. Would make good hangover food. Fries are great. The place is often short-staffed.

Food is okay, but girl who took my order was way to rude and doesn’t seem to care about their attitude towards customers. Asking customer in rude tone and trying to rush through order and talking rudely is not something that any customer will accept. Totally ruined my mood and appetite.

I’ve been multiple times, when they first opened the burgers were really good, but my most recent visit the burger was just a boring frozen tasteless burger that probably came out of a box. No need to go back.

Go to this location all the time. I love the staff they are nice people. I usually go in later at night due to my work schedule but the night staff are amazing and super sweet. Even when they are busy with Uber orders they are very attentive with in store customers. 10/10 customer service and food quality. The two girls on night shifts when I go in are always so sweet always have smiles in their faces and are ready to serve.

Great food and customer service. Absolutely accommodating too! I came in right before close and they still managed to make me an amazing poutine as they wrapped up for the night. Awesome service!

Normally have decent experience here, but was there at 1am last night and they said the grill was closed down for the night, all we could order was a poutine or something from the fryer. The hours say open until 3: 30am, and orders were still being taken through skip the dishes for everything. Not sure if the staff last night just didn’t feel like making a burger, but it was not a great experience to say the least.

The girl behind the counter didn't greet me and just stared at me. I had never been there before today and honestly I can't see myself coming back.

I enjoyed the tasty sandwich, but the service was a bit slower than I expected, as I only had 20 minutes to catch the bus I was waiting for.

Im here right now atm and been waiting for a poutine forever the girl dont seem to care today she's taking her sweet time totally very frustrating

Pretty negative experiences.

Was disappointed the pabst blue ribbon on tap was out but no big deal. Ordered the smoked cheddar grilled cheese on sourdough. Was really excited for that sourdough was an option.

Felt like it took a very long time (15+ mins at least up to 20-30 mins). I originally thought it was it was much longer (was basing the time waited on a text sent after ordering but miss read time) and was very disgruntled. In fact I may have made a rash one star review because I wanted to leave but was staying out of principal because I ordered something.

Sandwich was alright at best. Maybe rage made it taste worst but decided toast on bread but barely any melt on the cheese.

With no line when ordered and a long wait to get my sandwich bothered me. Maybe if there was beer on tap (bottles to pricey) I would have been distracted. I can say I have probably gone to Cheese Murphy, had a considerable line, maybe longer wait but being happier.

Excellent food. Ordered the msc and cheese steak and a Philly cheese steak. Both were very flavorful and were complimented by exceptional fries. Good size portions as well.

I love coming here and look forward to the Miso bowl. Just found out that it's discontinued. Whoever made that decision is simply wrong and unfortunately I won't be coming back. The 5 star is for the service and the Miso bowl, that's no longer available. Please do reconsider your decision

We've ordered from this place twice. On the plus side, all the food we've had has been really good. Minus: they've messed up our order in significant ways both times. We have little kids with typical kid fussiness around certain foods (cheese on a burger is NOT OK for one kid), so a messed up order means a meltdown. I'm not sure if we've just been unlucky, or if it's just this location is careless, but we just can't order from here anymore.
