I haven't tried here yet, but I will the next time I am in Brampton. It was recommended by a mutual contact I share with the owner.

I'm writing today because reviewer Frank D comment. "I'm guessing this company is a money laundering scheme or is selling franchises to unsuspecting people. I feel sorry for them. ". IS COMPLETELY UNCALL FOR. YOU CAN RUIN SOMEONES HARD WORK AND REPUTATION WITH A COMMENT LIKE THAT. Goes to show the type of character Frank has. His moral compass is clearly out of whack.

I AM VERY SURE MELTWICH WILL RISE ABOVE IT.

If you're looking for flavourful, cheesy mac and cheese, this is the wrong place. If you like slightly off white plain watery mac, this is the place for you.

Can I just ask a question? Is cheesy flavour illegal or something? Why is it so hard for some places to make flavourful, cheesy mac? Literally just half a slice of Kraft cheese melted into the mac would make it 100x better. Please change the name to "plain mac (no cheese included) ".

Or, take a drive to Zoup, try their mac and cheese and reconsider what you're doing over there.

Philly cheese steak was also pathetically small. Like portion size of Wendy's $2.29 menu items. Also not sure if you know this, but what makes a Philly cheese steak a Philly cheese steak, is when you put the steak on the grill, you throw in the cheese with it, and mix the cheese in with the steak. So basically the cheese is integrated with the steak. You need to have a real Philly cheese steak once, and then there's no possible way to mess it up or not know how to make one.

Blows my mind how things can be this bad. Do you taste your own food? I'm guessing not.

Great location for the philly cheese steak. Customer service is great. Must recommend to try their burgers and everything.

We had a great lunch here. I hope the Philly sandwich and a side of mac & cheese… The mac & cheese was great and not at all mushy. The owner stopped by to check on us and explained that he makes it fresh all day long.

I don’t typically write a ton of reviews but I have to make an exception. I was here on a business trip about 4 wks ago. A local peer heard about this new location and it being a black owned business we wanted to show support. The burgers were seasoned well and the shakes were a little too sweet for me but still good. However, the customer service by the person behind the counter left much to be desired. Ironically it was the exchange with the black female worker that resulted in this 1 star rating. Although the owner was pleasant in our brief interaction he could use a different cashier with a better attitude and not one that obviously didn’t want to be there. I get it most teenagers don’t want to work but people are spending their hard earned money at your establishment.

Food is subpar quality for the price range. Mac and Cheese is actually just noodles and a few pieces of shredded cheese. My friend was sick the next day after eating from this restaurant. Disappointed to say the least. Will not go back and would not recommend.

Major disappointment coming here. Not too long ago my husband and I came in with the kids and we could straight away see our burgers were super greasy and the lettuce was old and wilted for as long as it took to prepare our meal I expected fresh ingredients. And let’s not talk about the Mac n Cheese it was pale no seasonings and just barely a sprinkle of cheese on top. Mentioned my dissatisfaction and the girl Tam just looked at us like she was lost. Offered to redo our food but said it would take even longer because it was their “afternoon rush”. No thanks!

Me and my friends had southern fried chicken melt it was very delicious. Love the ambience of this place and staff

Typically, don't like to review places on their first day but.this was bad. It took 45 minutes for my food to be ready and I was the only one there. My burger came with no toppings and everyone in there seemed heavily confused, mainly the cashier. She has no idea what is going on. She also does not know how to ask for help when she needs it. Hopefully this place will get better after time, when the staff get to know each other and can learn to communicate effectively.

I have now reduced this review to 1 Star. I decided to try again. Looks like all new staff. Order came swiftly.
-No Jalapeno's
- Dijon mustard was only on the outside end of my sandwich, mayo had a tiny dab off center, couldn't find the ketchup on it, but at least they left me a packet. The bacon had no flavor and was hard to bite through like cardboard. It was also very dry, probably because my toppings were not where they were supposed to be.
- I had it in my mind to go to pizza depot.next time I will just go there. $4 vs $14 hot garbage.hmmmm.

Bread was soggy on my cheese steak, chicken was hard and fries were cold. Felt a little sick shortly after eating. Milk shake was fine but there’s no way we’ll be ordering from here again.

The restaurant is very clean and nice. Food was really delicious at a good price. Owner and all the workers are really nice and respectful.

We had the vegan gauc sandwich was good. I enjoyed that they had multi grain option, aswel as the vegan poutine! (Hard to find item.)
We also tried the STANDARD sandwhich the bun compliment the burger

Mac and cheese was disappointing.looked nothing like the picture it was just macaroni with a few shreds of cheese.

I went again to meltwich after such a long time and honestly they have improved with their staff. The girl greeted me and also suggested me many things which were really delicious.will definitely visit agian️

Great locally owned location! So many vegetarian options which i appreciated as it's typically difficult to find restaurants where me and my partner both have many options to choose from! The staff is awesome and so friendly. All food is made to order which makes it extra fresh! Definitely will be back:)

Stopped by to have lunch, the owner is awesome and attentive and had an we had an awesome chat. The food is great and the service is excellent. The owner is very hands on and made sure that we got the best experience!

Im late with my review but if we could give this place a zero I would. Food was subpar and they should consider having friendlier staff. Cashier was the worst spent more time glancing at her phone than paying attention to customers. Ended up trashing my burger and watered down shake. Decided to come back and grab something next door instead and we had a much better experience.

First time here and it was great. Why? Customer service was amazing which is very rare to find these days with the new breed of employees in this business. Hats off to you guys and the grilled cheese combos were fantastic def be going back

Great food ordered the big melt was amazing the shakes are good aswell. The staff was polite and friendly, the owner is super nice.

Today I took a chance on the Meltwich Food Co on West Dr. Walking in the door I couldn't help but notice how clean the restaurant was and how friendly the staff was I had the Nashville Hot chicken Burger and Boy it was packed with so much flavor I wanted to slap the cook man by far one of the best burgers I've had on my trip to Canada and the Kit Kat shake I might go back just for that and as I was leaving I had a chance to meet the owner after speaking with him I know why my experience was a 10/10 if you haven't already ate here you are truly missing out.

To be honest its the awesome place for halal lovers. They have mostly everything in halal. The owner and his crew are very cooperative and caring.

Food was cooked to perfection

One of the best vegan restaurants in Brampton and it'll only get better with time. Been waiting so long for more vegan option restaurants to open in Brampton. The owner is very professional and humble. Works just as hard side by side with his team.
