Purchased a new snowblower from here. Went to use it, the axle broke within 5 minutes and tried to return it and was told tough luck and call the manufacturer. No warranty on the stuff they sell. Now after spending 1500 on a snowblower we have to wait for the manufacturer to send someone to repair. Very disappointing. Will not spend a red cent again with home hardware. I hate to say it but shopping at the big box stores, the warranty coverage is just better. Very unfortunate that Home hardwares customer service and warranty is so poor.

They had the cupboard replacement hinge I needed. This location is now modernized with a new entrance and drive-thru lumber stop.

Ordered lumber. Was delivered the next day. Very good service including the truck driver. The 2x6's not a good quality. Shouldn't have bark on two sides. Not Home Hardware's fault but it's what they sell

Don't usually come here for building supplies, but recently hired a contractor to build an addition on my house who deals exclusively with them and I was genuinely blown away. The customer service was phenomenal for the most part and the prices were fantastic. I even picked up a phenomenal compound mitre saw for half the price of a mastercraft. Half of my house was built exclusively with supplies from this store and I couldn't be happier. Also lisa in contracting is phenomenal.

I’m giving this Home Hardware a 5 star review for Ron in Plumbing. He has sourced hard-to-find shower bases for me, and has been an all round LIFESAVER! He is the best, amazing customer service. Really great guy.

Always a great experience, the floor, contracting and customer service staff are very knowledgeable and have supported greatly on my renovation project. If you're looking for a $1 item or several thousand dollar items they are able to support. If they don't have an item they are happy to order it for you.

Very poor experience with kitchen department. We initially went to a few places to inquire about kitchen cabinets, as we were renovating our entire kitchen. Home hardware seemed to be the right choice considering the affordable price as well as we were informed all cabinets would take 1-2 weeks to arrive. This was back in July, and up until today, we still didn’t receive all parts. 2 of our cabinets did not come cut properly in order to properly build. Our panel pieces for island came unwrapped at pickup, damaged with large chunks broken off the corners. We were informed “that’s how they always get sent to customers. ” Very unacceptable after spending thousands of dollars. We received a new piece for our island as those were not usable, and are now required to pay them back for the damaged piece. Maybe after waiting an additional 2 month for our order, that they would be more forgiving and compensate us something as small as the price of a piece of melamine. I would not recommend ordering from home hardware to anyone. Avoid the headache and time waiting.

Very helpful staff i don't know his name but he was an older gentleman and he worked customer service desk and he knew his stuff very nice guy they knew where there products were. I will go back for sure.

I always support locally owned businesses when possible. Always helpful and have what I'm looking for. Nice to see successful business expand, congrats on the renovations.

I've ordered kitchen cabinets here three times. Happy with the quality, but especially impressed with the customer service. Huge shout out to Amanda for her outstanding patience and professionalism.
