I purchased my first truck, Thank you Rohan and Zain. They have a fair nice deal on my Gmc. They have a lot of vehicles in stock for you in case the bank wont let you go with the expensive one. They are knowledgeable and patience with helpful spirit. If i need another vehicle i will visit here for sure.

Sales person named Duane is a complete clown. Zero people skills, zero respect for your schedule. Does everything in his own time and has no idea how to talk to customers. The worst experience ever. Stay away as there are more Jeep Chrysler dealer in near by area. They even tried to oversale the warranty and other packages that I was not interested in. I was told If I don't buy then they cannot offer better interest rate. Such a riff off for finance.
We recently bought 2020 Grand Cherokee from Menzies. I informed the sales rep: Rohan Belnavis that I want to tow traveller trailer with the car and if he can check if I can tow. He didn't have much information on towing. He searched for the information and told me that it can tow 6200 lbs. He also had no idea about tow hitch package and warranty. He told me to contact service department. Trusting his words, I bought the vehicle and then I purchased a travel trailer. The travel trailer dealer looked at my car then informed that the towing capacity is almost half of what these people have informed me.
This is our hard earned money too and now we feel cheated, what should we do now?
We called the Rohans manager too and he said that he cannot do anything for us and we need to pay more to get the car traded for another one. Like what? These people did all the trouble and now want to fetch more money from us. We purchased that car with extended warranty and few ad ons and after few weeks they have zero value for it.

I brought in my vehicle to have warranty related items fixed window and passenger door handle. The advisor was not very helpful nor did they call to confirm the service was completed.

Once I had picked up my car the issue was not completed and the handle was still not operating properly.

Overall not a organized outfit from my experiences this far.

Customer service was not very friendly. Jennifer profiled us right off the bat and insinuated that we would not be able to pay for their vehicles. If you can find a different sales associate for your purchase, that would be the smart choice.

Loved the service we got at the time of the sale, even though a couple of things weren't mentioned at the time. Manager took the time to address all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. Overall, happy with the customer service and attention to detail.

Everything was quick and straight forward. Service was friendly and in the matter of just a few days, I was driving my new car home. I would definitely recommend Menzies if you're looking to buy a Chrysler Dodge or Jeep!

The sales representative Melodie made buying my jeep an unforgettable experience. (I've been looking for 2 years) She was kind and patient as I took a few Jeeps for a test drive that day. Was great with communication btwn insurance company and had my new jeep ready in 2 days! Bought a truck for $50k, took the truck home and immediately removed the Menzies M logo emblem off the back to find hidden damage. Spoke to the manager Karl Durham about it who tried to blame it on me, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Eventually they agreed to repair the damage and told me it would only take one day. I had to follow up every day for 3 days wondering when it would be done. Very disappointing experience from a Chrysler dealership which I thought would be a transparent and trust worthy exchange was anything but.

Inquired about a 21 Ram and had an appointment with Vance on Saturday and drove off Wednesday in my new Ram Rebel. He was fantastic at explaining details and got the ball rolling. The whole team including Janis who provided the financing details were very professional. If you're looking at a new Dodge make sure to see Vance!

Menzies has been taking care of our families cars for decades. They are always professional, on time and very well priced. Rob has always cleared up any questions I've had also. I was nervous going to any dealership or service department during covid but Menzies has things so streamlined that I felt safe during the whole process.

Menzies sales and Admin staff were excellent to deal with. This was second purchase and both experiences, the latest and previous, were excellent customer service. Highly recommend Menzies.

Menzies Chrysler did an excellent job, servicing my 2020 Dodge GrandCaravan. They were pandemic compliant as is required. They were still able to answer all my questions to my complete satisfaction, were prompt with the service, polite and helpful. They provided comfortable seating in a clean and safe environment which was appreciated.

Very useless sales people, went there on the first time to look for a Jeep Wrangler and my credit didn't get approved so on the second time today I brought a friend to co-sign me and the vehicle I was looking at was $42,500 a week ago and when I came into the dealership the price for it was $43,665. I told him that I'm willing to pay what it originally was and he said that he's not negotiating car prices as they use some automated system to price their car which is total bs. Ended up walking away and felt super disrespected by DUANE MOHAMED who both times was not willing to negotiate on a car and was not very helpful throughout the whole process. Ended up going to another dealership and closed a deal on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited at the same day. Took $3,000 off the price. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone that I know.

Although I was not the "buyer" for the 2018 Dodge Ram 2500. Vance at Menzies, delivered exceptional service and ensured the process went very smoothly! 100% would recommend!

I have to say J P, I am appalled at your review. Anyone who has had the pleasure of dealing with Vance, knows he's the definition of a professional. Your accusations about him are not just incredibly shocking, but are also entirely false and childish. Which leaves me to question the credibility of your review. Sounds like someone on the inside maybe a little jealous. If so, poor way to deal with internal affairs in my opinion.

Below average service, was not willing to work with me, told them my budget and they basically turned blind eye had to contract 4 times before they would tell me offers and after raising my budget there first deals that match new budget were gone and needed to go high again. Biggest waste of my day

DO NOT bring your car here for maintenance! I just brought my Fiat in as they are a dealer and should be able to properly diagnose my car. However after waiting only one hour and paying $150 I walked out with them telling me what I already knew was wrong. I am an aircraft mechanic by day and very well knew that the reason my roof and trunk lights were not working because of an electrical short, I am just not as familiar with the car as a licensed dealership would be so I brought it in to them to hopefully have it diagnosed as quickly as possible. But they decided they would charge alot more than necessary to tell me that all they did was change a fuse (which costs 50 cents) and have it blow instantly because of the short (that I told them was happening when I brought it in). Then they go on to tell me that their main electrical technician is not in today when they attempted to diagnose it so I would have to bring it back in next week.

So basically they should have told me to wait another week to bring it in because before working on my car I told them exactly what they told me after they worked on it, and then they say because of that I have to bring it back when their electrical mechanic is in. I really wish I could rate them less than one star. Hopefully nobody else has this happen to them.

As far as I'm concerned this is as shady as it gets. Somebody that doesn't know anything about cars would pay and have no problem with it but I know better and this is not right.

Will never again buy or have anything to do with MENZIES CHRYSLER.

To top it off the place is an absolute dump inside.

Our experience buying our 2019 Pacifica van was painless at Menzies Chrysler with Jen. She knew what we wanted and our budget, then delivered. We will return to Menzies to buy our future vehicles.

Great experience buying my 2019 Ram Classic here. I dealt with Duane and he was extremely helpful with finding the exact vehicle I wanted and making me confident in my purchase. Awesome all around and very satisfied.

All about the sales not the service, bought a used car and brought it back for service and they refused even under warrenty i ended up having to fix myself. Also tried to ask the dealer why the problem wasnt fixed when i asked and why my calls were not returned and he told me he was blocking my number, what ever happed to the customer is always right? Terrible.

We just bought a Honda CRV for 24 K and we have a chip on the windshield.
Cory, the rep who sold us the car was great, he was helpful, he acknowledged that the brakes make lots of noise and that there is 4 chiped places on the windshield and we had a deal, you fixed for us and we buy it, or make us discount and we will take it as it is.
He promised everything will be fixed so we bought it. We came today to pick it up, Cory had a day off so we met with Duanne.
We saw the car, breaks were changed at the rear side only, windshield was not replaced, they just filled in the cracks.
When we asked why their part of the deal was not fulfilled he said it is not on your contract, he pointed out a peace of paper showing that safety issues are listed but there is nothing in writing about changing the windshield.
Modt concerning was the way he was talking to us. Really unrespectful manner, very rude, he started to explain how they are loosing from this deal.how we dare to ask discount on such a good ptice and ect.we made us feel like thiefs, like people with no value.
I was in shock, working as a Financial sale person too, I know what a good customer service should be, I truly value my clients, they are my second family, I count on their good experiences to get more clients.
This man on other hand kept insulting us by emphasizing how bad clients we are, but how great he is, that he worked more than 18 yr, best on sales, selling 20 cars per day, on my question "Are you going to sell me car for 24k with chipped windshield? " he basically said there is nothing wrong with that, if we don't want it he will take it back.
At this point I wanted to do exactly that, the only reason we took this vehicle is that we are looking for a car 3d weekend already, we are extremely busy, none of us can look during the week days, and we need a car as soon as possible, as we have business and job to run, clients counting on us. We can not afford the time to travel to Whitby one more time.
Duanne might be a good seller, but he has 0 customer service skills, he has no clue how today market works, he is so focused on making money that he forgets to be a human.
He is getting no referrals from us, that is for sure.
I hope he won't need any Mtg or other service from where I work.he will get the same treatment.

I had been to a few different dealerships and hadn’t had the best experience. I went into Menzies thinking it would be the same. I met Becky and from the beginning I was instantly comfortable. She never once pressured me like the other places. I bought my new truck because of her. She isn’t like other sales people. She treats you like a person and not another sale. She went over everything with me (several times lol) I highly highly recommend you deal with Becky. Best experience. Will absolutely return because of her.

I just moved to the area and kept seeing the "M" symbols on vehicles in the area and thought i would see what all the hype was about considering I was looking to upgrade my vehicle within the next 6-12 months. I stopped in on a rainy day hoping to not be bothered by salespeople. I was greeted by a women named "Jennifer" on the used car lot, she gave me a quick run down of how the cars are laid out and how the window stickers work. After a few quick questions she offered to grab some keys for a few vehicles she thought I may be interested in even though I clearly stated I wasn't buying today her response was " my job is to help you get the ball rolling, I am not a sales rep that only wants to talk to people buying today! Besides my hair is WET now anyway! " I had to laugh! As she walked away I was already feeling comfortable at Menzies. After test driving 3 vehicles 2 of which I would never have even thought of I was in love with the Jeep. I was not expecting to buy that day but after chatting it up with Jen it made sense! I hate commission sales as they can be slimy, but at Menzies I felt like it was very smooth and actually had fun! Jennifer is hilarious but very throughout she explained everything until i understood it. She even came in on her day off the day I picked up so I wouldn't feel uncomfortable. I found all the staff very nice would highly recommend. Huge used car inventory too. Great job everyone! The coffee & cookies are a nice touch plus they give little kids balloons I thought that was adorable!

This was one of my first purchases of a new car from a dealership. Needless, to say, I didn't know everything that was involved in the purchasing process. Fortunately, Jennifer Carver was there to help me the whole way. Friendly and patient the whole way, she worked hard to guide me through my budget, features and specifications (I am a tall guy so I needed a tall vehicle). I was kind of wishy-washy on what kind of vehicle so I have to thank her for her patience with me when it came to making the choice I did. I finally ended up with a Jeep - A nice one at that. The crew worked really hard to get a deal that for me and I left with a smile. Jennifer has definitely made this easier than some of my experiences shopping for clothes. Trust me, that's not an exaggeration. Needless to say, I am satisfied with my time there.

Rick totally took care of us with a few extras which we really appreciated and won’t forget. After we made our decision, we were next introduced to Zain. He guided us through what extras in insurance or protection needs we personally felt we needed. He was extremely helpful and not a pushy person at all! My husband and I truly feel blessed with the people that took care of us through this exciting experience and I can’t say enough about the Menzies Chrysler team!

Thank you to the staff at Menzies! I drove in without an appointment and a tire that had three nails. They were fully booked, cause people were changing their tires for the winter.
The staff was amazing and comforting! They did not turn me down, they asked if it was ok for me to leave my car with and they will see what they can do. They will have someone drive me to and from the dealership. Within a few hours all four of my tires were changed and balanced.

I was thoroughly impressed with the assistance by Rick Pellerin. He answered all my questions, and was genuinely listening to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Overall high quality service; he even helped me set up my new vehicle when I picked it up; I was coming from a 2005 - there were a LOT of new buttons:).
I highly recommend Rick if you are looking for help picking a new vehicle! I had a ton of questions (needed a vehicle to handle camping and trails, but also enjoy driving in stop and go traffic) and he actually took the time to make sure all were answered - some other dealerships I had dealt with made me feel silly for certain questions but Rick enthusiastically answered them.

We went into Menzies to look at a truck but we figured it would be out of our price range. We were introduced to Becky and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing she was. She made us feel comfortable immediately. She got us into a truck for less than we were paying for our Jeep. She treated us like family. Becky even personally dropped off parts to our home so we wouldn’t have to drive all the way there again. I couldn’t recommend her more. I’ve told everyone I know to go to Menzies and see her. The best experience I have ever had. Hands down.

I had a wonderful experience working with Melody Newman. She was very helpful, straight forward, trustworthy, knowledgeable, very curteous and professional. She responded to my questions in a real time manner (within minutes), even at evening time and on her days off. I bought a great car from them at a very good price and the entire experience was rewarding. The Finance Manager was very, very professional and helpful, as well. Everybody that I had to interact with at this Dealership was extremely professional and curteous, a real pleasure to deal with them. Although I usually don't write reviews, in their case I would give them more stars if they were available.

Bought Hyundai Santa fe from this place. When i was buying their Sales Manager promise me they will install new Tires which will be either Good year or Michelin Tire because the old tire wasn't in good shape. But today when i checked the tire they were completely different brand name tire Kumho which is way cheaper in price and quality compare to Good year or Michelin. I would recommend everybody if they buy from their and if this place Manager promise you anything please make sure you check twice before you receive your vehicle.
