After doing my research for my kitten on all the places in Orleans I finally chose Met Bleue Veterinary Hospital I took a leap of faith given the reviews and the services they offer and man was it ever the best experience I’ve had at any animal hospital. The staff knew his name right away and greeted us so friendly and then we saw Dr Diana who was absolutely AMAZING! Couldn’t have asked for a better first appointment for my lil guy.

We had a great experience at Mer Bleue Veterinary Hospital. Our regular vet was unable to see my dog for a same day urgent issue as fully booked. This clinic was very accommodating, they were able to see us within an hour of calling. The front desk staff and the vet were all kind and welcoming. Treatment prices seemed very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Dr. Gold and the rest of the staff were amazing. We had a very tough day with the loss of our fur baby. The caring and compassion was so appreciated.

Unbelievable service from the front desk right through to Dr. Diane Gold. The whole team took care of our dog and were exceptional at explaining what we needed to know. And never once tried to upsell, which is so rare for vet clinics! Thank you so much!

Great experience from start to finish! We were greeted by Karine who was friendly, and easily convinced Maggie to sit on the scale (treats were given -it’s all about food with a Lab!) We met with Jennifer (vet tech) who did our intake and was personable and immediately liked my Maggie. Ian, met us at the front after our appt and is super friendly- its evident that he loves his job and his client service skills are amazing; Dr. Bossé is fantastic-, professional and informative. I would highly recommend Mer Bleue Veterinary Hospital. Thank you for a great first visit!

The team at the Mer Bleue Veterinary Hospital are amazing and are easily the best clinic I've ever visited. The staff are all incredibly polite, kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate how they go out of there way to make sure both pets and owners are as comfortable as possible during appointments. I also like how they provide an estimate of any kind of test or treatment they suggest. During each of my visits, Dr. Bosse took her time examining my cats and asked a lot of questions to make sure she could give them the best possible care. And when one of my cats needed x-rays and blood tests, Dr. Bosse, Rachel and Jennifer made sure my cat was as comfortable and calm as possible. Taking my cats to the vet is always a stressful experience, but I feel reassured knowing they're getting the best care at the Mer Bleue Clinic.

My dog loves it here. All of the staff are wonderful. She is an anxious dog, but she enjoys the pace here, and everyone is patient.

Cleanest exam room I’ve ever seen. Kindest and confident staff. This guy isn’t a fan of men, but made me look like a liar all morning with how comfortable and content he was with the Male Dr.

They also have dedicated cat and dog areas, with special outfitings in the rooms to make the cats more comfortable.
