Worst service ever had by karan chitnis. Just earning money from customer doing nothing in names of service after had a brief argument and showing attitude they agreed and said not to enter this dealership in future. Not a way to say this to customer.
Never recommend to go their if you fight for your hard earned money they will say you are not allowed to enter this dealership.

I have purchased numerous cars in the past and dealt with a lot of salesmen. I have to say Tony He is truly one of the best sales associate I've ever met. He is honest, not pushy at all and makes you feel so comfortable. I must have bothered him with 1000 questions and he would always reply with a smile and give the perfect advice which is always customer centric. I own a GLC and was almost upgrading to a GLE 350. Tony made sure I get the best deal possible. I did not end up getting the car since I realized I would need a bigger engine (450). I am coming back next year and getting the car from none other than Tony. Thank you for an excellent experience!

We came all the way from Vaughan to Mercedes Benz Brampton due to the selection and service that they were able to provide us. Joe was our salesman and he had us sold instantly. The experience was amazing and I highly recommended buying from this location. Everyone was so kind and it was a 10/10 experience. I am so happy with our new SUV!

Hands down one of the best Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Canada, let alone North America. This review has been long in the making, but me and my family have been with Mercedes-Benz Brampton since its opening in 2016.

I was a child then and overall loved Mercedes and the dealership, as the staff were very friendly as well as having an amazing salesperson in Oscar Orellana. My mom purchased our first silver arrow with the 2017 GLE 43 Coupé. The overall experience and ownership of this vehicle, felt special as Oscar made it a memorable and unforgettable experience.

Thanks to the service and parts team as well, the car was kept in great condition and with their transparency we felt confident handing our keys over to them. Members on the service team such as Kynon helped us to be aware of what to fix as well as to maintain in our vehicles. No matter what the problem was, the service and parts team were there to assist us.

In 2020, we placed a deposit on an EQC SUV, which unfortunately did not arrive to Canada, but thanks to Oscar were informed right away and offered solutions. Thanks to him we were able to later purchase a brand new GLS 450 in 2022, in a time where it was almost impossible to purchase a vehicle let alone a new car.

To put it simply, the dealership has the best sales team of any other Mercedes-Benz in Canada with their transparency and determination of satisfying all customer's needs and wants. Oscar and Josh emphasize this with the willingness to help all clients out as much as they can. Oscar truly is the benchmark of how a salesman should be when it comes to service, and that's what makes him stand out compared to all other salespeople we have encountered. He has helped my family the past 7 years to purchase any Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and has always helped and answered us with any of our doubts. Now being an adult, I am pleased to say that we will be back to purchase a next generation AMG GT thanks solely to Oscar and Mercedes-Benz of Brampton.

Absolutely disgusted! I was walking in front of the building, looking at vehicles as I’m shopping for a Mercedes, and I was told to get out of the lot over speakerphone or the cops will get called. There is no signage anywhere in this area saying you can’t walk it after hours. This is the first time I’ve ever been asked to leave a lot after hours. Perhaps it's because I’m in my Sunday jogging pants? Regardless, my 150k will not be going towards this dealership.

A) I recommend you talk to your security, or
B) put signs up if you can’t walk in the common area like you do with fenced off area.

What an embarrassing experience!

Service/Parts staff member Bobba/buba Terry is very disrespectful and is extremely unprofessional on a daily basis. Please consider removing this staff member. Does not reflect mercedes ideals-will be going to mercedes Toronto from now on. Can now understand all the other negative reviews.

We got our GLE 450 from this dealership and i was really happy with the service i got from them even during these tough times. A special mention goes to Angelo Iacobacci for making the whole process smooth from starting to look for the car and getting it to us in less than a month even during the time when cars are in short supply. I would highly recommended the dealership and Angelo.

We bought a vehicle at M B of Brampton and the staff was great, especially Pankaj. He was very professional and patient, he answered all the questions we had about the vehicle and Pankaj help us during the entire purchase process. I'll definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Brampton.

Got my first Mercedes from here and right from the starting the customer service was excellent. Tony (salesperson who helped me) was very helpful. Things went very smooth and within a few days i got the car without any hassle. Also after the delivery they guys follow up with us about the experience and whether we are comfortable driving it or not which i guess is something nice and appreciable.

I want to thank Terry and Danesh for another exceptional customer experience. My service issues were handled diligently to the gold standard I've come to know through purchasing my first benz here a couple years ago. These gentlemen are knowledgeable and execute with resolution in mind. I would also like to acknowledge Anthony and Ryan from Parts for there efforts and in ensuring I was getting the best deal for my AMG F1 T-Shirt. I spoke to Nadia Chaudhry on the phone about purchasing a new vehicle and she was very helpful, thorough, and understanding throughout the whole process. Though I've decided to hold off on the purchase for now, I look forward to dealing with her in the future!
