I recently had a dreadful experience with the Mercedes Benz dealership in Burlington, ON, and feel compelled to share my feedback, especially considering my commitment to supporting local businesses within the Burlington community. My Mercedes C300 was experiencing ignition issues, prompting me to choose the convenience of the nearest Mercedes Benz dealership.

The initial service period was excessively long, lasting 4-5 days. Upon receiving my vehicle, I immediately noticed another issue during a test drive – a disturbing noise while turning the steering wheel. When I brought this to the attention of an employee from the service department, they dismissively claimed it was "normal" for that model, citing their own similar experience. This response left me uneasy but unfortunately, I chose to trust their expertise.

Within two weeks, the issue worsened significantly, rendering my vehicle unusable. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't reach Mr. Carlos M, the individual I initially dealt with. Multiple voicemails and requests through the receptionist went unanswered, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution.

What adds to my disappointment is the discovery of similar negative experiences in the reviews for this dealership. It seems like a pattern, with numerous customers facing comparable problems and expressing dissatisfaction with both the dealership's service and customer support.

The lack of response and accountability suggests a concerning disregard for customer concerns. It's disheartening to think that such treatment might be rooted in arrogance and negligence, especially towards customers with particular backgrounds and social statuses. The overall experience has left me questioning the integrity of this dealership and its commitment to customer satisfaction.

Choosing a local dealership was important to me, aiming to contribute to the community of Burlington. However, this experience has made me reconsider whether the Mercedes Benz dealership in Burlington truly aligns with the values and expectations I hold for supporting local businesses. I sincerely hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements and serves as a warning to potential customers considering the Mercedes Benz dealership in Burlington, ON

The parts department is a joke no one ever answers the phone never return calls I guess they don’t really need our business.
We are an independent car dealership that specializes in imports.
Too bad that was a dealer account that you lost for life you people won’t be seeing a $ from my company from now on we are only going to be ordering parts from Oakville and I’ll make sure to spred the word to all fellow dealers and Clients not to step a foot into this shame to the brand dealership.

I just picked up my gla 250 2021 after B service was done.paid over 700 and I noticed that instead of giving complimentary wash and vacuum after service they did not even clean the mess they made after replacing cabin air filter. I will recommend It’s better to go for third party service so you get better treatment at the fraction of the cost.

My existing car was starting to give me some
trouble and I took this opportunity to look into getting a new one. I was in the market for something that would be reliable, comfortable and a bit “higher-end”. I also needed something within a very short time line (no more than a month). I was debating between several makes, and after having a discussion with Jack Doan, he convinced me that the GLA250 would meet and exceed all my needs. He was very considerate of what I asked for and had my budget in mind. He is patient and really took the time to listen and make the best suggestions.

My car was ready in less than a month, and rather than having to drive all the way from Pickering to Burlington to pick up the car, he arranged for a driver, Dennis Bird, to pick us up on a date and time that worked for me. Another option was to have the car delivered right to my house, but I wanted to pick it up.

Dennis came promptly at the scheduled time and Jack treated us to drinks for the longer drive back. We got to experience sitting in another MB model, getting a feel of what some of the features are.

After signing all the documents and having a fun “unveiling” moment, we were greeted by Steve Roman who walked me through all the features of my car!

I had such a great experience and I would recommend everyone who’s in the market to come by this dealership and get helped by some of the most nicest/genuine people around. Thank you, Jack, for making this such an unforgettable experience! Will definitely come back to see you and the rest of the team, when it’s time for the next one!

Not a pleasant experience i had for my first service. First i was being told that they don’t have any appointments for 3 weeks, second there is no loaner available and third they don't provide shuttle service in my area. (Which was incorrect information given to me over the phone, they do actually provide shuttle service in my area which i find out later)
On my appointment day, they said it will take roughly 1 hours 45 minutes but actually it took more then 4 hours. So my half day has been wasted here on a weekend. Next time i will probably try different dealership or make sure to get a shuttle.

First appointment and they said they’ll order a part
I need to book another appointment

In the second appointment they didn’t get the part and they said they don’t know the issue
(They said they’ll need to order a part but they should’ve already had it since the first appointment the part order was made)
They ordered the part in the second appointment

They gave us a rental in the second appointment
They said $20 on them and $20 on us

My car stayed there for diagnostic

After one day they told me to send the rental back until the part is here.

It’s been two weeks and my part isn’t there.
I called many times with a lot of voice msgs and they never came back

The part was supposed to come in today but it never did

Why do I need to pay the whole thing.
Benz said they’ll decide to give the money back or no

We all have Benz’s.
My dad bought an Audi because of what happened

Usually a great experience but left less than impressed after a service appointment yesterday. Service Advisor Carlo was amazing as usual, keeping me up to date on progress. Shuttle there and back was great as always. Before arriving I was told there might be a delay, no problem, expected to wait When I arrived the paper work was missing as it wasn't done yet, which was expected, and was told it would still be washed and cleaned and ready soon. After about a half hour, not a big deal, paid for the service and went to leave. To my surprise the car hadn't been washed or cleaned and there was some plastic hairnet left on the floor. Admin services coordinator was great, offered to have it rush washed but I didn't have time to wait any longer. Just a minor hiccup in their usual smooth operations but was still disappointing.

Worst Mercedes Experience ever

My fiancé and I walked in looking to inquire about a GLC63s coupe after talking with the wonderful receptionist as we were hoping to trade in our 2020 c43 coupe.

After waiting 5-10 minutes, not a single sales rep chatted with us or even approached us and instead decided to chit chat at a desk together. All 4-5 of them. This was after the receptionist had asked for someone to help us as well.

We walked out because no one bothered to acknowledge us outside of the receptionist. We had just come over from Porsche Oakville which provided us with an exceptional customer experience which became even more apparent after this.

Thanks for solidifying that Porsche is a superior brand with a superior customer experience. We can’t wait for our Macan GTS!

Also, don’t even bother asking for a loaner car while you wait for your prepaid service. They don’t have any available for weeks ahead of time and they won’t even pay for your taxi to and from the dealership. Again, terrible customer experience. The best or nothing? Yeah right

I bought a 2012 SLK-350 from a dealership in Montreal, a goreous car. Drove the car back to the Hamilton area but the car had issues. Montreal instrucked me to take it to Mercedes Burlington to be checked out. All I can say is WOW. The service rep assigned to my car was Mo Sakaji and what a job he did, great communication. He worked directly with the dealership in Montreal and resolved ALL the issues under warranty, nothing major, but now the car is amazing. I can not streess enough how the dealership, especially Mo, gave me one of the best experiences buying a car and left me feeling that customer service is what this dealership is all about. I've heard that claim from others before but this dealership proved it hands down. 5 stars everyday! Thanks Mo!

Unfortunately due to an unfortunate mishap, I needed to have repair work done on my new Mercedes. I can’t tell you enough how pleased I was from start to end! I reached out to my sales associate, Jack Doan, that knew how upsetting this mishap was to me and Jack made sure that I was in great hands with his team in getting the repairs completed. Jack always puts his clients first and continues to think like a customer. Jack is extremely professional and is a true asset to Mercedes. Top notch service! I was then introduced to Jeremy Boca, body shop manager. Jeremy did a review of the work that would need to be done and I felt extremely comfortable and confident I was in good hands with Jeremy. He knew what he was talking about and felt I would not be taken advantage of with regards to really what needed to be done. He presented some options and the choice was mine. Picked up my car today and was super happy with the completed work. Looks like it did before the mishap. Eric Creavalle, detail Manager, did an absolute amazing job in removing scratches below the repair work. I could see how important it was to Jeremy and Eric that I was satisfied! Great work Jeremy and Eric, MB is super fortunate that they have hard working and very talented employees like you! Thank You so much!

I was going to buy a vehicle from this dealership.sale guy was awesome (Chris Xin) the FSM was more than amazing (Krina Amalsadia) but what ended up killing the deal was the fact that I waited for almost 2 days for The CPO sales manager to give me a call back. I work in this industry.customer service but more importantly communication is key. I ended up buying from MB London.

I am still giving 5 stars because I'm sure that this is a one off situation and isn't the norm.but overall the experience was great.

WHAT A JOKE!

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I brought my sprinter work van in for exhaust repairs. They fixed the initial issue ($2500.00) upsold me on an addition preventative maintenance ($2500.00) When I came to pick up my truck they had wrecked my suspension putting the truck on the hoist. They admitted it was their fault but said it would have happened at any shop therefor they will not pay or help with the 1000.00 repair. The damage took my truck off the road for two days.not making money. 1 day to get it diagnosed at the spring shop and another day to do the repair. That cost me $7,000 in lost revenue. $7,000 plus a $1,000 repair and the initial bill of $5,000. I also drove around for 2 weeks on the bump stops and wore out my tires waiting for parts! $ 500.00 bucks more! They cost me 11,000 over and above the initial $2,500 repair. All I wanted was for them to at least split the repair cost. Their remedy was to offer my a $250.00 credit for next time. Really NEXT TIME! Might have been the funniest thing I ever heard.

Very poor service, car was not delivered within over 2 weeks while mehanical problems were kept coming and coming. No explanations, no sorry. We cancelled the purchase and went with Oakville Mercedes which is absolutely different in terms of customer service.

My sales person was Jack Doan. This guy is truly excellent and truly showcases the great customer service of Mercedes Burlington. I went in there to test drive a car, at the time I was considering other options. However, due to the excellent service I received at this location, plus the excellent car quality. I focused solely on Mercedes and closed all other options. The entire team here is great. From the customer service ladies at the front desk who are just awesome to the service and parts manager David to the Senior Sales manager Jon, and the finance Manager Nicole. They are truly a great team here providing excellent customer service. My only recommendation and concern is that they have more loaner cars soon. I recommend this place any day of the week. Expect a 5 star quality service when you visit Mercedes Burlington. Awesome people keep it up guys and thanks for the great experience

The worst experience in my live. I visited this dealership June 2019. The Chinese sales lady (Last name: Wang) was the worst one I have never seen in my life. She lied to us many times.

First time she lied us was June 24th 2019. She asked us to come in sign agreement. But she told us waiting time was over half when I walked in. We visited her Friday 21st, why not just told us that day?
We walked away, went to Porsche then, she called us back, told us her supervisor found one GLE for us, just need to wait 3 months. We believed her again. We came back after 3 month, we were told she’s on maternity leave. They never ordered or kept anything for us. And it is impossible to have a car within 3 month.

I bought a used E300 from Toronto Mercedes retail group. They told us the Chinese sales lady lied to us from day one. Mercedes had new policy long time ago, they will not sell some models to new customers only. I have to trade in with a luxury car or buy a used car to become their loyalty customer first. We can buy anything next time. That lady knew it, she just want the business, hope Mercedes could change their policy, then we can buy cars from her.

Will not go to this dealership again!

Poor customer service. My husband and were looking for a 7 seater SUV and after doing our research narrowed our search to the Mercedes GLB or the Audi Q7. Walked into the Mercedes dealership today at 3: 30 and we were not greeted by one employee. After we walked around for almost 15 minutes with only one other couple in the entire show room and several staff members standing around chit chatting we were still not approached by anyone. When I finally approached 4 men on our way out to ask if this is how they typically act when potential clients walk in the showroom, the answer I received was simply "oh sorry". Thank you for making our choice on which vehicle to purchase very easy. The Audi Q7 it is which is also a superior vehicle and we were greeted as soon as we walked in the showroom and treated with respect. I will never set foot in a Mercedes dealership again, beyond disgusted.

Been in the market for a while looking for a GLC300. Found one in the Burlington Dealership and Jack Doan arranged the Test Drive for us. We liked the car but didn't like the beige interior and informed Jack about our preferences. He was quick and found another one which we liked a lot and eventually bought it.

Jack Doan was very professional and looked after us at every step. 5 stars to Jack and the Burlington Dealership. Everyone was very helpful and kept us informed at every stage right through till the Delivery.

Patrick at mercedes benz was great. I wanted to buy a gle and he made the process easy. He has great customer service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to shop for a mercedes. He tried to get me the best deal possible and was there to take care of any questions and concerns i had throughout the whole process. I had a concern with a little curb rash on one of the rims and it was taken care of for me by patrick effortlessly. I thought all car salesmen forget about you once your done purchasing but not patrick he stayed with us even after the purchase. Hes great

My 2017 E400 is the 3rd car we have bought and had serviced at M-B Burlington. I always feel 100% satisfied with the service and treatment I get from MBB. Twice I have had repairs done that came in much less expensive than I had expected. This is the best car dealer I have dealt with.

Wow. I cannot even begin to express the disappointment interacting with this dealership. I actually think 1-star is too many.

I was so disappointed I called head office only to realize they are privately owned and not a "corporate" dealership. I had a flat tire, and towed my own car from Hamilton to Toronto to avoid roadside assistance taking it to this location.

Always a pleasure, makes it difficult to look at other car manufacturers.stellar experience every time.a lot can happen in 2 years. Read on.

We had our C300 in for it's 3rd recall for the airbag system, but this time for the passenger side.

After MBB had our car for 2 days we picked it up to find an error message afterwards. Next we brought back the car for another 2 days only to find out they just ‘cleared the message’ and informed us there would be a cost to replacing a sensor in the passenger seat. The passenger seat sensor directly relates to the airbag system but is apparently unrelated to the work covered by the recall. Again the error message a third time.

Next we got the service manager involved as we now have an expensive repair pending after bringing in the car only for a recall. The service manager suggested that we leave the car with him for 3 days while he sorts out the error and parts costs to see if Mercedes Canada will cover all this work.

Now we’re told that the repair is $2500, but they’ll pay half the labour. That’s great so we only have to pay $1200 to fix an issue the Dealer created.

During this ordeal we spoke to 3 different advisors that didn’t know what was going on, and we had to chase people down to find out the status of our vehicle only to find the service manager took holidays while the car was being diagnosed, yet he assured us we’d be looked after.terrible communication and customer service.

We’re finding it difficult to be a continued loyal Mercedes customer.

Now the owners response is to contact MBB to accept their offer to pay half to fix the issue they created. I’d strongly suggest avoiding this dealership.

I picked up my new C300 just a few days ago and I am loving it. From the time I made the call to book an appointment right up to the last minute I drove out of the dealership, I cannot explain the true professionalism of the staff. My first interaction was with Alex who booked my appointment and promised to have me taken good care of when I came in. And she did keep to her word by assigning Rosalea as my Sales Consultant. Rosalea is an extremely professional, polite and friendly person who worked tirelessly to get me the numbers I wanted. This lady is a breath of fresh air and an outstanding individual. She is knowledgeable, humble and caring and tailor made the deal to suite my requirements. She spent a lot of time with me on the day of delivery and even walked me through some finer tips on the vehicle. The truly amazing Nicole from the Financial Services Office is the nicest, friendliest, understanding and one of the most accommodating Financial Services Manager’s I have worked with. Nicole was not pushy, listened to what I had to say and as promised had my purchase secured through Mercedes Financial Services. We did interact a few times between day one and delivery and every-time I spoke with Nicole she made everything sound so effortlessly simple. She even came up to me and spent a few minutes chatting the day I picked up my vehicle. Last but not least the delivery specialist Steve. Steve is truly unique. He has a true sense of humor and is a great people person. He made the entire delivery process fun, efficient and super smooth. I myself work in the Automotive Sales industry and Alex, Rosalea, Nicole and Steve are truly the nicest personalities I have ever dealt with. I was privileged to cross paths with these four exemplary individuals and I sincerely hope they will still be there at Burlington Mercedes when I decide to purchase my next Mercedes a few years from now. Thank you Alex, Rosalea, Nicole and Steve. You made this a very enjoyable, pleasant and memorable experience.

I have been with Mercedes Benz Burlington since 2010. This dealership is consistent, clean, attentive, flexible and humble. I may not be their biggest client but they treat as though I am. They expect my arrival always and great me by my name. The girls at the front desk smile no matter how many phones are ringing and customers are flooding the counter. But the reason I stay with Mercedes Burlington is the incredible service and support I get from Mike, Nevash and the service team. They are by far the best team I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. If I have the smallest issue with my trucks they prioritize my service as the most important (even if its not) they support my struggle professionally but friendly! They have my back and for that reason my business will always lie with this dealership. Do yourself a favour and switch auto shops to Mike and his team! You will be pleased!

Charged me almost $1000.00 (without calling me first) to change two rubber hoses and an air filter, was recommended to replace the battery for an additional $600.00, and got an estimate to repair a fairly minor scrub on the front bumper for $1600.00 lol. I won't be back

I had a recall on my MB (airbag too, so it's not just something that can wait) and called this dealership to ask if I could drop off my car here since it's closer to the hospital I work to. The only catch was I needed a loaner to get to work, you know, since Healthcare work is essential and all. I called on Tuesday, January 19th at 4: 51pm, whoever picked up the phone that evening (a male) was so rude and dismissive to me about coordinating a loaner vehicle so I can be there for my patients. Even after I explained my work situation to him he said they had no way of disinfecting vehicles and if I want the service I need to wait around until the service is complete. So how is it MB Burlington has no idea how to disinfect their loaners while the other MB I purchased my vehicle at knows how to? Clearly MB Burlington has no respect for their customers time, and has not grasped how to provide service to customers during a pandemic, which puts them way behind other car dealerships, let alone MB dealerships. Not okay.

She was professional and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. The good customer service didn't stop there. Once in for my service appointment, I was greeted by my Service Professional, Mo Sakaji. Mo was very professional. Mo took the time to walk me through my service recommendations and make sure I understood all the requirements. I felt very welcome and comfortable from the moment I booked my appointment to the moment I drove off the lot. Thank you Marilyn and Mo for making this service appointment so comforting/easy. My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle at Burlington Mercedes and were extremely pleased with the service that we received. Rosalea Lobzun sold us our new vehicle and she was very professional and an amazing person to deal with.
Steve Roman (Delivery specialist) and Krina Amalsadia (Manager, Financial Services) were also very professional and great at what they do.
I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I can honestly say that this was a great experience and look forward to dealing with Burlington Mercedes in the future.

If I could give a negative star review I would.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. After sending in a vehicle for a service, we were told we needed a new battery. This is where the problems began, now if the battery needed to be changed that wasn’t an issue. The kicker was that the $650 battery lasted for only 75KM.

Problem number two came in when the car was brought back for another diagnostic test. Mercedes Burlington then sent a truck to tow the car. Now you see, this wouldn’t have been a problem either but they decided that we NEEDED to hire a towing company from MISSISSAUGA when I’m already located over an hour away from there. This towing company is apparently one of the very few they deal with for towing their vehicles. The best part is that we were also charged a $460 bill.

Problem number three came into play here when the insolent staff were refusing to help, as well as being incredibly rude. During a phone call they were refusing to answer any questions, saying, “I’ll answer that for you when you decide to come into the store to say it”. There was absolutely no intention of showing any sort of customer service skills or professionalism.

All of this being said, I have no intention of continuing any sort of business with the Mercedes brand, considering this is how their workers represent their company.

Very disappointed did not fully warranty my sunroof did not give me warranty information until I took my car in for them to look at, I spoke to everyone there and no help from any of them.
They ask you to contact them and when you do they do thing to help.
I've spoken to Jason 3 time and he's no help.

Took my car here because there was a problem with it and they didnt fix it. Also got it cleaned here and the cleaning job was sloppy on the inside and out. They didnt do a good job. The staff was very friendly though - much friendlier than the Oakville location. I also noticed that in the waiting area the Oakville Mercedes Benz has complimentary snacks (a very wide variety and delicious selection too) and complimentary refreshments like juices and David's Tea, water bottles and coffee. Burlington you need to pay for all of this in the waiting area! I'll definitely be returning to the Oakville location rather than Burlington.

Your recent policy change on purchasing only parts at parts counter about customer loyalty discounts was probably not a good idea.

I came in late around 6: 00pm at parts counter with passenger side light out asked for a low beam replacement & with customer loyalty discount. I also asked for a schematic or some direction on how to replace it. I was given a dull print out of light assembly unit. The older man at parts said the policy is changed recently and there is no more discount offered. The discount is only available through service.service was closed that late hour. There was no one to replace my low beam. Usually concierge does it at arrival. I end up doing it my self using YouTube though. I have been purchasing items over parts counter for years now never came across such. The parts counter should know how to replace the bulb or at least give some direction How to do it.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from Mercedes Benz Burlington. I had an issue with my car that had been in repeatedly to another location without resolution and feared I would have the same outcome in Burlington. The team in Burlington would not give up until they found the solution and I couldn’t be more pleased. I won’t go anywhere else from this point forward! Thanks Burlington team!

Fantastic dealership & staff! My wife and I wandered in after work one evening without an appointment and were quickly helped by Nikki who was patient and incredibly friendly.even when we ended up having to stay after closing for her to finish our quote. From that evening forward every experience we've had with Nikki, Krina, Marco and the service department has been incredible. They have an unparalleled atmosphere for a car dealership and after 9 months with our C300, we know where we'll be going for our future cars.

Saw another recent review about service pricing, I was also ripped off by Mercedes Burlington, $800 for oil change. I refused to pay and after threatening legal action they reduced my bill to $400. Still a huge rip off, I will never go back. Go to Good Guys Auto Repair or other garages, they can all get Mercedes parts for way cheaper.

After my adverse review dealership contacted me to resolve my rebate issue. Although MBF Canada did not help but dealership offered additional discount so we can arrive at a deal. Thanks to Duane Passero General Sales Manager for his personal efforts and assistance; extremely efficient friendly and helpful person. However, I was disappointed when I picked up this demo model yesterday as the KMs on the car were almost 2000KMs more than what was informed in writing. This can impact prepaid maintainance and tires/breaks life. I hope dealership will resolve this last issue as well.
Finally I noted that most of the Mercedes App applications do not work at all; I was informed by dealership delivery specialist that MB Internet is very slow and unreliable. I am still waiting for her to complete App application for me.

Great Sprinter Service. I have always been able to get my van in quickly for urgent service rather than being told that the next available opening is in a week or more, like I have experienced at other dealers. If I'm not mistaken they have dedicated Sprinter technicians and service bays which means that your van will be fixed quickly by people who work on Sprinters all of the time.

They also have a dedicated Sprinter Service Advisor who is very knowledgeable about Sprinters. He can give real answers rather than assuming its the same answer it is for other MB vehicles and is great with taking care of warranty issues.

Its great to know that they understand that Spinter owners rely on their vans and can't just simply pick up a rental to do the job the van was purchased for. I found it disheartening that the other dealer put priority over cars who's main job is to commute to work and take kids to soccer practice. I happily drive 45 minutes to have my van serviced in Burlington rather than take it to the dealer in my city 10min from home.

I’ve been dealing with mb Burlington for a while now. Just recently I came in with my mom shopping for a new glc43 amg. Chris in sales was amazing. Super patient and knowledgeable. We pulled the trigger and couldn’t be happier. The car is absolutely amazing and so was our buying experience. Every time I come in to buy parts for my c63 the guys behind the counter are extremely helpful. Not only selling me parts but also answering all my questions. Being a young guy dressed in work clothes it’s rare when dealers treat you with respect and take you seriously. Mb Burlington is really refreshing. I’ll be back to buy my next one. Cheers! Took our C350 here for some warranty work last week, and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at a Mercedes store.

We had been to other dealers previously (closer to home), but the experience there wasn’t the greatest. The advisors at the Oakville store were more concerned with repeating their diagnostic door rate over and over, rather than listening to our concerns, and understanding that the vehicle was under warranty still.

Decided to drive out a little further to the Burlington location and it was the best decision we could have made. The service manager, Jason Genier, actually took time out of his busy schedule to verify our concerns with the car, and thoroughly explain how the repair was going to be completed and how long the process would take.

The car was picked up a day later, and everything was better than perfect. They even cleaned the car and made it look showroom quality.

Definitely recommend Mercedes Benz Burlington if you’re in the area.and a special thanks to Jason for being all kinds of awesome!

Very disappointed with my overall experience at Mercedes Benz Burlington.
My father took my car in while I was on a work trip for an oil change and warranty inspection. I expected this to cost around $200 given prior services I've had done at other garages.
The next thing I know, my Visa has a $644 charge on it for oil change and air filter. My father had paid thinking I had approved this.
Called service manager and was told that it was "Mercedes parts" and that they detailed my car.
There were jelly beans on the floor from before the "detailing. " It was still dusty and had not been vacuumed. Regardless, still not worth anywhere near $644 even if it had, in fact been detailed. I'm still in disbelief I was lied to about this when it clearly had not been cleaned.
I called Mercedes head office, they did nothing. Also reported this to BBB and Mercedes Burlington refused to respond.
I'm a single parent and every dollar counts, I feel completely taken advantage of and ignored.
Customers, especially single women beware.

My experience with Mercedes-Benz was 2nd to none. We walked into the dealership in the morning without an appointment and without any commitment to making a purchase, and we were treated by Graham Buchan like royalty. We did a test drive and unexpectedly received a thorough walk-through from Graham how to navigate through the system and all the features that makes MB stand out as an exceptional experience and the dealership. His professionalism, friendliness, respect, courtesy and knowledge was unlike any other car buying experience. I truly appreciated having Graham make this a positive experience and erasing any previous unfortunate experiences with other dealerships. Thank you again, to Graham and Mercedes-Benz. It has been almost two months with my previously used B250 and I continue to LOVE this car!
