This is our first Mercedes and it has been a wonderful experience at the Oakville location. Dennis and Jason were so wonderful to be in communication with when purchasing our first Mercedes. Both of them have made this journey a pleasant one to always remember! Dennis was so patient with us in giving us test drives of the vehicles, answering all of our inquires and giving us valuable feedback in order to help us make a decision! Jason was on the ball with our order and appraising our old vehicle. Even after the delivery Dennis is always checking in to see if we have any questions and how we are enjoying the vehicle. Worst experience you can have.
Avoid them if you can. These people have no respect for their customers.
I called them regarding an issue with my car and bokked an appointment only to be surprised when I arrived that they would not be working on my car for a couple of days and that they would just leave it outside even though I made sure on the phone to let them know that it is my only car and I need it.
They refused to check what is wrong with the car or giving a loaner.

Overall very bad experience and you would expect better service from a luxury brand.

I've had mixed experiences at this dealership and have changed my 1 star review to a 3 star as I continue to interact with more of their staff. My poor review is focused around the service department being too back-logged for reasonable service timeframes. This needs to be addressed in a timely manner. Vehicles can not sit for a month waiting on service. I was told it's three weeks to get an appointment. Then they start the repairs and service. I have contracts and obligations that can't wait this long. I had a simple oil leak and was forced to repair it myself due to this delay. I was given the wrong parts the first time I went in and had to do a temporary repair over a long weekend to avoid being left stranded or waiting on roadside assistance. Luckily the repair held. We need better service. Please work on improving this issue.
Through many communications I have improved my review as the staff are nice to talk to and very polite, the dealer-client relations improve when they are informed properly of the situation. I would recommend doing business with them, I hope they can get caught up in the near future.

I recently picked up my new Mercedes GLB 250 SUV.
My whole experience at Oakville Mercedes was great from start to finish. I was not looking to buy a vehicle and had met my daughter at the dealership to pick her up as her Mercedes needed a tire replacement.
I was asked if I needed any help or had any questions. I expressed that I was only waiting for my daughter and was just checking out the vehicles. Window Shopping!
The smaller SUV GLB 250 caught my Eye.
As i was taking a closer look the receptionist asked if I wanted to look inside the vehicle. I said sure.
A lovely young man named Marcus came over with the keys, opened the vehicle and said I could sit inside.
I must say the inside was as lovely as the outside. The smell of a new vehicle was certainly enticing!
It is said. “ The nose knows”.
I truly love the smell of a new vehicle.
When my daughter appeared I told her I really liked a vehicle I saw here. She said well Mum. You deserve a new vehicle. So buy it.
Well the rest is history.
A wonderful experience from all the management and staff at Oakville Mercedes.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that I just found out that there's only ONE shuttle bus/service and the driver is booked until August 19/22.
My mom (senior) have to drop off her car off for service and there's no shuttle bus to drive her back so I have to take my time off from work to bring her back home.
Usually it doesn't bother me that much, but is MERCEDES-BENZ and this kind of service is unacceptable.
I recently took my car in (not Mercedes) and their driver was busy so they call an Uber on their expense.

Saffi + Dennis = MVPs. My uncle was in the market for a new Benz and decided to stop by here to browse around and eventually buy. Out of all his experiences buying cars, this was the best experience so far. There was absolutely no pressure from the sales people (Saffi + Dennis) along the buying journey. They were both very thorough, honest, and patient. Their communication was very prompt throughout text and call. They helped my uncle with any questions and concerns he had. Overall a 10/10 experience and I will likely be purchasing from this location in the future. Thank you so much to the amazing team here.

My experience at Mercedes-Benz Oakville was amazing.i went in February to custom order a new GLC Coupe. They were the only dealership that had build spots available. The car was delivered in May which I didnt expect! 3 months wait was not bad at all. Tayeeb was very helpful and always provided updates. He would always answer any questions at any given time. Kate the delivery specialist went over the car features upon handing over the car. Overall the whole experience was excellent.

I bought my first ever Mercedes from this location. I couldn't any happier with the service from the start I walked in to the very end I knew I was in good hands. Marco the sales manager was awesome made my whole experience fun! Chris and Kate were super professional and made sure everything was smooth for my delivery. Mercedes cancelled my service appointment (a recall) after I got to the dealership after half hour driving.

No explanation and they just rebooked my appointment to a later date.

They didn't try to contact me prior to the appointment at all, and I have to take a day off to do this recall service. Totally waste of my time. Really BAD customer service and I will not recommend this dealership

Don’t be fooled by low class liars trying to play the race card just because they did not get their way and were not allowed to take advantage of the employees and this establishment as a whole. Make no mistake, these are the same type of people that are helping destroy this great country. Shameful really! Anyway, the sales, service, and parts dept.are stellar and this is why so many of my friends and family (10 vehicles right now purchased by people of all types of racial backgrounds btw) continue to purchase their vehicles from here and will continue to do so! For those that wrote complains against MB Oakville, and also for those reading their complains, hopefully you will reach here and read my words. Of course, MB Oakville is a very busy dealership, but for sure you can easily guess why? Because they are soo good! Always people flock towards the good stuff, right? Same like in groceries: the best items go out first, the shady ones stay on the shelf and decay. Or maybe some of you guys didn't experience the Honda, VW, Mazda, Chevi dealerships' services, that I won't disclose their locations now because this is not the purpose of this review. Or possible, you may have the experience elsewhere of big smiling welcoming faces that made you happy, but you forget afterwards to check on the quality of their job on your car. Exactly opposite at MB Oakville, professionalism first, and smiles at the end, only when they see you leaving the dealership happy! Over the last 7-8 years or so, I worked with couple service advisors, Bosko is one the first I met, but lately Michael Giraldi took care of my cars, and I cannot be more happy with their service! Also, if eventually you are unhappy because the price tag of your invoice was too high, then you have to reconsider the car you drive, for sure you are driving the wrong car for your bugdet and your financial frustrations are making the noise on the Reviews! In the end, I would highly recommend Michael Giraldi regardless this will make my own appointment at MB Oakville possible challenging in the future.but I will plan ahead as always of course! So, you guys just plan ahead your visit at the MB Oakville dealership and enjoy the car you are driving! Love your car and the people taking care of your car! Spread love! Calin

I was a loyal Mercedes customer at this dealership until I learned in store associates and managers who detail/service our vehicles, take us for test drives, and negotiate terms with us in offices do NOT NEED TO BE vaccinated. Biggest hypocrisy is they can remain on corporate health and safety teams. Have since shifted to another luxury vehicle brand who puts THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST

We have a GL350 which we bought from MB Oakville back in Spring of 2017. We always used this dealer for maintenance and repairs as we found them to be very professional. They provided a very high level of service and the staff were very helpful. When it came time to buying another MB, we wanted to go thru them again. I am quite proud of my ability to search for the best sales and shop outlet power centers frequently so as to save a few bucks on clothes, shoes, groceries, etc. What I am not open to doing is trying to save a few dollars in buying an item many people buy every 4 years or so and spend 30% of their waking hours in. When you look at it that way, you want to make the right decision. Why risk buying from someone you don't know or trust? The staff at MB Oakville exude a sense of caring and willing to help, no matter the circumstances. It's been this way ever since we bought our first car from them. BTW, I was able to surprise my wife on her birthday with a C300 and Heather worked hard to make it happen. Still happily married so it must have been the right call versus a new coffee machine.

Terrible customer service. Michael from service is very dismissive and inconsiderate. Not accommodating during COVID with the lack of courtesy vehicles. Non responsive with phone calls. Kept my car for almost 4 days for a software update and wouldn’t even drop it off. Demanded I take the shuttle if I wanted my car irrespective of me being uncomfortable being in a vehicle with someone during COVID and flu season while 7 months pregnant. He basically told me that was my problem and to figure it out on my own. Awful! Go to Burlington instead.

I had one of the best experience at the MB Collision Centre. I recently purchased a 2018 S450 certified pre owned thru another dealership. The car was ceramic coated and had holograms all over the vehicle. The dealership refused to acknowledge their mistake.
I brought the vehicle to the MB Collision Centre in Oakville and dealt with Kyle Thrasher. He assured me that this issue could be resolved. He went the extra mile and did an excellent job and resolved the issue. He is prompt and efficient. I highly recommend the MB Collision Centre in Oakville and in particular Kyle Thrasher. He gets a 10/10! Thank you it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Having consistently dealt with the same exceptional service adviser over the years, the experience was yet again cordial, smooth from beginning to end and completely deserving of a five star rating. The car looked and drove like new when I picked it up. All exchanges with dealership staff were friendly and efficient. The loaner vehicle provided has me thinking it might be time for a new totally different model than I'm currently driving. I've always been very pleased with the Mercedes brand and service.

The Customer service was amazing. From the moment I got there I was greeted by your associates and was served right away. They made me feel welcomed and like family. They even asked me if I would like anything to drink and eat while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. Kirby registered my car for service and made sure that he updated me with everything I needed to know about the service and the how much warranty I have left and what’s covered. The mechanic was amazing. I was watching him while he was servicing my car and he was very attentive while inspecting the car and the service all together. I was exceptional happy with the overall service and experience at your dealership. Best customer service!

Great dealership with amazing sense of customer service!

it started with a phone call into Mercedes-Benz Oakville in which i was connected to a salesman named Samy. Samy was very polite, professional, and honest from the get go. Told him what i was looking for and what the budget was. He asked me to give him some time and he would see what he could do. Within 30min Samy found the vehicle i was looking for with even more options that i originally requested and was able to provide me with what i believe was a great price. Samy is a true gem! He has a passion for the product and a great sense of pride in what he does.

I accepted the offer and was then introduce the Finance Manager (Marco). Marco was another pleasure to work with. Very professional and efficient. Had a couple of phone conversations and emails between each other and was able to get everything done within a couple of hours.

Once the financials were completed, Marco introduced me to Heather the delivery specialist. We set a date and time for me to pick up the vehicle (which was very quick). Again, this was organized and scheduled through email in which Heather was very professional and responsive.

On date of delivery i finally got to meet these amazing people. Met with Marco first to sign all the papers then Heather to accept delivery. Heather was amazing! She took the time to show me pretty much everything about the vehicle inside and out! Samy arrived for his shift and immediately came to introduce his self and congratulate me on my purchase.

Overall, I am very very pleased with my experience at Mercedes-Benz Oakville! Five Stars from start to finish! Samy, Marco, Heather, you guys are amazing! Keep doing what you guys are doing! I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone i know if the market for Mercedes and I look forward to next time.

When we got to Mercedes Benz Oakville we were blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The showroom was well put together. Actually, we were leaning towards a BMW but after meeting with our sales rep Amanda Sasso our minds quickly changed. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and put our minds at ease that we would be making the right choice. Amanda is friendly, not pushy and very personable. I went to MB Oakville all the way from Durham to look at a used car I was very interested in. I got Adi or Aditya as my sales person. He seemed relatively informative with his facts on the car and was pleasant and not too over baring. So I decided to move forward with the purchase, which was also a gift to myself for my birthday. I had to wait about a week to pick up the car and there were certain things discussed during the negotiations that I was promised would be taken care of and fixed by Aditya. Fast forward to the day of pick up, I met with Heather who was to show me the ins and outs of my new car. She was great and very helpful. Upon inspection of the car I could see certain things I was promised by My sales agent were in fact not fixed or replaced. Aditya came to wish me congratulations which I did appreciate much. But once I mentioned the issues, that he himself promised would to be taken care of but were not, his entire demeanour changed. He became very cold and irritable and made it seem like I was not suppose to mention the things he promised me that were not fixed. Long story short this ruined my overall experience at MB Oakville. To me it seemed like he played the roll of a true used car sales man. Said whatever he needed to get the sale and once I signed the dotted line he lost all care for customer experience. The management staff did there best to try and cover his tracks but to be honest the damage was already done.

I had my service visit booked today. I really had high expectations of the customer service as the dealership i got my car from last year 2019 provided exceptional service. The lady i spoke to on the phone initially was really friendly. But when i went in today the person at the reception who greeted me wasnt friendly at all. She was snobbish and asked me to drop my keys and wait for shuttle. Then i asked to speak to the advisor as it was my initial servicing and i would like to know what a Service B contained. I spoke to the advisor Miranda she was very brief in explaining the service and offered me a package which I appreciated. Everything was okay till then. When i returned to pick up my car i waited at the advisor desk as i expected that i would be explained what all was serviced, details about issues, or the parts that were serviced (as i mentioned it was my initial servicing) I was asked to go to the counter to pay. Which i did and I again met the same lady at reception who wasn’t friendly at all. She asked me to sign the contract. I asked then what am i signing for as i expected i should be explained what documents require my signature. She was really brief and said its for oil change. I later went and asked if the contract had an expiration date. After asking i was told yes it does.this should not be an information thts given on asking. If i am prepaying for a service i need to know if it expires, terms and conditions. In this whole
Process at no point i was told details of servicing.
This is not a complaint but service level feedback. I wouldnt have expected this kind of service from a dealership of mercedes after having an exceptional service at Midtown location. Im really not happy with the staff and their communication.

Holy RUDE! I called in to get some information about a car I am considering purchasing. I kept getting transferred from department to department. When I finally spoke to someone in sales, the representative was extremely rude and short with me. Looks like the dealership just lost out on the sale of a car.

Save yourself some time and frustration and go to the dealer in Burlington. So much nicer and way more helpful!

***edited to say that they must have me confused with another disappointed customer.i did not call on a Saturday, nor was I looking for personal information of any kind. I was calling to ask about comparable vehicles to one I found at another dealer online.

Friendly staff, service done promptly and correctly. Clean dealership, clean service bays. Recommended.

Update Feb 10,2020. Hit a pothole and seriously damaged a rim. Left car Sunday night via the drop box - so unannounced and no appointment.

Despite no appointment, the problem was dealt with promptly and I'm more than happy with the outcome.

Kudos to all the people that helped and said hi to me - Tessa, Bosko, Kirby, Mike, Amanda, Phil, Kate and others whose names I don't know.

Undoubtedly they are better than some of other Mercedes Benz Dealers in GTA but still have lot of gaps to cover specially when as a customer our expectations are high. I had been to this dealership twice for servicing my car. First time after I picked my car, noticed that service manager did not do a thorough job as my car dashboard was giving message for tire pressure. When I called him, he apologized as he missed looking at it. Granted that it might be a genuine overlook. Second time, same thing even though I ensured to ask this time specifically. Even after confirmation, found two of my indicators showing errors. When called, he was apologetic and promised to arrange an appointment for me to bring back the car. It has been over a month and I am still waiting for an appointment. This is unexpected and very disrespectful of our time and lack of professionalism.

What can I say but “ KUDOS to Team MB Oakville” after what me and the family faced thru the hands of Mercedes Brampton we had to think multiple times before stepping into MB Oakville

I don’t generally mention names in reviews but here the whole family would like to thanks Jason Rego, Loyalty Retention Manager and Marco Mandarino, FSM who made 2020 memorable for the whole family and ensured that we drive out with the car

Really happy we chose this location. Mike in service has been very helpful. They have been able to provide a shuttle for us no problem each time and are very fair. Work is done well and customer service is great. Recommend Oakville location!

I guess they don't need new business.

Brought my car in for recalls. The service that was provided to me was outstanding from Michael Giraldi and the team at the Oakville location. They had a loaner vehicle ready to go for me which I appreciated. A few weeks earlier I had dropped by unannounced as my coolant was low. They topped it up for me and I was on my way in minutes. Thank you.

Everyone at Mercedes-Benz Oakville was so helpful with the purchase of my first Mercedes SUV, especially Samy Khani. He was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. I highly recommend this place!

The first time last August 2019 we carried our vehicle in for the B Service and mentioned to a experienced service advisor that our windshield system has a leak and that we want to get it looked at. We pickup the vehicle after service and drove the vehicle how without seeing the service light showing for the windshield sensor showing. The next day, when we start the vehicle the windshield sensor warning message pops up. This is when we realize they Dudu not investigate, instead they just filled the tank with fluid as part of the B Service. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THEY FAILED IN DELIVERY OF QUALITY SERVICE. We did not take the vehicle back because we needed to use the vehicle.

The next time we need to get new tires and so we decided to give them a second try. We took the vehicle in and specifically notified the intake service advisor online and in person to check the leak in the windshield system and even mentioned that they failed to address the iss last August. This service occurred just on January 7th. We dropped the vehicle and was told that the vehicle will be ready the same day. A few hour later, we get a call that we need to get the tire sensor replaced (a money grab) and do not bring in the dealership we felt like hostages which is a common tactic they use on customers so we simply agreed. This caused a day delay, so the car would be ready the next day. That same day we received another call that the clams and fuel line will need to be replaced (another money grab). Tire replacement started out at just under $1000 now jumped to just under $3000. Also because of the fuel line rust and needed to be teplaced, the vehicle need another day of delay. So now they are holding the vehicle. As a courtesy they offer a loaner vehicle where the service team inspected the vehicle before handing it to us. When we when to look at the loaner, we briefly looked at the outside for paint damages and was show a few know chips; we did not start the vehicle to see if there were any messages on the systems. We drove the vehicle off the lot and notice the vehicle would pull to the right side but when we pulled over to check the vehicle we did not see any issue with the tires. We reset the tire inflation as prompted to the dashboard and continued to drive the vehicle for just about 100 kilometres in 2-3 days.

When we returned the loaner to the dealership on a Saturday, they indicated the tire was flat but did not tell us that the car gas run flat tires which is why we did not see any issue with the tires. Service later called us after the mechanic looked at the vehicle that since they did not charge us for pump as a discount offered by the service advisor $400, that they were now going to charge us $440 for the flat tire on the loaner vehicle. And still we do not know for sure if the vehicle had the flat when they gave us the keys. We even mentioned to the same service advisor that we did not enjoy the loaner because the vehicle GLA 250 pulled while driving.
FOOL US TWICE - SHAME ON YOU MERCEDES BENZ OAKVILLE.

We also later learned while speaking with the service department that in both cases of service, we had the same service advisor that delivered poor service and a HORRIBLE CLIENT EXPERIENCE at the location.

Thank you Scott & Bryan for helping us getting our new ride with Mercedes. Scott & Bryan were very friendly and explained us the process in detail. They both made it very smooth and we are so happy to work with them. We see you guys again for our new ride:)
