I would highly recommend this dealership. We bought our SLK 300 from Lacey and she was kind and knowledgeable. She was very fair, made sure all the service work was performed, and made us feel special when we came to pick up the car with a beautiful presentation!

The team took me in, communicated clearly what needs to be done and timing. With their stocked parts, just a few hours later I was back on the road home. A fantastic dealership experience. The worst experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. But I credit that on two employee’s specifically not the dealership as a whole. Was told they have the youngest sales staff in Ontario and they act like it.

Buyer Beware is the experience I had with this dealership. Purchased a 2014 ML63 with 98,000kms on in January. I took it into another MB dealership for regulare maiteance (i've put onroughly 12,000km mostly highly) and it need rear pads (due to uneven wear), a new oil pan as the current is corred and barely hanging on, 2 front wheel bearings and a mjaor oil leak repaired (oil is leaking from the timing cover onto the turbos) for a dealership that prides thems self on being used AMG specialist.to say I'm disapointed is an understatment. Take your hard eared cash somewhere else! I even reached out to the dealership to discuss.no reply.

Mercedes-Benz Peterborough is the best dealership in Ontario hands down! They went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service and help! Picked up my new GLE coupe from Mercedes-Benz in Peterborough today and my husband and I are so happy. I wanted recognize @mercedesbenzpeterborough for going far above and beyond once again. I’d never buy a @mercedesbenz from any other dealer in the GTA. Rarely a positive experience in the past. However, time and time again, MB Peterborough has been a shining example of what a luxury car purchase should be like. It’s hard to get good service anywhere these days and today, I want to recognize Lacey Phillips, Michael Santos and the staff at Mercedes Benz Peterborough. They embody excellence. The bouquet of roses and swag bag was really thoughtful and appreciated. I recently purchased a S580 and the experience was absolutely first class from first meeting to delivery. Lacey Phillips was so personable, attentive and helpful - even after delivery. I would highly recommend speaking to her if you are thinking of purchasing a car. The GM - Mike - made an effort to come meet me when I was picking up the car. I did quite a bit of shopping around for the type of vehicle I was looking for and was very specific on the packages and features as well. From the first time I spoke to Dakin Wilson till the end while picking up my car, he was a professional throughout! He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls and did everything to ensure that I had all the information at my fingertips to make a decision. I had tons of questions for him throughout the discovery and sales process and he was very patient with me. It was well worth the 2 hour trip to Peterborough to pick up my stunning vehicle. The only reason I would give this rating a 4-star (and it does not have to do with Dakin Wilson at all) is because of Mark Fert (the finance manager). He does not reply to emails! I found this to be a huge turn-off.

We purchased our 2021 E350 Sedan from Mercedes-Benz Peterborough. We live 2 hours and 30 minutes away from the dealership. Credit goes to Lacey Phillips. She gave her best to seek our business. Prior to the delivery of the vehicle she explained to us all the salient features of a new vehicle. Bouquet of roses for my wife and my name next to the car on the red carpet made the delivery of the vehicle very special occasion. Thanks Lacey! It was a pleasure dealing with you.

Avant de faire mon offre j'ai précisé que je voulais passer par une compagnie de financement maison qui allait acheter le véhicule pour moi. Le directeur a accepté et a prit mon dépôt. 1 semaine plus tard j'ai reçu un appel de la part de la vendeuse me disant que le directeur à changé d'avis. LOL
1 jour après m'avoir remis mon dépôt ils ont affiché la voiture avec 10 000 $ au dessus du prix initiale.
D'ailleurs les concessionnaires n'ont pas le droit de vendre leur véhicule plus que le MSRP non?

I’ve been to several Mercedes dealerships in the Toronto area and none of them have the quality of service that the Peterborough location has, and that probably has a lot to do with Lacey Phillips, she’s absolutely phenomenal to work with. I love how they present the car to you when you pick it up as well. They went all out for us and that’s why I gotta shout them out.

These guys are fantastic! I was in the market for a while (in the GTA) and was going back and forth with a number of dealerships. Mercedes-Benz Peterborough were by far the best. Even though it was a 1.5h drive from Toronto, it was super worth it. The team made my experience smooth and fluid. I recommend Joshua Middleton - master salesman! He made my purchase very easy. He was super nice and genuine, did not ignore my emails and texts (unlike other dealerships), he replied promptly every time, he was knowledgeable and knew the cars well, facilitated the purchase process, and the whole time made me feel very welcome! Mark (finance department) was also great! He made my process of financing my C43 AMG a breeze. I highly recommend those guys. They really went above and beyond!

What an experience. Two Saturday's ago my wife and I were looking to upgrade our vehicle and were recommended by a friend to check this dealership out. A little background story, my family has been generational VW car owners from my grandfather to my father to me. My last purchase/experience with service from VW (Owasco) made me so disappointed I promised myself I would never go back. When we came inside we were greeted my Michal and immediately welcomed us and we explained what we were in search of (basically a AWD bigger vehicle than a Golf since thats what my wife and I both drive). The knowledge and depth of information he had available was amazing. The attention to detail and the pride he had about Mercedes absolutely radiated and was noticeable to both my wife and I. He explained all the information between the GLA, GLB, and GLC. He had all the information available right away every spec of the vehicle for each category. We ended up test driving the GLC and he was extremely patient with both of us with all the features the vehicle offered explaining it to us in great detail, he also took us on a route that allowed us to match our driving style that we usually would have (i work downtown and would do some highway and some city driving). We ended up purchasing the GLC and could not be happier with not only the car but with Michal and the whole experience. He is extremely professional, courteous and a true expert in Mercedes and I will be a future customer as well as recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go straight to Michal.

We recently purchased our first Mercedes and it was a fantastic experience working with the staff at MB Peterborough. Customer service far exceeded that of other MB dealerships we shopped at, and as a result they got our business. Joshua was attentive, knowledgeable and worked with us closely to get us into the SUV we wanted at a price that worked for us. As I moved east of Toronto early December, I had to get repairs done on my car before the holidays. It was easy to book an appointment and upon arrival, Jordan was welcoming and ready to help me. The first visit, I decided to stay and work from dealership which was a relaxing experience. The repairs had to be completed over two visits and they offered a courtesy car allowing me to come back the next day. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend their service department.

We ended up purchasing a E400 Convertible from Michal Grzesniak & Michael Santos, both men handled the entire process professionally. Each member of the MB Peterborough team we interacted with were positive and pleasant to work with, everyone made us feel they truly appreciated our business and wanted to go the extra mile for us. We bought our Mercedes Benz from this dealership. From the start, I was dealing with Joshua Middleton, he is an amazing guy, very courteous and professional. It took awhile for us to reach an agreement but he did his best. Car was ready on the day and time it was promised. Will definitely go there for regular maintenance even though it is more than 45 minutes away from the dealership close to our house.

We just popped in to take a peek at the newest models because my garndson is crazy about cars and has dreams of owning his own Auto Dealership when he grows up. It's always a special adventure and reward when we explore various dealerships. He's been begging to stop here for months.so on this day we did. While we were browsing at the Mercedes-Benz a sales rep Mike came out and chatted with us. When we told Mike our story he invited my grandson in to the show room to show him the latest and limited Mercedes Benz AMG R Coupe 2020 and gifted him with a Mercedes Ball Cap! ! In the life of a boy with a passion for cars.this is an act of kindness that wil never be forgotten! Everyone there was amazing, welcoming and friendly. Thank you Mike!

I required some miscellaneous parts to complete a repair on my Mercedes ML550. As l live about 1 1/2 hours away l called the parts department and spoke with Ken to make sure they were available. He went above and beyond, and instead of just advising me the parts were not in stock, he asked me to hold for a few minutes while he checked on something.

When he returned to the telephone he told me the parts were in, having been ordered for another customer, but as they would not be required for a week, he said l could have them and he would order in replacements for the customer.

I also mentioned that a neighbour was travelling to Peterborough for an appointment that day and could l pay for the parts with my credit card and have my neighbour pick them up. No problem l was told. So, when my neighbour arrived at the dealership Ken had all the parts bagged with the bill enclosed and ready to go.

We need more customer oriented people in the retail world like Ken! Great experience at Mercedes Benz Peterborough!

Awesome dealership! Just got my second car from here and the experience was exactly how if should be: friendly, no pressure, professional and straightforward. Marina was very helpful and made the experience extraordinary. Go buy a car from them! You will be impressed.

New to town, we went there a few months ago for A Service, oil change etc. We are happy with the service. Jordan, Anita and Tanya were all very helpful. Back now to get brakes done, as well as getting 4 new tires. Again Jordan was helpful as was Anne including her patience with me changing my mind on what was to be included and when we could go.

Great parts desk at Mercedes-Benz of Peterborough; they were able to get me the part for my vehicle without a price markup, unlike some other local part retailers.

I drive a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK, with the OM642 Diesel Engine in it; I was able to go to their parts desk and was able to purchase a Camshaft Position Sensor for my engine. There was no judgement and they expediently got the part. If I need anymore engine parts, they will be on my list of places to go.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Marina W.at the dealership. I have purchased over 40 cars in my lifetime and I have never been handled so well. Patient, professional and very courteous. I highly recommend her and the dealership. You won't go wrong!

I had to order a key for my car, these guys brought it in for me without the extra hastle I was getting from a Toronto dealer. I'll be extra diligent in keeping track of my key as the new one was very expensive.

Purchased a 2019 AMG C43 wagon on April 5,2019. The sales rep, Mike Santos was great to deal with and helped me through the custom build. I was advised delivery was to be the week of June 3rd. 2 month wait, yeah I could do it.

First week of June came and I was told delivery was pushed back until the 3rd week of June. Dang, more waiting and more telling friends that yeah, I actually did buy a car, I'm not joking it's just hung up somewhere in the build. Come the third week of June, I learned that the car was actually built in Germany and it would be the better part of July before I could take delivery. Mike was again helpful and showed patience through a myriad of phone calls and emails. I was provided a tracking app so that I could watch the car's journey across the Atlantic until it reached port in Halifax. For my troubles of waiting almost 16 weeks until delivery, I was given a 3 year service package. Very decent, I appreciated that MB believed the car was built in Alabama like the rest of the C class models which turns out was not the case, and for my troubles, they stepped up and accommodated me.

I have since had the car completely X-pel PPF wrapped and ceramic coated. The car is sublime. I love it. I need a crow bar to crank the smile off my face when I look at it and when I drive it. It was well worth the wait. My little gaffers love the exhaust button and the burbles and pops the car let's out.

The purchase through to the pick up was top shelf, just as anyone would expect from MB. The customer service was second to none and for this I applaud them. A+, 5 star.you name it.

4500 km later, the windshield splintered a hairline crack from the roofline near straight down and across the pane. I get it, things like that happen. I know exactly how it happened. I crossed over from one lane of traffic into another, and in doing so the car hovered over the well worn traffic channels in the roadway. The window torqued causing stress and it did it's thing, the stress took the path of least resistance from roofline down through windshield. I also cringed with the ungodly sound of one side of the glass rubbing across the other until it settled. Think fingernails on a chalk board.

I made an appointment and went in. The contractor they hired out was a little late for the appointment that I had made, so it wasn't a great start for my first service/repair appointment. I understood, people run late, people get tied up, I shrugged it off. Besides, it's not too difficult to aimlessly wander around the showroom staring at gorgeous cars for awhile. The service amenities: coffee, snacks, wifi, tv and shuttle service all add to the MB reputation and makes the time tick by. So I overlooked the 90 minute oversight that was the contractor mistake, not MB Peterborough.

As a result of the hiccups incurred with the windshield and it's edge crack and the late contractor outsourced to repair it, MB Peterborough with the assistance of Lubo Matviyiv (Customer Experience Manager), made the situation right. MB met me half way on the repair.

Lubo did a great job later reaching out to me ensuring that my experience was as it should have been, making one feel like part of a larger family.

So there you have it. Thus far, purchase experience, excellent, car itself, excellent, inviting staff on those occasions, excellent.the follow up visit, not a great start, but MB stepped in to meet me on the costs for replacement and the promise to improve upon that first experience.

As their saying goes, " The best or nothing. " I got the best!

I passed here to look at some Mercedes cars. A dealer called "Robert Brunsch" came to me and invited me inside. He paitiently explained specs for different cars. He spent more than an hour beyond their working hours with me for a test drive. He explained all details of the vehicle to me with complete honesty and without hiding facts. Eventually I decided not to buy because the vehicle was out of my budget, but I think they have much better culture than cheap Japanese car dealerships like Toyota.
I m considering getting a Mercedes in future.
Overall I strongly recommend this dealership.

WOW! Such great service. Our very large Sprinter Van broke down at a campground and we were towed to this dealership. After spending the night in the parking lot of the dealership, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful associate named Jordan and the sprinter tech who essentially dropped everything to help us get back on the road. We were a bit intimidated at first, as we have never taken the van to Mercedes, bought it used and is half way through a new paint job.so lets just say it wasn't a very appealing vehicle to have in their lot. ;) None of that mattered, as we were treated like every other customer in the dealership.

I had a very shocking experience with Mercedes-Benz Peterborough when I purchased my first brand new Mercedes Vehicle in my life. I live in Hamilton and all negotiations were completed and finalised and agreed to pickup the vehicle on Saturday 25th of May.

The first shock I received when the finance manager Mark Fert pulled out the contract for signing - with an increased interest rate of 1% which was not according to the mutually accepted contract. I had to show him the email which showed the accepted contract and the interest rate of 2.99%. Which he accepted and we finalised after which we proceeded to the delivery of the vehicle. We happily left the Mercedes-Benz Peterborough location with my family in our new van.

The biggest set-back and major shock was received when drove 20km's out of Peterborough going back to Hamilton. We received a call from the sales manager Wesley Carreiro mentioning that this deal was not acceptable because the interest that should be charged was 3.99% and you have to pay $2300 more, I refused to pay that amount as we had mutually agreed to the interest rate of 2.99% prior to my arrival. He said in a very aggressive and rude manner to stop the vehicle where ever you are and he will come to take the vehicle back.

I was embarrassed and shocked with my family - that I was receiving this kind of mismanagement and unprofessional behaviour from one of the world's most renowned and leading automobile manufacturer.

This information is provided because we as customers should be aware of this kind of unprofessional conduct of business. Furthermore, I was told that I would receiving a Customer Feedback survey but did not receive any after this incident.

When it comes to sales service these people are off the charts.
Micheal will do what it takes to get your business and he goes far
beyond. Francis is the driving force behind the service and she
is on her game at all times. I have brought people from Toronto
to buy cars so they to can take advantage of the superior service.

I recently purchased my second Mercedes Benz car and I am very impressed with the Peterborough dealership. I really appreciate the staff's professionalism. They are always welcoming and I am always treated with respect and courtesy. Any concerns or questions I have are dealt with quickly and in such a way that I don't feel "stupid" for voicing them. I've never had our MB serviced here but regarding the parts dept.they are very helpful. Picked up some pads and rotors and asked about the pad sensors. They were happy to let me talk with one of the mechanics for some quick advice. Very professional and accommodating.

Absolutely top notch service. My husband and I are relatively new to Peterborough. He owns an Audi and was having problems finding some where satisfactory to service his vehicle. A friend suggested taking it here and wow we are so impressed. Treated like royalty there every step of the way. BIG thanks to Dawson Duff for taking such good care of us and to all the staff we came in contact with. Looks like our next purchase will be a Mercedes just based on the service received alone!

I'm speechless. Our family purchased multiple cars over the years, and had all kinds of experiences, but this one has to be shared. It is my first time buying a car and the guys at MB Peterborough went above and beyond and made it a memorable experience for me. Even before stepping in the dealership, Jonathan Maxted was very courteous over the phone, and answered my questions in great detail. When I arrived at the dealership me and my family were greeted by Michael Santos the GM and THE star of the three pointed star, Michal Grzesniak. Now that guy was amazing on so many levels. He was very personal, professional, and super patient with me and my family. I knew exactly what I wanted however my mom was not so sure about the whole deal. Michal handled it superbly. We were never pushed, made feel like a burden or anything from that sort (although at that point I started to feel like we were). Right after Mr. Grzesniak got me the car that I wanted, It was our turn to deal with Mark Fert the finance manger. Professional, accurate, and very through. Now here comes the best part, which I was not ready for at all. The guys literally put up a show. After all the admin related tasks were smoothly completed by Mr. Fert, Michal and Joshua Middleton checked me into my used car that looked rather new. A big red bow and flowers (!) for my mom. And Michal as a surprise provided me with amazing MB gifts I was astonished and could not believe all of this was actually happening. Joshua was incredible and precisely showed me all the functions that the car has. I was also introduced to Jordan Batten who quickly assisted me with a technical question that I had.

Best experience at a car dealership my boyfriend or I have ever had! Immediately greeted as soon as we walked in to just look a while back and spoke with Ken Joseph. Such a great down to earth man who truly puts great effort and time helping. Recently went back to Ken to purchase our new vehicle. Ken made it truly an amazing experience all way around making sure that we were completely satisfied with our decision and spent all the time we needed showing us everything we wanted to know about the vehicle before we left. Would absolutely recommend this dealership (especially Ken Joseph) and will definitely be back in the future.
