Merivale Manor Apartment

Was Average when it was under Osgoode but since it was acquired by a new company, the service has gone downhill. The new mgmt did not care to make or build any relationships with old tenants. We were not even compensated to relocate to a hotel for a day because someone had bed bugs on our floor. Why would we pay for someone else carelessness and poor hygiene. (Disgusting)

Renters will always be at property mgmt companies mercy period!

Terrible management changed to paid by hour visitor parking. Slow and small elevators. New management is a paramount failure. SAD!
