Reception is on the right side when you enter the building. The facilities are clean, quiet, and spacious.

I appreciate that the lotion/oil used is not scented. The towels/blankets used are also fresh (no detergent scent). Nice environment for those with sensitivities or allergies.

Unscrupulous businessmen! After photorejuvenation, the whole face has a rash, don’t go, you will not only be slaughtered, but the effect will be poor! It's better not to do it!

Zigiy is wonderful! She is very thorough and gives the best massages! Always ensuring the pressure is good and checking in during the massage. I will definitely be back!

It was a very clean and professional space. I had a great experience seeing nurse Karen! It was my first time trying botox, I got it done around my jaw area in hopes to eliminate pain around the area from grinding my teeth. I grind my teeth at night when I'm really stressed and would wake up with tooth aches and jaw pain. I was really able to feel the difference approx. 3 weeks after the treatment. I even noticed my face slimmed down afterwards too which is a bonus haha. I'm currently trying out their laser treatment to help with my dark under eye circles, it's been a great process so far. I have only had one session so far and I know I need at least 3 in order to see a difference, so fingers crossed with this one too!

I have been going to Mernov a few time now. I am offered a skin test everytime i visit them, to see how my skin condition is. I recently got my laser done there, Julia was the one who got it done for me. She was very kind and professional. Not only the nurse there is awesome, the consultant who helped me out gave me helpful advices. I felt the pain doing laser, the consultant came into the treatment room and held the cooling device for me. They are not only professional but also very caring for their customers. I will always go back to them.

The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The spa is very big and I was in my own room for my treatment so I felt very safe. Especially during Covid times. The nurse was very nice and explained my procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable. I will come again.

I received the Diamond Lift Facial yesterday and the technician Christine was so talented. Her technique was amazing and obviously has been doing this for a very long time. I was able to see immediate lifting in my cheeks and a more defined chin and jawline after. When I went home, my family noticed a slimmer appearance and glowing skin. I'm definitely recommending this spa to my friends.
