I am really impressed and satisfied with the level of service provided by Merriam Pianos Oakville. I would like to thank them for the support provided when I was trying to connect my sound module to my new digital piano. They really care about their clients. Special thanks to Robin Rooke who not only provided great guidance on piano sounds and actions, but also went above and beyond helping me with the process of upgrading a new Kawai piano.

I recently started searching for my dream piano. I chatted with Brent from Merriam Music online. I was impressed by his initial email on the Estonia piano. He was thorough and provided me with concrete information and not just sales pitch. I then proceeded to visit their stores at the Robert Lowry location and the Oakville location. I initially selected a piano then decided at the last minute to change my mind. Brent was very accomodating and provided me with a price and solution that I was happy with. I am just now waiting for the delivery of my dream piano. Brent has taken a lot of his time in answering my endless questions and has been very professional. He was even answering my text messages outside of his work hours. His efforts to go above and beyond certainly didn't go unnoticed. Thank you Brent for helping me pick my piano. I will write a follow up review once I receive the piano. I am very excited that I will finally have a dream grand piano.
