Merry Farms

What a disappointment this year. We usually go opening weekend every year and this year was no different. Tree selection was slim this time and seemed they were tagging 8ft trees as really 7ft. We ended up getting a 7ft tree that was tagged as bigger and therefore paid more. Seemed like a scam/ money grab. Worst part is the tree didn’t last till Christmas. It actually started dying 10 days before Christmas. Never had this happen in over 5 years going to Merry Farms. Probably won’t be back.

Great Christmas trees with great shape, variety, size, and price. Just make sure to get one early before they sell out

I love this place because it's been a family tradition for 10+ years now - back when it was Wills tree farm. The staff are friendly, and helpful. But we just came back from getting a tree - a lovely 8 foot tree - but with tax it was $140. I think 5-6 years ago it was $90. I understand inflation and all, but.

We'll keep going back until our kids move out of the house because it's a tradition - a link back to when we pulled them along in a little buggy. And I suppose at $140 (plus $8 booking free), we're paying for more than just the tree. But.

Another great year at Merry Farms! We've been lucky enough to visit the farm the last 8 years and we look forward to our tree cutting day all year long. The reservation process is brilliant - no long lines and we know we won't leave without a tree. The staff is fantastic and we always enjoy chatting with the family.

We have been coming to Merry Farms for 5+ years now. Each year we enjoy our time cutting down the tree followed by a warm beverage and browsing the shop.

Had a lot of fun and always such a nice place. Took us over an hour to find a tree though because they were fairly picked over. I wish we would have waited to go into the larger lot of trees. Note to self don't go the opening day.

Beautiful trees! Great family experience as always. Getting our tree from Merry Farms has been a tradition for years in our family and will be for years to come!

It's the Christmas tree/pumpkin experience. If you want the experience come here, if you want to get in and out quickly go elsewhere.

We've been coming to the farm for 12 years and every year is another amazing experience. It was a beautiful day for a walk through the fields, the staff was friendly and we left with another perfect tree. We never have a doubt that our tree will last to the new year.

A family tradition! Great selection of Christmas trees, the staff are friendly, the grounds are very well kept, parking is organized and easy and the atmosphere is warm!

Our experience was great, lines to shake and wrap our tree moved fast, and staff were more than helpful and friendly as always! You would enjoy eating and drinking next to the bond fire. I absolutely love Merry Farms. We have been coming yearly since 2017. The new reservation system has made the experience way more enjoyable and less stressful, especially with young kids. You can always guarantee to have the perfect tree that will last into January! (And we always go the first weekend!)
My only complaint is the increase is pricing. We always get the 2nd level (blue) of tree, and in 2019 that tree cost $70 after tax (I found a picture I had taken of the pricing back then). This year that same type of tree costs $115 after tax.that is a huge increase in only 4 years.

Awful experience, and OUTRAGEOUS PRICES and our family has been coming for many years as have our parents, i felt rushed made a reservation for 3: 30 and right away got greeted with rudeness because they were closing soon.so why set reservations on your site for as late as 3: 30? But thats besides the point, we tried to get a tree and got told it was to late and to get a pre cut tree or to get one from the field beside the parking lot. All and all our family will not be returning and I will tell friends and family the same.

I have been coming here for 20 years. People are always friendly and helpful. I have always recommended Merry Farms to family and friends that are looking for the experience of searching for and cutting your own tree. My only concern is the high price of the trees. I do understand what is involved in growing these trees but I feel the prices are a little on the high side.

It was ok. Very subdued atmosphere. No Fraser fir trees which I was disappointed about. No staff directed us where to go to cut down a tree when we entered. We didn’t even know where to pay for the tree. Guess everyone is a repeat customer. No outdoor activities for the kids which was strange. One lone goat to look at. They did have some nice photo op areas. There are a lot of things that they could do to make this a better experience. Pumpkin season was amazing so this was a letdown. Have the staff dress in elf costumes and bring in Santa. Add a sleigh ride and hot cocoa.

Had a great lunch of generous back bacon sandwiches, fries and apple cider donuts before finding two beautiful trees. Staff was friendly and helpful. We also took home some ornaments from the lovely store. Loved this experience and highly recommend.

Had a great time at the farm! The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and Christmas store. Would highly recommend for a great family outing!

Love going to merry farms to get our tree every year. I've been to a few tree farms and it's by far the most organized I've been to.
