My wife had an emergency cracked tooth. We went in and they were fantastic in helping her. Another dental clinic said 3 week! I then cancelled my own cleaning at that other clinic. Again I had outstanding service delivered. The receptionist is a well organized top professional, the hygienist cleaned my teeth to porcelain. She wanted to achieve the best results. They have technology to help explain problems and highlight healthy practices. The dentist filled my cavity to perfection, was gentle and kind. Didn't feel a thing! Only positive feelings from beginning to end. A truly Canadian experience. You can trust this team.

Crown fell out, with rot under the tooth. Also, my filling was done more than 3 times yet still had issues. BE WARNED.

Edit 2: Answer to owner, I think ownership has changed with Dr. Brunell, I think was his name. DID he leave? I will take this comment down if so.

I highly recommend the Dr. Mersal to everyone. The office is super organized and everything works like a clock. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have the best experience every time I visit.

Dr Mersal is excellent. When I was visiting Ottawa and chipped my front tooth, he and his staff accommodated me in the same day as I dropped by foraninquiry. The repair was so perfect and the color matched. Highly recommended.
