Jude Cassimy has done an excellent job in providing me with the information I need to help me sort out my situation. His integrity and assistance have allowed me to make an informed decision that I would not otherwise have been able to make. I am unable to follow through at this time, so I can not speak to the whole process, but based on his care, I would have engaged Metal Pro's services if I could.

It was great dealing with Matt Rossi, he toke care of all my question even when I need to get ahold of him late Friday night, I’d deal with him again

Metal pro building missed pieces from the building that they charged me an extra 790$ just cause it was over 60 days from my order.
Also called many times for questions regarding anchor bolts and more, took them over 3 weeks to get back to me. Finally when they did get back they said they would send me a price for the anchor bolts but NEVER did.
Also something else that wasn't included and they never told me about it. 0 stars

We were looking to purchase our property in the country but it didn't have a garage, so I called Metal Pro. Normally I call around to several locations to get quotes, but thanks to the help I received from Jude Cassimy, I only made one call. Jude was very friendly and walked me through all the options. He was quick to give me quotes and to respond to any questions I had. Unfortunately we didn't get the property but if any future properties need an out-building, I'll be calling Jude.

I have ordered a small building 20 x 40. Easy and efficient service, Thanks to Jude Cassimy, who provided all the information and guided me effortlessly through the process. He was very patience and professional. Cool guy to have in your corner when trying to build your first garage.

I just bought a shipping container roof from Metal Pros recently. Jude was very fast to take your money and then leave you hanging. I was told that they had a third party company to build it. After I paid in full I then inquired about it to Jude where I was ignored and then passed to Krystal, she told me they don’t want to mix up there contractors with a customer? Conflict of interest? Ya ok. They say anything to sell you the building. The building showed up with no labels, NO MANUAL, lack of organizational skills and the transport company dropped the wrong skid 5000lbs on my property and literally left it there after I told him he made a mistake. I then had to hire the loader to come back a week later to lift it back on the truck of another shipping company. They stiffed me on that $250.00 fee. When I didn’t think things can get worse, they did. On delivery no manual was sent. I had to shut down the project that day, losing money on rentals and time. I called Krystal because Jude was ignoring me again asking for it and was sent a grain bin storage manual? I was told it was a generic manual? I spend 100 bucks at ikea for a dresser and I get detailed instructions. For 25k you'd think you have the same. Nope…. At this point I hired a company to make sense of it. In short a mistake was made in the build because of botched manuals and ignoring people. I now have to take down and start over again. I’ve bought metal buildings in the past and trust me this company ain’t it if you want a smooth transaction.

I've dealt with Sam Harissi and the engineering department at Metal Pro Buildings for weeks now and they've catered to specific design requests and provided excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

We ordered an S Model 25Wx16Lx12H from Metal Pro Buildings with an R-20 insulation kit for a project in Northern Ontario. They were very thorough and helpful throughout the ordering process ensuring we had all the bases covered and at a very reasonable price.

While looking into options for building a small shed, I came across Metal Pro Buildings. Jude responded to my inquiry the next day and was very helpful in refining my design in order to get a quote, which arrived the next day. It was very detailed, including pricing, design and pictures of similar structures built in the past. In the end, these buildings did not fit my budget, but Jude made the inquiry and design process very easy.

Great people to deal with! Sam Harissi went the extra mile to get the best quotes for the building I was looking for. I definitely recommend inquiring here for your steel building needs.

Just bought a 16 x26 unit. The salesman Jude was a great help in assisting me with my final decision for sizing and building options. Can't wait to get my shop up and running.

I ordered a building from Metal Pro in March 2021. I haven't got the building yet. The initial shipment date was June 2021. It was moved to October and was finally said in April. A few weeks ago I received information that I would receive the building between 3 and 10 May. I haven't received it yet and everything is paid for.

Going on 14 months and no building. I don't know if I'll get a building.

I didn't know it would take this long. There are other companies that can get a building built in 3 months in Ontario. I trusted this company because of the reviews but maybe I made a mistake? I sincerely hope the building comes soon as I feel I have been waiting a long time for it already.

I just finished ordering a double car garage from Metal Pro Buildings. I was working with George Ladrick, Account Manager, who went out of his way to bring the price to an amount I was comfortable with and still offering me all of the warranties and a high quality building. I am looking forward to receiving the drawings so I can start arranging the building permits and be ready to erect the garage when it arrives. Thank you George for the great service!

We are at the beginning stages of purchasing a Metal Pro Building. Our experience so far with George Ladrick, account manager has been exceptional. He has gone the extra mile and made every effort to find us the best deal. If the service continues at this level I may need to shout from roof tops. I’ll keep you updated

I ordered the Ecospan model back in July 2021 and was told delivery would be Oct/Nov 2021. I'm told now it will be Feb/Mar 2022, but no promises. They take forever to respond to emails and get the run around when you call there. Very unprofessional. They're quick to take your money but slow at keeping there customers happy.

Roman was amazing to deal with. Purchased my first building and will be dealing with him again in the future. Great company and nice to deal with because they will actually work with you. Not many companies will work with you like they will.

We contacted Metal Pro on an impulse after our temporary garage shelter was ripped apart in a wind storm. I was amazed when Danny responded to my quote request within minutes. We were immediately enticed by the product and the in-depth and timely information provided by Danny. Sadly due to prior commitments we made the decision to defer our purchase. Much thanks to Danny for the diligence and amazing customer support, which I find a rare commodity in these times; you made it almost impossible to say no.

We're finally taking the plunge into the Mini-Quonset we've been looking for since seeing one locally several years ago. Nick Guarino was excellent to deal with on the sales end, he responded quickly and patiently to all of my newbie questions as we worked toward making sure our municipal bylaws wouldn't prevent us from doing this. Hopefully, once the snow is gone, fabrication will go as smoothly as the investigation and purchase has.

Will not stop harassing me with phone calls. Leaving heavy breathing messages on my phone. Calling at 8: 30 9pm and being extremely aggressive. Leave me alone! You call me everyday. I have your number blocked but it doesn't stop you from heavy breathing voice-mails. Next ill contact the police and send them my records of your daily calls. This has been ongoing for over a year. Wth is wrong with you people. I'm obviously not interested.

After much deliberation and careful planning, I'm finally getting my new twin garage buildings! I was so happy to work with Metal Pro! It has been a smooth sailing since day 1! Sent a message just asking about a quote for a size garage I was looking for I got a quick response same day. Nick was there to help find what I needed. So far the experience has been great.

I have been working with Roman Grigoriev to erect a 25 x 30 Steel Alpine building. He has been very helpful in answering my questions, as I have never done this before and needed some guidance as to what steps to take to get the building up. He has been excellent at keeping my costs down and getting me the right accessories! So far, I've been very impressed and look forward to keep learning the process. The quote provided was competitive and high pressure sales tactics were not used, which I greatly appreciated.
