I have been dealing with Metal Works for a number of years now, and Sean is amazing to work with. He is always accommodating to special requests and work is completed in a timely manner. Great quality and top notch customer service. Highly recommend!

Just recently used this company to sand blast & powder coat some old street light poles. Had a pleasant experience, staff were very accommodating and helpful. Will be using these guys again

Metalworks really dropped the ball on this one. Dropped a motorcycle frame off 3 weeks ago on monday. Told me be ready Friday or monday
So monday i called several times leaving messages on there machine asking if it was done and left my number. The following monday I called first thingg ands a lady answered. Said it would be ready Friday or monday. So today, Monday. I went and seen them. It will be done Friday or Monday i was told. I'm not into playing games when i do business. So I said no ill take my frame now. It's bad enough they didn't call when they couldn't have it done and ignored me. But saying to me 3 times and not following through. Not calling to explain there's a delay. No apology at all for the inconvenience. That is no customer service skills at all.
