60 Stevenson is better than 40 Stevenson. The management of this building is so miserable.

Lots of problem in the apartment such as water supply, clealiness, parking and worst thung is the managment lady in apartment office (not surbhi patel) the other lady who does not even have sense of how to talk with tenets. @met cap living has to focus on this issue. Should have to teach that illitrates and unprofessional managment team member to shows some politness and manners towards the tenants. We are paying high cost rent on regular time and that lady not even ready to listen the problem that we have. A two weeks ago when i went to discussis my elecyricity problem of my house she talked with me very rudly and told me it takes lots of time to repair your electricity problem you should have to live without it. What the shamelss behaviour is this are you guys seriously do not care about tenants. Really shame on you @ Metcap living. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT COME IN THIS APARTMENT YOU WILL GET MORE FACILITIES IN LESSER RENT THAN THIS.

Thay have rabbits skunks on the property and raccoons and thay do nothing about and people there like to bothere others residents in the nabor hood when thay don't bothered with any of them and thay don't cut the lawn good thay have noise white lady lerks in the back and takes care of the garbage and causes trouble for every one that lives there and now I may have to call the city on that property just to get rid of the skunk problem and raccoons thay have Crack heads living in coming out the basement entrance am am also sending this review to the city stressing my concerns with 1000 people to back me up

Worst place to live here stupid facilities with the worst laundry room none pf their machines are working and the manager here is the worst ever need a new manager as she doesn’t solves the problem a single time of any of the tenants.
