Too expensive. Not 24 hours anymore either. Awful place to shop unless you're making over 100,000 a year.

The butcher's are great. Super friendly and helpful. I don't normally shop here but they had great quality meat at a really good price so I'll be back.

Remember to drink water and don't eat anything cooked with canola oil kids

I shop here almost every week. I usually have a pretty pleasant experience, until today. My children love to look at the flowers section. My child picked up one stuffed animal to look, and she put it back. As soon as she put it back, the lady quickly comes to "fix" the display as if we complete dystroyed it. My 2 year old touched one of the balloons and the same lady working there immediately comes to us and asks me quite rudely if I plan on buying that balloon. When I said we're just looking she told us to put it back because of covid. NEVER has anyone said that to me when I pick up a box of Strawberries or Blueberries to inspect them. So why for a baloon? It left such a bad taste in my mouth for this place. I for sure won't be coming as often anymore.

I like to shop here. I get air mile points and sales are good. Only complaint is when they are busy they don't have enough cash registers open. There are often long lineups.

Great selection of Cakes and freshly backed bread.i really like their pizza as well.you can order your pizza when you get there and pick it up on you way out.too bad they dont take pizza orders

I went there for info of birthday cake. The bakery girl was really nice. She told me all the difference between different kinds of cakes.
The store is bright, clean and spacious. Food looks fresh.

The best African braiding saloon. Fanta always makes sure that her clients are satisfied. She always checks on her girls to make sure they are doing exactly what the client wants. Fanta also goes out of her way to make sure I get the hair style that I went in anticipating. Thanks Fanta and your staff!

Who doesn't like Metro? It's always very well kept. Very clean tidy organized. Very seldom and randomly, do you see any unorganization or kerfuffle. It's a little expensive for our taste at present moment, regardless, always an amazing, and easy shopping experience for groceries. In this pandemic era, I have found it easier to just shop week by week. I no longer buy excess amounts of anything's. But I digress, Metro stores are definitely A cut above.

My wife ordered a cake for our twins' birthday several days before said day. The day before their birthday, she couldn't find any email referencing when it would be ready. I called the store, they couldn't find the order, the guy I was talking to said if we put in an order right then, they could have it ready for the next morning. I called back 2 minutes later, the woman in the bakery said they had too many orders and they wouldn't be able to accommodate us in time. My wife desperate to get a cake for our boys' birthday went to a competitor, they didn't have anybody on staff that night to write on the cake so she bought some edible letters and we made it work.

Metro called us the next day asking when we'd like to pick up our order. You know, the one they said they couldn't find, that sent us into a panic. Outstanding organization on your part Metro. Glad we know who we can depend on.

Native People be warned, there is one cashier here who is vehemently against us using our status card.

Aside from being a very clean store, Metro has a wide selection of groceries not found in other Windsor stores. Very friendly service from the deli clerks to the cashiers. I will start doing more of my shopping at this store.

I like Metro for it being the “close to home” grocery store. It is always very neat and clean. When my family and I do grocery for the entire week of supply, we still go to somewhere else.

Really bad to many employees standing around doing nothing will there's only one cashier open taking forever to check out almost left groceries and walked out may never go back

I lost a pair of expensive sunglasses at the store. I asked the manager to help me by looking at the video cameras to see if we could locate them. She told me it wasn't easy but she would try. I called a few days later to follow up and she told me she was too busy and that someone probably found them and took them. Good thing I didn't lose a baby.

Today I am very disappointed in metro for selling rotting flowers to 10 year olds for mothers day. Shame on you! I for one will never buy flowers from this location again. Take advantage of kids! Again shame on you!

Like any old grocery store but the prices are pretty high, probably to account for 24 hours open I guess

Most of the cashiers at this store are miserable and unfriendly. They are rude barely say hello or thank you. I approached a cashier to checkout today belt was empty no other customer present and she was very smug told me she was waiting for someone else.very nasty.dislike shopping here

I went there specifically for Passover food and was quite disappointed with the lack of variety and complete lack of knowledge by their staff. Could not locate kosher meat and no one knew where to direct me.

They're more costly on many items, sometimes by several dollars more on certain products. They have a very good selection of items but the cashiers don't help you bag your items. They are very nice and knowledgeable though.

Have really good quality meats and fruits. I usually shop their sales. Their prizes can be more expensive then other grocery stores.

Found a couple of good deals on sale items from the weekly flyer. Their meat and fish is usually good.
