Clean but missing a ton of produce, went there to get food for my sons birthday and there was barley and fruit of vegetables available.

Was disappointed with the long lines for 2 open cash registers. Yes, they have self checkouts but the area was very small. Lines for the registers were into the aisles. At least it was after rush.

I was at this Metro looking to buy a freshly made pizza at the food counter that they have. I waited patiently for the lady behind the counter to respond. I smile at her and her response was “what”? Not what can I get you. Racist much cause I’m brown. So screw this store, never going back

I am used to buy mango flavored cake from here. Initially it was 18.99 with toppings on the cake. Now it is 24.99 within couple of weeks and without any toppings on it.
Other worst thing I have experienced now cake was messy when I asked the counter person about it they replied it is from head office like that way. OMG like guys they don't even have proper excuse for it.

The lady working there is so rude I think she is a supervisor. She doesn't know how to deal with customers.

A Canadian grocery with Indian and other Asian food. Good environment, fresh and non-expired food although price looks high for almost all items!

The aisles were very clean, organized, the shelves were fully stocked and nicely decorated for the holidays. The staff were friendly.

I went to buy some advertised items on last day of the promo at about 7pm I can not find any thing. Totally disappointed.

Store #83 (trinity commons) continually has HORRIBLE front end customer service. Customer service starts with customer service counter and the management has (all in different occasions) made me find an item - go check prices - and currently not honor prices shown on shelf’s (we are supposed to receive this item for free as per laws). Customer is not always right or at a priority here! I’ve written an email in the past - and since I didn’t hear back - I decided to now write this review!

One stop solution for shopping needs. They have all grocery, take out food, cosmetics, frozen food, house hold otems, vegetables and many more.

You are always guaranteed to find everything you need and the best quality for entertaining at a resonable price.

Always clean and very well organized. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh. The cashiers are friendly. I've noticed the store is always empty and not a lot of customers which is good.

Metro is a high end grocery store which sell all goods at higher price than Freshco or WALMRT, So if you want to pay extra and experience high end customer feeling visit this.

Store wasn't too crowded. Kind of disappointing that they didn't have milk that I was looking for. But otherwise was a good shopping experience.

Metro is a good place for grocery buying, but some items little bit expensive as compared to Walmart, Chalo freshco.

Not my favourite location is very busy. I like that they do have a Tim Hortons and a wine stop as well. I just find this location very busy because it is in a busy strip mall The parking is very limited. I also find that the carts are never around in the entrance and they are quite a way to find one just left in the parking lot. It is quite a big store with the pharmacy so that’s another good thing

Good shopping experience here. No probs. Staff is helpful and go get items from the back for you, if the shelf happened to be empty.

I was with my father when he tried purchasing beer at the self checkout, when the lady working there asked him for ID. He is 55 years old and clearly looks it. Quite frankly he felt disrespected and we walked out, not even purchasing the other items in our cart.

It's clean and organized. Shelves are always stocked with products. Produce is clean. Staff friendliness needs improvement. Wine Shop and Self check-out inside.

Good shopping experience. I find Metro is on the expensive side, but the produce is always very fresh and there is a wide variety of various foods.
This location is in Trinity Commons, so win win with all the various stores.

We generally shop at our local Fortinos but Metro offers us items we can't find at where we shop. They have great bread, a good hot deli, and a pleasant shopping experience.

Love this place. All needs met here. Never got anything wrong in terms of food quality. Kids love to go there, feel safe & secure during covid times. Social distancing done proper. The bakery section is amazing with alot of variety and cakes are made so fresh n yummiest.

Went there for the first time to buy some cake for my little cousin and this amazing girl at bakery, i believe her name was alisa, she was so helpful and kind. She was patient with me and help direct me to other stations in the store. Would definitely go back again just for the customer service

It's a great place to shop, it's very spacious thank goodness. It's very very clean and organize. I go there to pick mostly chocolate cake. They have the best there, my opinion. Tim's is there, lottery is there. Everything you need and more are there.

This is a great place to shop. Store is clean and always well maintained making it a pleasure to browse. I can always find what I need with ease, staff are friendly and helpful. If it wasn't so far from my house I'd give 5 stars.

This was only the second time we visited to buy a cake in metro and the guy there acted so rudely
We were just deciding which one to select, and he shouted at us “what do I need” like literally shouted from far! He did this even when we went first time!
Don’t know why he acted so disrespectfully! Pathetic service. Never visiting again.
Hope after reading this he learns some courtesy towards every customers.

Their pizzas come with ample amounts of toppings and sauce. They are also generous in filling up boxes when you order sides such as potato wedges. Great place to grab fresh food to take home.

Nice selection and atmosphere. But pricey for same products you can get elsewhere. Take home chickens have reduced in quality over the past couple of years.

This was my first shopping excursion to a Metro Store. I was surprised by the variety of products. This is more of a "designer store" shopping experience for me. The prices for every day products are high, but the variety in food and specialty items makes a trip to this store worth a "see. " I would have given this store 5-stars, but as a person with disabilities I trip ended up a bit disappointing. I asked for assistance with getting my groceries into my car. The store clerk seemed confused by the request had no idea of how to handle it. After asking her to at least try to call someone else to ask if I could be assisted, I was told that the "one guy" that might help was out collecting carts and I would have to wait until he finished.
I went to this store for just a couple of sale items I had seen on flipp, but wound up spending almost $300. Still this designer store had no accomodation for a customer needing help. Is customer service limited to checking out your food to collect your money? Hard to believe that clerks have no experience with clients with disabilities or physical limitations needing assistance.
So in all fairness, while my overall experience had a disappointing end, I would still recommend a visit to the store.

Nice clean store although I expressed my displeasure that what was in the flyer was not available and I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty of a staff member who told me straight up we put things in the flyer and hopes that you will buy other items. Then he directed me to the customer service counter for a rain check

The cashier was not friendly made no eye contact and didnt say have a good evening. Her customer skills were lacking big time

I went to this location for some cold cuts at the meat counter. The Lady that served me there was nice and friendly, and did a great job assisting me. Great display and variety, but no Chicago 58 All Beef Salami.

Very friendly staff, but the prices are over priced. You can get the same items at a different store for cheaper.ie. Fresh co or No Frills.
