Very clean store, never overly busy. Great non congested parking lot. Beautiful produce and bakery section

Store is well organized and clean. Produce always looks good. What I don't like is when meat is on sale, they always place another Non sale item beside it with a "special" sticker. I'm sure a lot of shoppers take this item by mistake.

A well stocked, clean store with a plentiful variety of products. Staff are friendly and check out was a breeze.

Great store for groceries but i am fed up with their lottery counter there is hardly anyone there most times to sell lottery tickets either that or they are on break lots of times

I found what I wanted easily and at good prices.

People who work here are hit and miss. Some of the cashiers are amazing, and then you get horrible snippy service from the guest services desk, like we did this afternoon.

Came here 4 times THIS week to watch how fast the prices change. Strawberries were 2.99 all week, then today they rose to 5.99
They are the SAME strawberries from 2 days ago.

We go here to cash in our airmiles, so that is one benefit. There literally is no other benefit in coming here.

The store is great but every time they have Beyond Beef on sale, it is nowhere to be found. They are happy to point out the Lightlife equivalent, but it's not on sale. Maybe next time they will have sufficient stock.

Find a store to be way too expensive. Even when items are on sale. Staff is mostly friendly and knowledgeable.

The new renovation is very nice. Clean and friendly staff. Good selection even during these "Covid Stressed Times"

Tellers are covid crazy. They order around and you can see the fear in their eyes, just not a nice place to shop.

Two customers walking around with plastic face shields on was a huge turn off. It was obvious they were together but what happened to their masks rules? No one said anything to them. Did you offer them curb side pick up?

This store has been updated very nice in side and out door activities.they're employees are great and the pharmacy are great they get to know people by name and that makes you feel great.

Ooooh! They have freshly squeezed orange juice! That's enough to earn all the stars, but additionally this is a nice store with some great produce, and overall it's a solid grocery store.

I shop at Metro at least twice a month.it has great produce and products.its clean and has a friendly staff.lots of parking in downtown trenton.it is pricier than some of the other grocery stores in the area but the quality is great

The store is always clean and stocked properly. Rarely do you see the items faced with the french side showing. They also have hard to find items that I can't find at any other grocery store in the area.

I come mainly for the selection of coffee. Staff is always friendly and produce is usually top notch. Good selection at the deli although I find it pricy.

Love all there fresh meats. Very fresh and always tastes great. Some of the prices are higher than other groshery stores but the meat section it well worth going in for

Great grocery store for fresh fruit, vegetables and meat although a bit more expensive than other stores in the area plus you get Airmiles.

Usually not going there because of their hiked prices, but if you're looking for Chinese fondue meat, sauces and broths, that's the place to go. Today was fast in and out since they had several cashiers.:)

While I do find that doing all my grocery shopping here can get expensive, I must admit the quality of the fresh food and the customer service is second to none. They do have excellent deals on some items and I always go here when I'm looking for a particular fresh ingredient, or for something hard to find. Their produce, meat, and floral departments are by far my favorites. The staff are amazing and I never regret coming here, even if I may pay a little extra. They are wheelchair accessible and staff will help you if you need extra assistance.

I absolutely loved this store until I realized how much out of date products were on the shelves. I would shop here full stim but hate having to look at every single thing I pick up to see if it is good or not.

Staff is very friendly. Store is clean. Easy to find things. But it is the most expensive grocery store in town to ship at!

Nice store. Prices are higher than the everyday box type of store or Walmart. But you're paying for quality in meats and fruits and vegetables and you're getting what you paid for. Store is clean and organized. Easy lay out. Not the biggest store but decent for the area. Staff is super friendly and nice.

Only had hotdogs in packs of 10 not 12 and no big pretzels, for me this is unacceptable. 4 star because cheryl crow came on the radio while I was there.

A little on the pricey side but seem to always have a good selection of fresh produce. Also only place locally that I have found a goos selection of "Amey"s" products.

Friendly helpful staff, great selection and generaly better prices compared to other local stores. And they stock Fody brand products which are hard to find and great for IBS.

Been a member for many years. If you know your prices, you can save more than the cost of the membership.

I am usually a metro shopper it's close to home, clean and the employees are usually polite. But after today I will not be shopping there anymore. As I walked in, I saw a young girl (16-18) ish balling o (crying) on the stoup of metro (with her metro uniform showing past her sweater) balling her eyes out. (Over what I do not know) this is not what upset me. What upset me was the gross lack of care and compassion by the employees at metro (her co-workers) I told one of them about it (a casher) and got told that she wasn't a manager and didn't know where one was. When I told the second one (a supervisor) I got told she would check on her. (About 20 min after I told the first) I waited outside for about 10 minutes and no one went to help or console her (she was literally balling) I went over and offered help but she said her mother was on her way. I don't care what this girl did to "deserve" being neglected in a clear time of need. Someone from metro should have helped! It was so sad. Even just having a coworker sit with her might have helped. I am so upset over the lack of compassion shown to this poor girl! I will no longer be a customer at metro Trenton!

I love shopping at metro. The fruit and vegetables are fresher than most other stores in town. The deli makes the best Salisbury Steak I've ever had and the rotisserie chicken is absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. You can get a delicious array of treats from the in-store bakery and the flower section always has a great deal on. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the store is immaculate

I like going in there to get fresh food that they have already cooked and hot to go. There meat and produce are highier quality.

I like how you may find products here that they don't sell in other places such as Tostadas. However, even with military discount Monday to Friday, it's still quite a little pricy.

Excellent food and atmosphere. I would give it a five but the mark up on wine is significant. Also after paying a 140.00 bill incl 20.00 tip they came back to inform me that they had missed the 4.00 espresso I had on my bill and made me pay that after the fact. Kind of chincy at that point.

I love Metro. I go here for all of my grocery shopping and now that they give a military discount of 10%monday to friday.why would I go anywhere else?
They have the best selection of fresh meat and fish. The cashiers and other employees of the store are very friendly and helpful.

I am glad with their growing organic selection. Just waiting for some organic whipping as well as organic fish to be sold here, other than that they usually have organic fruits, vegetables, berries, oils, frozen fruit, milk, dried fruit and eggs. The staff is always nice and mostly helpful.

Pretty convenient location and the staff is pretty friendly. If I had to criticize I would say that the prices can be a bit steep and the produce could be better quality for the prices.
