Nice grocery store over priced as most of the big 3 are. No reason for making the consumer pay higher prices they should absorb it. Multi Million Dollar Corp. Ridiculous

I had such a horrible experience today that I left my entire incredibly overpriced cart full of groceries at the SELF CHECKOUT which I was forced to use because there was one cashier and the lineup for that poor overworked girl was very long. I have worked too hard at my career for too long to be a cashier on my time off. You're charging these outrageous prices for groceries AND I have to work as a cashier in order to shop at Metro? No thank you. Did the big decision makers take a poll of customers before they made the absolutely HORRIBLE decision to install these machines and take hours away from employees who need jobs in order to pay for the groceries that Metro is gouging us for? Because I bet a million dollars (or the price of a Metro prime rib that would feed 3 people), they didn't. Metro has lost a very loyal customer.

The employees need to not yell at each other while store is open. Very unprofessional. Management needs to retrain.

Best place for grocery shopping. I got Pink velvet cake. It was truly delicious.

I bought the best strawberry cake for a birthday. And the lady at the check in was so polite.

Long lines up's at the checkout. Self serve helps, but pallets everywhere. Obviously no overnight shift. Waiting for someone to get hurt during the restocking of shelves

Sale items are always short, even on 1st day. I’ve been going here for over 30 yrs, out of convenience, not because I enjoy it. I can never reach items because nobody moves anything from the back to the front for customers convenience. Not enough staff after Covid but that’s nobody’s fault of course. Really disappointed in how it’s kept in the last few years. Was told by the manager that an item on sale was never received by manufacturer.

Prices not competitive enough. Check out service terrible as usually 1 register only open.
I know the care word is not part of these businesses unfortunately. Your not happy go somewhere else

The store is nice and clean but the prices are scandalous. We realized that the prices went over everybody cost of life everywhere but it is over exaggerated. Be considerate for the people who keep you rich and stop ripping them off.

Only one cashier was open until a huge line formed then they opened another one who was full of attitude. No thanks

Went for chicken on sale. They always have some new interesting items. So I spent more. As they say don't shop for food when hungry.

Deli has gone down hill. Pizza takes 40 min cause they don't put it in oven till you go back for your pick up time lol. Disaster

I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday, the worker there was annoying, they didn’t have much options for a custom cake, it’s 75% frosting and 25% cake at then end it wasn’t worth the price.

Good quality and variety of products. Excellent customer service. Shop with ease as items are easy to find.

Had a great experience at that Metro located at the brampton mall. Main and Nanwood. That had everything I needed. I will definitely be going back.

Love Metro I can always find faves here! They are pretty expensive but the produce is always fresh.

Weird layout, only store I've seen where the deli and bread section are on opposite sides of the store. Clean and bright like most Metros, but smaller. Staff were impolite. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Not able to bend down to the ground a very helpful female worker helped me out a lot and was very pleasant about it, cashier was very nice and helpful

Clean, organised, found everything I wanted. Cashier was very friendly. Went at 3pm on a Friday and didnt have to wait in line outside or for very long at the checkouts. But COVID protocols are in use.

Not the cheapest place but it does have Good Covid protocols in place and very good customer service.

Stopped in to grab one thing. Prices were $2-3 more then grocery stores in my area. When I got to cash, guy at cash completely ignored me. When I asked if he was open, he told me he was but I had to wait? There was no one else in front of me? He talked to girl at Customer Service the ENTIRE transaction. Thanks, I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere next time, where it's more valued and affordable.

Reliable experience. I go here often since it's close to home, and I'm impressed with the staff and the quality of goods. The produce is reliable, as in I can stock my fridge for the week without having anything go bad on me in that time. I have to say it's a bit expensive if you don't get things while they are on sale. I wish they would expand their international selection.

This store has horrible customer service. The working environment here is also very toxic. There is no system in place for staff who suffer from mental health. I would suggest the company owner come and check out management here.

Very disappointed with staff at front entrance. As I entered the store the heavy set girl was very rude in telling me its mandatory to sanitize. Ok I get it its COVID. I did use a little bit of what ever it was, I think some sort of a sanitizer not sure. But as I'm using the sanitizer I explained I have a skin condition. She replies we can give you gloves. So after the fact is not good to me after I have used what ever was in the bottle. I said you should have gave me an option have it posted. She replies very rudely you should have asked. This is not very good customer service and absolutely refuse to use this company as my go to grocery store. From now on my friends and family I will continue to my support our fellow Indian grocery store.

Upon entering the store right away u see a young gentleman who monitors those entering the store wear his mask off his nose. This has been witnessed many time s. Then you see others without a mask on or wearing improperly. This store needs to understand the severity of this pandemic, starting with those who run this store. It says I have to give them a star for the rating but I can give no stars so 1 will have to do.

I walk over 2-3 times a week to get my groceries and it's always clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Other than needing more open checkouts between 4-6 pm weekdays it's a great little grocery store.

Worst Metro ever. 3 weeks in a row and usually the day of the sale starts, or day after. I’m talking first thing in the morning. Items not available or told that they are sold out. Really sold out. Less than enthusiastic sales people to help you out,

I am done with this location. Drive to an actual metro that has inventory.

Many items listed on sale in the flyer are not stocked in this tiny store. They have excellent cleanliness and COVID-19 measures in place. Lots of fresh produce available, limited organic options.

Clean, not cluttered, well stocked, easy quick checkout. Line moves fairly quick when waiting to get in.

Price is reasonable. It's best to shop when thing are in sale. U get more for your money.
The store is keep really good and organized.

It's a smaller store, so they don't have everything, but it's clean, the staff are friendly and they have some things (like an amazing Calabrese bread) that I can't get at other chains.

Grocery store, supplies are good and mostly the produce is fresh. Things are marked well and are easy to locate.

It's clean lots of variety and big. A little pricey but you can get ready-made food too. Some sale prices are good.

They don’t have good bulk size options for the groceries like household items and just smaller packages. Not bad for emergencies

Donna in the bakery was extremely helpful when making my daughter's birthday cake. Went above and beyond to customize it perfectly!

Great selection for vegetarians. Their staff is helpful and energetic. This store has improved greatly over the years. Thank you for keeping your doors open all these years. I feel like your part of the family.

Metro has a good variety items, and the staff at this location are friendly, I've never had an issue with this local grocery store.

This store looks very small from the outside. But once you walk in you will be surprised by the size of the store. Excellent delicatessen and a wonderful freshly baked bread aroma.

I like this Metro. Neat and clean but with decent prices. Checkouts tend to be fast as well. The beat fruit trays anywhere because they dont just use fruit that is going to go bad soon. Also done right on site. The Deli is food but I like the meat options the best. The staff is ok. They are usually willing to help.

Service was horrible staff @ deli n customer service counters extremely rude, they seem to have problem with people of color like they do you a favor for spending your money for products that are way overpriced.

Slightly smaller store, but really clean, and super helpful staff. In spite of the size of the store, they have everything one needs. Metro pricing.a bit more, but they have top level produce. When the meat is on sale, it's a really good price. Lots of parking, and there's never a long wait to cash out. A good place to shop at.

I shop here mostly because is near me. There is not a good selection of veggies and fruits, is a bit more pricey than other supermarkets.
