Grab my lunches for work here a lot, staff are always friendly. Every once in a while the home ready meals aren't exactly. The freshest and prices have been going up slightly due to inflation which is expected everywhere right now. Long of the short small improvements could get it to five stars

Order product via Uber Eat of stuff that was clearly in stock, replacement stock was not suitable, because of this I was 13$ for nothing. As long as Metro and Uber Eat are partnered I will not shop within this COMPANY

Been in Orleans 6 years and have been buying my pizza at this store and the one on Innis. Up until about several months ago, the pizza was amazing, but now they're just horrible.
Metro is scrimping on their ingredients and mostly on the pizza sauce, hence the cardboard taste. Today I have bought my last pizza from Metro.

Went there with my daughter in law and grandkids. It is walking distance from their home, but I find Metro is far to expensive.

Nice community grocery store. A little smaller but has a good variety of fresh food. Always lots of parking available.

Great environment for the shopper; less so for the worker. Staff are for the most part friendly and kind at all times, good first time job for the short term.

Found everything that I was looking for including panini sandwiches and a counter that served pizza and salad

Customer Service is absolutely trash, avoid working here as some staff are rude, impolite, or do not care about customer satisfaction.

Good store experience - clean and good service. I just wish Metro would offer sale items without having to buy 3,4 or 5 of the same item! I feel bad for single folks.

Best bakery in town! The cheese bread sold here is the single greatest reason my doctor describes me as obese.

Pricey on many non sale items. Need to be mindful when doing a big order. Quality of produce, meats, etc.are very good.

There was a person shopping who was not wearing a mask. Bylaw need to be notified and the store needs to be fined.not wearing a mask is not an excuse.

Produce good. Staff friendly. Lots of space. A little more expensive than other places. But there are good deals in their flyers.

Smaller store, good selection.

One negative - larger male employee sauntering through the store with his mask hanging from his ear while making no attempt to physical distance.

They keep track of the amount of people inside for social distancing still. Way the go Metro!
You should learn from them Costco.

Typical grocery store. It's a bit smaller and doesn't always have as big of a selection that the bigger stores have, but I prefer it because it's typically quieter for a quick in and out.

They are very professional with the social distancing and they put arrows in the rows (although some people don't obey by it) Over all, I enjoy it there.

Nice selection, good prices, helpful staff, and not crowded during the pandemic. Could improve on the sanitation and cleanliness, though.

Quality groceries at good price! Perfect size store so if you want something quickly, your in and out, it doesn't take 1h to walk around and wait in a line of 10+ like the big stores

Friendly cashiers, food could be fresher at times. Prices went up on a few items compared to the competition. I come here mostly for convenience and airmiles.

Sold a rotten Turkey to me, and were rude and uncaring when it was returned. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless a new meat and store manager were hired.

Went through the self-checkout on Sunday that and 6pm and everything was confusing me. The guy working it that time, Alex, was very helpful and patient, answered all my questions before I even asked them. When waiting for my roommate to get a Starbucks coffee, I saw the same guy Alex help a customer put her plant in a special paper thing and was very careful and helpful. Such a nice difference from the attitude I get at the Blackburn location. Thanks Alex!

I was totally ashamed at what I saw today a metro 10th line. An elderly lady in front of me purchase hamburger patties and buns. She had a number of condiment packages. She told the clerk that she was going to make her son hamburgers to take to the hospital. She was willing to pay for them. They were taken away (not allowed). I was so shocked I just left my purchases and left.
Found out later from her that her son was at the hospital with his dying wife.

Management at the Tenth Line Orleans store makes Metro's corporate 4 pillar statement "respect for the environment, delighted customers, strengthened communities and empowered employees" a big joke. Talk to them about their temporary fossil fuel powered turkey freezer out back of the store that has been spewing pollutants and unbearable noise weeks at a time each turkey season. There are many new nearby grocery stores with better offerings, pricing, service and community responsibility. Your longtime customers are saying goodbye.

Easy approach for Orleans residents with lots of free parking, the store has a variety of household daily items available.

Love this metro.it's on the smaller side which I actually really enjoy, makes it quick even when i need bread and frozen stuff (opposite sides). Staff is friendly. Deserts are delicious.

In the past year Metro has eliminated the most convenient and inexpensive products from the shelves. This is an order to pay for renovations and all of their stores. So expect that when you go into a Metro store that you will find nothing but the most expensive Goods. Then head over to the meat section. In the meat section you will find very expensive Meats along with a lot of meats that are starting to turn green. Metro has lost its care and concern for all of its consumers. And if you're looking for a baby cookies for your baby stop looking in the cookie section and go down to the baby section which is right directly across from the pet section and you will find arrowroot cookies. Better yet, forget going to Metro and go to another store for a change such as Loblaws or Food Basics and you may find that shopping is a lot less expensive and you will get more for your money.

As a local grocery store, Metro is great! It doesn't have all the best prices, but for its convenience and sales is simply great. I think one of its best sales can be its pork back ribs which are expertly trimmed.

One of the better stores that sells food, it has a nice atmosphere and doesnt feel like a warehouse, friendly staff.they carry guru drinks which i love, lots of stores dont carry those.they serve fresh food, pizza, sandwiches, chicken, wings, lots of good stuff.

Heavy meh is how I can best describe the location. Pricing is pretty high and staff, again, doesn't seem like they want to be there. Fine in a pinch, but would look to Innes for better options.
