Love this store. The staff is helpful. Very clean and fresh produce. Has a growing selection of gluten free, vegan and Asian foods and sauces.

Shelves are always empty and food is always rotten. Not sure why I even waste my time when I know driving to independent I will actually be able to get groceries.
As an update i tried this store again as it is closest to my house, 2 cashiers open and long long lines on both. I dropped most items I was going to purchased and took only the one item I needed through self checkout. I asked if they were opening another cash and staff just walked away

They have excellent products and a wide variety to choose from, cheeses, sausages, seafood! Highly recommended

Great bakery, deli, gluten free selections and friendly staff.
But please could you put some mayo, lettuce and tomato on the ready subs? Noone likes a dry sub.

I have been traveling for the last couple of weeks across the United States and Canada I have to say the store was by far the most expensive grocery store I had seen in weeks. Not to mention their hot food selections looked appetizing but once the 4 of us in the family ate the food we quickly realized that it was blind and flavored quite oddly. We were fearful that we might get food poisoning. At 1 point I tried to choose some chicken and all the moisture left my mouth and I couldn't swallow. I'm out of food I don't complain too much but I have to say they there's obviously better choices I could have made. I speak for the whole entire store but unfortunately the food was well unpalatable but the people were Kind and friendly. If I think management probably should taste the food or selling.

Over priced, self paying machine is difficult to use. Walmart is way cheaper and there self paying machine is so simple to use. 2 stars because the store is really nice.

I got the sushi platter and this was literally all the cucumber in the roll:/ basically just rice.the salmon also was pretty bad. I like the sauce though so points there. Overall not good, but if your desperate it’ll do.

They almost kicked me out while I was on my way to the cashier. It was only 1 minute after they closed and.
Totally unnecessary and unacceptable.

This metro location is always clean and stocked. I adore staff here as they always greet you, and ask if you need help. I love the selection of fruits and vegetables here as well.

Do you think you could have a couple more cashers around 530pm. I got stuck behind this poor lady in self check out that was having a really tough time. It was painful to watch. Otherwise I like your store.

Following COVID protocols, fast service, clean, just make sure you wash all your veggies and fruit really well because you don't know who's touched what right now. Self check out helped us get in and out quickly. Great service at the flowers section!

In the middle of renovating, sone departments were closed temporarily. I'm sure that once the improvements are completed I hope the store will be fully stocked and great to shop at.

Not the best time for in-store renovations. At least could have compensated with good prices.but no! Was not too impressed.

Hi there, I have been thinking about shopping at your store but with the lock down I can't and I don't drive so I was wondering if you would be interested the delivery with Instacart Walmart uses them and Independent Grocery, I hope you will consider using Instacart for delivery service. Thanks

Employees very pleasant and helpful. Produce is very clean and well displayed. Store appears very clean and smells clean too. Great job to staff!

I usually love this store, but you need more than 2 cashiers on at 5: 30. For the first (and last) time, I used self check out and it was more than painful. Please have more cashiers available between 5 and 6, they are amazing at scanning items quickly worth their weight in gold!

Produce prices are very high. Many of the store items are quite high in price but if you look around you can usually find something. They do make sandwiches with her pretty good.

The store is undergoing some renos at the moment but it’s well maintained. Very clean. The staff are not the friendliest though. Always very stoic for some reason.

Always enjoy going into metro feel very welcoming in there foods always fresh. Only downside is it's expensive

I would however mention that buyers need to watch what they think they’re picking up to put into their carts. Buyers don’t always return a product on the shelf in its proper location; happens. And store clerks don’t check specifically to reorganize products, which they should actually as part of their jobs at a supermarket. It’s like going to a clothing store where either sizes or specific items are dropped in wrong places and associates leave them there.

I bought unfortunately 4 packages of ground coriander instead of 2 cumin and 2 coriander. I’ll know better next time to check, but honestly, not my job to check what should be done by employees.

Bakery is a sleeper, same with the pizza's. Fair price for baked goods and the cheapest but also biggest pizza's from around here.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are a staple at Metro. They have lots of hard to find products for low sodium/cardiac patients.
Staff are helpful and the store is extremely clean and tidy
