Today Metro was wonderful. The store was well stocked and had a full complement of cashiers.always a bonus.

I came with my 2 months old baby who was crying for a short time and the staff kept looking at me!
One of the staff came closer to see (what’s the point?) and then laugh at me and another one, when I was leaving was fixing me nonstop! She even stopped working and turned to continue looking!
I used to come often but after that, I’ll never be back again. Metro, you should educate your staff!

Place was crowded and there was a limited supply of some staple items. Inventory management could be a little better.

Its been 7 years that this metro is my usual to go a place for my all food. Staffs are nice and convenient to access. Thanks

The sandwiches are now half the size but still $5.50 total price gouging, I was hungry so I bought it anyway, that's the last time for sure

One of the best metro locations downtown. It has everything. They also have a wide selection of tropical plants and flowers.

Staff refused to wipe down a self check-out station claiming the stations have already been wiped while the said staff was constantly walking 10m back and forth putting away shopping baskets and turnover of shoppers were high. This lacklustre workmanship puts shoppers and other staff at risk considering we are at the height of a pandemic.

This is my favorite Metro in Toronto. Great selection and easy to check out with self checkouts

Great variety of product, excellent covid-19 protocols, very friendly and helpful staff. If there's a lineup and if it's raining you can line up in the mall in front of the store

Its great to have such a large grocery store open 24 hours. I just wish that you could purchase from the bakery 24 hours as well.

The prices are beyond reasonable and the staff seem ashamed to work there. The employees would rather say they don't have something than help you. I have found things after but it took forever to shop. Things are put in wrong places so you don't know prices until you cash out!

Good location, has a small flower shop attached.the market has most things one needs and good staff and social distancing!

My fav grocery story in the city. I actually look forward to grocery shopping here. It has a good feel of old school and newish vibes. Not too big, but big enough that it's fun to explore. If you're bored at home and looking for a covid adventure, this is your place.

Metro! Grocery stores are always fun for me because who isn't a foodie? Even if you're like not enthusiastic about food hopefully you can find joy in either eating right or indulging in something snacky and at Metro the prices are pretty good especially remembering your air miles, certainly better than any convenience store!
I worked for Metro when it was actually just becoming Metro it was formerly Dominion and I actually was a dairy clerk courtesy clerk night shift employee cashier I even was a deli clerk one day! Mainly up at the bathurst & Shepherd location here in Toronto like almost literally 20 years ago.
So Metro has always been a great place thanks to the staff for doing their best anytime of year to make sure that people get good produce and food there's a good selection of produce and affordable snacks for everybody of every shape size and color so just make sure to try to use your manners with the customers and the staff.
Scrumptious snack and spacious aisles, in the grocery store business I actually enjoy Metro and find that they're a quality brand of things are pretty decent compared to no name or other ones from Loblaws which has delicious food but tends to cost a bit more and I always found Metro was a very traditional classic grocery store and their distribution office near the East West mall just off the highway Metro does a great job providing food to Canadians and always has.

I've been going down there for years on King Street I just love the spot and the people are pleasant that work there. This was the fresh chicken penne that I bought there last night and heated it up and it was delicious.

Very large facility in Conveient downtown location.
Great fresh foods for everyone.

Wow what an amazing experience I just had ordered my first fresh to go pizza. Curtis helped me every step of the way he introduced me to the whiskey chicken pizza and he also recommended the 9.99$ special which I made a vegetarian and all the ingredients were super fresh and super tasty. If you’re looking for a good pizza definitely come here because Curtis will hook you up.

Such a large space with a wide variety of items! Location is super convenient. This is one of the biggest Metros I have been to. Lots of great bakery and prepared food options.

Many things in very unusual places. Hard to find certain things, and not many staff on the floor.

Good selections. Most of the staff are not too friendly. They tend to pick who they are nice too. News flash Metro we all spend the same kind of dollars.

Great produce and fish section. Live the free parking - so rare in that neighborhood. Wish they would open the second entrance again so it's easier to get to the prepared food area faster.

At last finally they sell Tofurki now. Not too much selection on Chinese items. No fish ball or pork ball. It's a hit and miss this store. Onetime I can't find carrots only baby carrots. Several time no cauliflower. No green beans, etc need more vegan items.
