Great place to get meat when it's on-sale, and I love the bakery. The buns are always fresh - the only complaint I have is that there is one employee "without naming names" that looks less than thrilled to be there.

Metro is a great store, they have good sakes, the store is always very clean and well organized.

Very very disappointed! The “to go” section was empty only had sausage and 1 breaded chicken left. The rest was sides. Deli wasn’t open for a sandwich option as she was working alone with NO line up…? So tried to get a salad made asked for cutlery and they don’t have any except spoons. So I recommend do not stop and get fast food! Waste of time!

Much higher quality than the other stores around here. Staff know their stuff. I prefer shopping during the day when it's quieter. Prices are sometimes a bit more but it seems everyone's are. Meat section is well varied for a town this size and fruits/veggies are usually well stocked and fresh.

Very expensive. Even their reduced prices are more than the regular prices in other stores.

Like the store but the deli staff seem interested in helping on various occasions. We do understand that there are no workers avail but if you don't like your job maybe change it? Jobs are dime a dozen.

I wanted to share my story and say a big thank you to the man who returns the shopping carts at the napanee metro. I had run out of wiper fluid during poor weather and was going to try and make it home without it but after taking my cart for me this kind man offered to give me some of his to make sure i got home safe. Thank you so much. I hope i can repay the kindness some day

Very clean store. The cashier at self checkout was very helpful and friendly. Found everything I needed.

Amazing service always fast easy and have all you need amazing staff and customer service super friendly. And groceries always fresh. One stop Metro all the way.

Usually overpriced however I found some great deals. The store was clean and the cashier was friendly.

Over priced and at 5: 40 pm cashiers no longer taking customers forcing everyone to self checkout last time shopping here

Very small store. Was clean. Staff was friendly. Shelves weren't overly stocked. Frustrating when you go to the pharmacy and it isn't opened even though the store is. Everything pharmacy related, including stuff you can buy off the shelves without needing a prescription or any pharmacy help was locked up. If the store is opened, the pharmacy should be open. If nothing else than the shelves outside of the pharmacy counter should be opened. If I'm in the address and need to go to a metro in will go here again. Won't go out of my way to go back through.

Spacious supermarket with large product range across products they're allowed to sell; some visitors might be surprised at what is left out.
Easy checkout and floor staff readily answered our queries.

Under 10 bucks gets you 2 bacon wrapped sausages. (Or any other protein) 2 sides and a can of coke. Quick, easy and filling.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The only issue for me are prices but that is not specific to this store obviously. Metro is just an expensive store. This store however tends to have lots of sales and they staff are lovely and helpful. The fresh food and deli are good and fresh.
