This mocation is always fairly clean and wonderful to visit. The hot food bar is well stocked and the staff are ready and willing to help.

Lately section of products are less since the store was overhauled. And the price has gone up

What can you say it's a grocery store.good selections, meat department and deli counters have a great selection, the meat is always top notch and l watch for their sales.but be prepared to spend more.compared to say Freshco it will cost you 30% more.

The most miserable and rudest cashiers I’ve ever encountered, especially the woman who works evenings and who has been there for years. I will drive to any other grocery store besides this one due to how terrible their customer service is.

Love this place food is probably the freshest in the city. I recommend the steak to everyone

The old women who works there, they all so rude and mean! I don’t know why they hair old women! They’re always angry and rude! I love metro but i’m ignoring going there before of them!

Ordered my daughter a Barbie cake for her 5th birthday and when I picked it up it was a plain white cake with blue writing on it… when I called they said that all that was on there was plain white with blue writing, even though I showed the lady behind the bakery counter the book with the cake ideas they gave me. So disappointed and won’t be ordering a cake from here again.

Usually has everything I came to look for. But the building is hard to enter with my service dog. Stuff on the sidewalk pushes me into the street.

I like their international food selection, I can always find whatever I'm looking for.

A wonderful store. There are a lot of items to choose from groceries to fast food. Although, I went to drop my resume. The staff, there greeted me nicely.

SELF CHECKOUT MACHINES are beyond annoying and problematic. Prices are extremely high even with "sales". Same "sale" at no frills or another, you can very easily get double to 4 times the product for the exact same item and price. The only good thing here is having a good selection of specialty foods and organic, gluten-free, etc.

If the bearded guy is your cashier, don't expect him to help pack your groceries or do anything but just stand there watching you even if no other customers in line.

Central is a great store.

Decent store with lots of ready to eat options. However the service can leave something to be desired as many of the workers are inexperienced (high school).

Really nicely renovated store with friendly staff, great selection and Air Miles as a bonus.

A bit over priced and dont buy fruits here, they have started to rot before u lv the store. Horrible.

Customer Service by the ladies at self checkout is the worst. I had a horrible experience with a big white lady in her 50s who treated me very bad. Metro needs to train these people to treat clients with respect and patience specially when their self checkout system is the worst as it's not very easy and friendly to use and on top of everything dealing with a very rude staff who either treat me horribly because she's either racist or just a very rude and grumpy old white lady who doesn't know how to treat clients.

While a 5-star grocery experience is basically impossible with inflation these days, they got pretty close.

Not 24 hour anymore so I rarely go other than for small things. For a grocery store within walking distance to those without a car, it's ok.

I use to love Metro but I find it hard to justify shopping there except for a few thing (may be a dozen) or when I'm in a pinch. Their deli is fine and the service is great.

Every time I go to this store and use the self-checkout machine I always have problems using my bags.

The staff was courteous and help me out whenever I need it.

Ready made meals, what a rip off! Wife and I decided to get the 12 for $10.99 chicken strips and some small round roasted potatoes. The chicken was SO old and dried out it was completely inedible, totally unbelievable! The potatoes were so under cooked they were hard as if still raw. If it wasn't so far and the price of gas so high, I would have, without a doubt, brought them back. Obviously no quality control behind the counters here.

Pricey, only went cause they had cheese on other than that you can find the same items cheaper at other places

I drove across town because it said it was open until midnight, I get there at 11 pm and it was closed.the workers said their hours been wrong to two years.they close at 10 pm.

Obviously prices are atrocious at the moment (usually always at a metro/zhers) but selection is good. Prefer their lunch meat over Remarks as it stays fresher longer. Only downfall is the fresh bread is always hit or miss. My son loves the sun buns and first thing in the morning not ready yet, middle of the day, usually gone.
