Emma at self checkout was delightful to speak to and very helpful! I will be returning as a regular because of her, truly invigorating energy!

A bit more than NoFrills but worth it for the exceptional customer service I received when trying to find something hard to find.

Was very unimpressed with the cashier. No hello, no smile. Not sure she was happy with her job. Asked her for a lotto max/649 and she pointed to the front countoir.
Bought "fresh fruit" that was packed on the 4th of Sept. Open it the next day and fruit had turned bad.

Ordered a pizza, get it home there’s no cheese on it. Come back to get a new one, while my kids are starving, and wait around for the new one. Get it, it’s not even fully cooked, and when the deli worker wanted to give me even just a $2 credit the head cashier was like nope you’re good it’s free. Like no, I already paid for it, and had to drive all the way back here. I’ve got some choice words that I won’t write on here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Ridiculous.
Edit: as I was about the pull away the head cashier came to my car and offered a full refund, he had misunderstood what was going on. So I appreciate that very much and thanked him for that

Way too expensive, if they are making money at 2 for $6.00 why it's not $3.00 for 1. Always. 50 60 75 cents more for one items?

Pretty much the same as all the other Metro stores I've ever been in. Just dropped in to restock water and s'more supplies for the the fam at the campsite.

Love this store and the products. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially when I'm not able to find what I'm looking for. I highly recommend this Metro store in Picton.

Well it is a great grocery store. It has a problem with locust invasion during the summer, they empty the shelves. The cost of living in the country I suppose.

Horrible experience at the bakery, asked a simple question and she was rude and didn’t want to help, went to Foodland and placed my order instead

Not impressed. Cashier very disinterested at the cash. Picked up a "panini" chicken which was one of the worst sandwiches I have had. The bun seemed like a hot dog bun and the chicken filling had overpowering BBQ flavor. Nauseating. Avoid if you can.
