Sadly the Deli is going downhill due to Metro not keeping staff. Profits over sustainable employees.

Très pratique, si vous avez pas envie de trop dépenser en restauration et que vous êtes en famille cela peut valoir le coup d'acheter votre repas et sandwich (bien chargé et bon, par 4 soit 20$) dans ce magasin

Always quick n easy, clean, the meat products and are pretty good as well, mostly friendly folks:)

Great bakery section. I go out of my way to buy the carrot cake they make here. In fact, my brother has had it as his birthday cake, two years in a row. The cheese and meats section is also lovely with a wide variety. I usually end up with a good amount of stuff here, even when I only go in for an item or two.

Decent supply of Organic produce is a plus. Meat pricing is ridiculously high. Bring your own bags!

We got everything we needed. The shop looked very tidy and clean.
The express checkout worked great and a very nice saleswoman showed us a trick for scanning fruit. All in all we have been very satisfied.

The selection of produce is absolutely amazing there so much food to buy I had to escape for just a couple of items that I needed so I didn't spend too much

It's an okay metro. It's a little outdated, a little small and a bit pricey. Produce can be great, or spoil within a couple days. It has an okay deli section with a few hot meals. It has pretty much everything you need, for a small town.
Biggest complaint with the store is the evening staff have a tendency to lock the doors ten minutes prior to closing. If your store operates from 8-8, that should mean you are serving people until 8. They seem to do this so they can walk out right at closing time. If you come when the door is locked, they actively tell you the store is closed, even though there is still 10 munites left. As a local, this has happened on numerous occasions over the last few years, at various times of the year.

Just picked up a few things like cereal and milk, sliced meat some things are cheaper there. The Christmas hams are up to $40-50 bucks. Got one at Nofrills for $20 bucks.

Loved the fundraiser they did for breast cancer! Very funny boys and girls to talk and donate to!
