Metro

Convenient to the downtown with plenty of free parking, this store is not huge but does the basics very well. I find prices a tad high. The staff is terrific & service is usually quick.

Small local supermarket. Most Metro's are pricey, but this one is reasonable. Always friendly staff.

This Metro store still has the "family", or "personable" feel to it which is hard to come by these days. It is fairly small but does still have the variety of the bigger stores. The deli is excellent and the salads, and homemade products you can purchase are always of the best quality. I will say the prices are a bit higher then the larger stores but I would say for the friendly atmosphere it is worth it. Well organized, and always very clean, the staff seems to take pride in the store they work in. I recommend going to this Metro before you try the bigger stores out in the mall.

The staff is very friendly, and you can buy daily food and daily necessities. The navigation and positioning are easy to find, and the parking is convenient.
The store is clean and bright, and the goods are neatly displayed, as if back in Quebec, really, there is almost no difference.

Merely 30% off products that have been expired for a few days is a little scummy don't ya think?

Help me out here people, the workers are not wearing their hair nets all the time, even when they r cleaning, can this be true? If only the owners here would be kind to their employees, all of them, maybe this could happen. I know.how about listening to your employees. I know u dont have to, but imagine the morale of your staff if you tried kindness and respect when you talked with them. Like do as I say not as I do. How about do as I say and do. Be the change, care a little more. This Husband and Wife Management tries to have kind hearts, they must for the most part, I think yes they should be kinder to all their staff but the staff don't seem unhappy for the most part. I know these 2 Bosses are good people cause they hired my Son about a year ago and my Son at first was so excited they hired him until a few months later when he thought they didn't like him. My Son honestly didn't know that the Management gave my Son an old application, he is young, so, when they hired him he thought they knew everything about him cause he answered all the questions on the application. I can assure you of that. I am his Mother, and my Husband and I are Veterans and I know like all other Canadians you would help a Veteran when you can. So I ask you from the bottom of my heart, to please continue to allow my Son to work at your store, he has learned his lesson and is a good boy, this I promise you. I will be forever in gratitude if you can honour my request and let my Son work for you until he gets his license soon and finds another Job, alot of jobs won't hire him without his license, I thank u for your kindness, it means a great deal to me if you can be kind to him too. Please do not tell him I wrote this to you, I am just trying to help my Son get his best life started. Your kindness will never be forgotton. I give Metro 4 stars for hiring my Son and allowing him to work for them. Thank u

Always a great store with half decent prices. Considering or Federal government is driving everything up!
