Metro standout among grocery stores for its fresh produce and quality food products. Their stores are clean and organized, and now they also carry beers. And as can be expected, these are neatly arranged and easy to grab at the front. They carry craft beers that are top quality and popular. I can’t resist to browse, a wine store is also on the way out. Next time you’re there grab a 6-pack Lug Tread and share with a friend.

Good experience there and I only go to this location, as it is close to the T & T supermarket on Mavis on my way home from work!

This is a good Metro. It is expensive but all Metros are. Sometimes they don't have spinach or strawberries which is strange. They have Just Egg here which is awesome. It's convenient to buy a few things anyway, wouldn't do my whole grocery shopping trip here.

Nice place for groceries and reasonable emergency grocery shopping. Loved the florist section great gift idea.

For regular groceries items are a bit costly compared to other stores but you get quality products, bakery and cakes are amazing.

Expensive grocery store. It's one big perk was that it used to be open 24/7, making it very convenient. Since pandemic that hasn't been true, so it really has no upside.

Absolutely horrible. It was my friends birthday and we went here to buy some things. My friend had bought some things here previously and we brought them in the store. When we were checking out, the self checkout helpers were very rude. One of the ladies pushed me and my friend and said that she “needed her personal space”. We were not even close to the self checkout machine. When we were leaving, A lady stopped us and said she needed a receipt for the flowers that my friend bought here previously before this happened. My friend did not have the receipt so they called floral and they snatched the flowers out of our hands. They also took a balloon that was not from the store. My friend also bought chicken wings for us and the lady who packaged them did not close the container properly and it came undone in our bags. Horrible job Metro.

Well organized and have a lot of varsities food item. They sell beer also. So kind of one stop solution for your household grocery problems.

Most stuff is pricey for what the have to offer. That being said they always seem to stock 95% of items looking for.

They have a lot things at the place and the store is neat, but their customer service is terrible they were so mean. They accused my friend for stealing flowers which my friend bought earlier and the lady took it and told us she wouldn't give it back until she saw the receipt and she also took a balloon which was not from Metro! And also she was shoving us over at the self checkout literally saying cause she had no space, I hate this place just because how rude they were. Extremely rude never going back.

Food is getting Fresner but staff could be Nice n polite or just not only watch black people at the self check out

Metro is a very expensive store compared to some others but I find their meat is very good and well worth the price.

It's a regular grocery store. Not much to say.my only issue with it is that the layout is odd. You walk into the meat section! And the fruits and veggies are at the furthest section from the doors.

It's a good grocery store to go to. There's always fresh food and meats to choose from. For those who are vegan There's lots to choose from

Well organized and the lines move quickly for how busy it gets. Though some of the employees don't know where things are located, probably because they're over worked and under paid, appreciated

It’s a super market— not much to say. They carry most things, staff is quick, and they’re typically 24/7 pre-covid. Prices can be a bit expensive however and I recommend going to other groceries if you want to budget or save money.

Worst customer service ever. I wanted to buy a pack of chips and redeem a coupon and they said they wouldn't take my coupon. On top of that, the staff in general was very rude to me. This makes me not want to shop at this store ever again. Very disappointed and dissatisfied overall.

So annoyed every time I come here to buy fish. There is NEVER anyone at the seafood counter and I always wait a minimum of 10 mins and have to flag so many ppl down before I get service.

A little of fresh foods. Large salad and olive bar. 24 hours is a huge plus. Some stuff can be a bit expensive. I come here for the grass fed butter which is very hard to fine in other places. Eat healthy people! Start with good clean butter and none of that process stuff! Check the ingredients! Stay safe and lockdown or not, keep washing those hands!

Nice big and open metro. Takeout counter is great and has a lot of variety items. It is in a quiet neighborhood and can get busy.

Overcrowded. 6ft distance is apart. Felt like I was in a concert at times. Body to body. Some guidance at the cash to help people navigate the lines but all in all way too many people in here.

Cashier's are very polite & courteous.
Products are a bit pricey compared to their competitors but is made up by their 24 hour availability.

Waited an hour to buy a cake from the bakery! Never got my cake. We got people from cash to call out bakery three times! I was just so turned off at the point I didn't want to buy anything from the store. I won't be buying anything from this location again, seems like no one was in charge of the store!

Very poor seafood section with small trays of.couple shrimps, some mini scallops covered with foil on a white tray. I woud newer buy anything sooo ugly looking and shabby.

The layout is pretty descent and appealing. Products are always shelved in full on every occasion I visited the store. The meat section I find pretty cool as it looks fresh with multiple options. Pricing wise it's bit expensive in comparison to other stores. Overall a good grocery store.

Horrible experience there today. Usually great but not this time.
Went in too order food and the counter staff wouldn't even acknowledge me and kept on talking amongst themselves this went on for 5 mins I had too leave and go elsewhere. Unfortunately my break time from work doesn't allow me too wait for people to have a personal chat.

This Metro has some of the rudest staff I've ever seen. No training in how to talk to customers, or give a refined answer. The employees were probably yanked from the road, made to wear an apron and work there. There is a take it or leave it attitude. Not sure if the management treats them miserably or they are just miserable by nature. Been there twice and both times the staff were rude. If someone tells you everyone in Canada is polite - show them this store. Not to dump on the good ones - but the one near the self checkout, the one in the lottery section and the older lady in the checkout probably need to be sent home. CAUTION: They have stopped taking returns. Apparently if you walk out of the store - its a done deal. But the website proudly states there is a 14 day return policy.

I get my groceries multiple times here. I like the location and its not super busy.

However, yesterday evening around 6: 30/7pm I have encountered two new issues I have never face at this location. (That is why it became a 2 star rating)

1. The (asian) lady at the bakery did not give a friendly customer service (or better said she was rude).

2. Metro sold an expired burger bun packet. I only noticed when I already made my burgers and was ready to eat. The expiry date was March 4th and yesterday was March 6th.
Please make sure to check before buying.

Metro is always a great place to do Groceries. Even had nice fresh flowers for Valentine's day. Plus a bakery and fresh deli. 24 hours open is not bad either.

Metro is located near Mississauga Valley Blvd. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and never have been dissapointed. The store is super clean and the washrooms are too. There is no info on directions to the washroom but the staff is super friendly and you can just ask them anytime!
The veggies are always fresh and they do have all in stock. Never had an issue buying the items on the flyer except hot sales items like butter etc!
Will surely be visiting this store for my daily needs.

Safe, respectful environment. My husband and I had a great time shopping there. They have a very nice selection of meats!

Very disgusted with the employees working here.
Me and my daughter almost fell in the store by a trail of juice between seafood and bakery and instead of the seafood lady who I told (she was closer) to please get someone she instructed me to go get someone from bakery. Are you serious? Do I work here to do your job. There was two older men who was in front of the spill and said nothing. I was being courteous enough to prevent someone from hurting themselves and thats the treatment I get. Then when I went to customer service to tell someone I was told when she's free she'll let the manager know. I walked out won't be spending my money here.

We usually order special occasion cakes from metro, this time ordered the cars 3 birthday theme cake. It has always been very fresh and soft, however, this time it was disappointing as the cake was hard and the chocolate fudge filling was not even properly spread and seemed very less. Whip cream topping was not available either.

Why do cashiers keep asking the name of the product? Aren't they supposed to know it? One time, I told the product name was Lobok (I checked it so many times) and she was like, no it's not lobok and scanned it with some other name. It turned out to be wrong name and I had to pay so much money.

The fact that the shop is open 24x7 makes the experience so relieving. They do carry high quality products hence the prices are not on the high side but there is always people shopping Evan if it’s late night.they do have good quality fruits and vegetables and Love their fresh bakery section as well.staffs are pleasing and helpful

Open 24 hours big bonus since most other 24 hour locations are now closed at 11, fair selection and quality produce. However tight aisles, badly designed self checkout area and probably due to the crowds hoarding merchandise this evening, found the store empty of a lot of products and dirty, I'll tey again and see if it improves and change my rating accordingly.

Careful when you order cake here, they don't give me receipt for my daughters full slab cake order and when I went on the day of the program they said, they don't have any full slab cake and doubted if I have submitted any order in this metro. I will ask the management team to check CC TV footage on Jan 20th 2020 evening to see if I was at the baking section and placed the order? They completely mess with my daughter's birthday and made my daughter upset.

I love metro specially for their fresh flowers section. Breathe taking arrangements at different price points. You can find a lovely bouquet that will please for any budget.

Not thrilled that they did not have any cashier working the 1-8 item line at 6pm on a Monday night. The only options were to stand in the long line at the one cashier that was open or stand in line for self-serve checkout. They need to staff a cashier at the 1-8 item lineup.

Amazing place if you want to get price gouged during the crisis. All prices has gone up while Walmart and Shoppers maintain pricing

The meat is fantastic and really well priced. Clean store. Friendly staff. One of my favourite places to shop for fresh meats and produce. Bakery is mediocre.

Store has everything I need except sanitize station beside carts always empty. I was there twice this week and could not find anything to wipe carts or hands however cashier's had their personal stash of hand sanitizer. There is a bad virus worldwide and Metro needs to be aware that shoppers need the ability to sanitize hands and carts. Won't shop there until this is fixed.

Vegetables and fruits always fresh. Good variety of stuff, fresh bread and croissants. You can buy wine and beer.

Good place for groceries. But it is difficult for the regular customers, since they keep changing the location which makes shopping time consuming.

You guys deleted my review about all the sketchy characters in this parking lot? They target the seniors living around who shop for groceries. I've seen it myself and had to step in. Few times prior they had tried to start something with me too, but I know exactly what's up. This isn't a jungle where we have to constantly be on the lookout. Do something about it!

The mall is pretty decent size. Many people visit a lot just for Metro, shoppers drug and TD. Pizza pizza in there Is good and tasty. The other small shops are not so great in quality and service.
