This is FIRST EXTRA POSITIVE EXPERIENCE at Metro in Orangeville because of “Sandro” and his service
He offered HELP beyond anyone can imagine at the time of my visit on Dec 19 between 8: 20 - 8: 5
Not only his parents should be very proud
Metro MUST REALIZE what a great character he poses
I am very touched of his respectful and helpful gesture.
Please acknowledge HIS EFFORT and KINDNESS because it is RARE THESE DAYS

Sick of seeing expired goods on your shelves. From bacon to pasta sauce, you have to check everything. Made the mistake of not checking some cake mix I got from Metro Orangeville a few weeks ago, went to use it today but turns out it expired in March 2023.9 months ago. Just unacceptable

The produce is beautiful and competitive in price for certain products, but quite steep for others. I found the staff quite friendly and courteous. It is the only supermarket that sells artichokes, which I adore.

Very good experience. This store have everything you want and more. Clean and spacious. Produces are fresh and you get your money worth.

First time at this location, poor produce, many expiring products, very brown lettuce.
Shelves empty.
What was there was overpriced. Given this is a premium grocery store, the product was substandard.

Fresh produce, great customer service, people are so friendly with customers, one of the best supermarket in my opinion.

This metro always has a good selection of food but they don't have alcohol which in my opinion they should. Perhaps its just too close to the LCBO, but I'd prefer to make one stop. It's clean and has lots of parking. The price of food is very high right now but they have good deals from time to time.

The staff is very friendly. The shelvess are well-maintained and stocked. The produce and meat products I have found there have been of good quality

This review is specific to the Orangeville store.customer service was AMAZING! If I'd ever had customer service like this at Sobeys or Fortinos, I'd fall over dead from shock! Kudos to the management and staff, especially the bakery staff!

Excellent customer service from the helpful staff. Rina has been keeping an eye out for my fav coffee on sale.

Metro.oh how I have missed shopping here!
They still have the finest selection of prepared foods on sale.
The portions are good sized and maybe a slight expensive.
However, the staff and the employees working here are still one of the best in Orangeville.
Everyone, is extremely helpful.
