This is the worst store to shop at. Every time the veal leg cutlet is on sale for $6.99 this store NEVER has any on the shelf first thing in the morning. You have to beg the butcher to cut it. I've brought this to the attention of the previous manager Pat, Corporate Head Office and now the new manager Armando. The butcher at this store was in CBC's Marketplace S48 Episode 4 and just does not care about his job. I had to go to the store at Keele & Lawrence Lots of veal sliced in packages on the shelf. Quite a difference in customer service just 2 km down the road.

Lol too expensive best part was the security guard on his phone I'm sure he will catch a lot thiefs that way

People working in the hot food section are rude, ugly, and completely incompetent. Probably the easiest job a person could have and they still can’t figure out how to do it without sighing and hating themselves.

Only thing wrong with this place is that pakky security guard they have standing at the front near the self checkout day in and day out. Other than that is ok.

The store is all right, prices are insane, don't know when they find time to change labels each time I go, prices are higher and higher

As always, the staff were amazing and very attentive and helpful. Even the staff were on the strike line where polite and kind. Again, we went for the hot meal, bought way more than expected, and the family loved it all as always.

They are average price stores, they are usually very large and with a wide variety of products. Remember to bring your recyclable bags in case you don't want to buy new bags for your errands.

Nice grocery store to come shop. It’s well managed and everything looks fresh. It’s small store so they don’t carry all the items but I love their customer service. Lots of parking also and 1 min walk from the bus stop.

It's metro, you looking for something odds are they will have it. Love the fresh bread and deli department.

(This metro was featured on CBC market place called " the dirty secrets about supermarkets"). It was not good news for this metro as it exposed some of the issues with this location. This metro is still 15-20 years behind their competitors and feels like you went back in time but not in a good way. I have to drive to other supermarkets like fortinos or loblaws for a real supermarket. The employees working there are great but the store is garbage with hit and miss produce, terrible deli, hot station, selection, bakery is ok but still years behind. These are all upper management or head office faults.

How is this place even called a supermarket? This place is so behind in the times it is not even funny. Just moved into this area so went to check out the local supermarket and was so disappointed. This place was not only dirty looking but the fish department was not only small but it smelled bad. Metro really hasn't evolved. Anyone giving this place more then 2 stars do not know what a real supermarket should be.

Terrible store layout! Why are ice cream cones next to candy/chocolate? I asked someone in bakery for Stacy Pita Chips, I was told I could find them in the cracker aisle. Nope wrong Stacy Pita Chips are in the deli/bakery section.

24 hours, most expensive than other brands. However supposed to be 24 hours, but in pandemia is closing at 10 pm.

Very convenient at the intersection of Keele and Wilson. Prices however are a bit more than other grocery chain.

This metro has a flower department, full service deli counter, and cake section. If you would like to add Air Miles rewards program, keep up to date with your weekly flyer or newsletter for sales and points. The prices were average and the quality was good. Some areas like the salad section could be a little neater, and some spaces in display cases, could be filled in with more products. On a Saturday afternoon during a long weekend, this location was not busy. The red meat looks well butchered and fresh. (3.8)

This store is the dirtiest store upon the entrance. There is garbage by the front doors covered in flies. As people enter so do the flies. When mention to staff they stare you down and say you cant please everyone. No I will not shop here

I used to go to this store when it was called DOMINION STORE ; that was in early to mid seventies, it changed ownership and was later renamed METRO in the late eighties to early nineties. In all event, it has withstood the integrity to remain at the same location. They have fresh product and always stocked to fulfill the consumers requirement. The Macintosh apples once placed in a cold fridge, you can take one out and its crisp and very little blemish, very little pits in them

Not as crowded. No lines. Still a good selection of food and veggies and meat look fresh. They now have 4* from me.

This one young nice dirty-blonde hair with curls at the doors cleans the buggies good, gives people sanitizers and wipes the baskets good. She tends to have a smile on her face. I would rate this store a solid 10/10.just wow <3

It's commonly known among staff that a certain deli employee pees in a drain at the back of the store while wearing the gloves he uses to serve people. Management continues to do nothing about this.

It was my kids fathers birthday so we bought a Red velvet cake which was delicious also, we bought some mini cheesecakes strawberry and raspberry with powder sugar on top along with some lily's, we did bye roses to, but I didn't take picks of the roses. Trust me though the flowers were fresh the deserts were fresh. Also, the young lady who attended to me with the flower went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Oh yes we got balloons too.

Please watch CBC market place- the dirty truth about supermarkets. They specifically went to this location, and it is sooooooo dirty and disgusting!

So disappointed. I drove all the way here for a sandwich and juice for lunch. I get there at 1030 a.m and the entire deli corner is empty. All they had was some two day old egg and tuna wraps. Plus a roast beef sandwich that looked off. The entire corner was empty. What a big let down. Plus I had to walk to the other side of the store just to get a small Tropicana juice to go with my lunch. I won't make this mistake again. What a colossal waste of time. I'll find another deli to go to for lunch.

A little pricey. Far too much space wasted on kosher isles. These isles are usually empty with no one shopping in them which means the demand isn't there. They should fill it with more regular options.

I bought a bag (5 pcs) of avocado it’s all nice and firm in the outside but when I cut and open its all rotten as in all is black I wasted my money.

Neighborhood is a little sketchy but the produce is always fresh. I like the self serve option if I'm not into the whole interaction with the locals after a long day and just listen to a podcast and get in and out.

Very convenient for late night grocery runs. The only reason for losing a star is that some shelves were empty and the whole store needs to be a bit more organized.

This place is great. Open 24 hrs, has self checkout! Lots of free parking. Close to the highway. Staff is helpful and friendly, when you can find someone.

I love to buy my flowers from this location, they are providing tons of fresh plants and flowers with fair price and nice design. Whenever i want to buy flowers or plants as gift, i really prefer to go to this location.
Their designing and caring about the flowers is astonishing which i never experience it anywhere else.
Especially thanks to Soniya who is working with love there.

This medium sized Metro is kept clean, smells great (mostly like baked goods in the morning), and has friendly staff. Food is fresh - they have good fruits and veggies, a deli, premade food, fresh fish area, bakery, and lots of unique items that are hard to find elsewhere (like pure cranberry juice, arrow root flour, green tea ice cream). The new self-checkout machines are also a great upgrade and much less annoying compared to other stores.

Super convenient specially when I need something after midnight, prices are bit higher then the rest of super market tho.

I love this place because I can get all the grocery items I need.
Fruits are always fresh.

Horrible horrible experiences from management to assistant manager. Products ARE NOT in stock as they are advertised In Metrk flyer. Resulting in numerous trips back there with a rain check ONLY to find out the aisles REMAIN Unstocked with the product AGAIN. Beyond a point of NO RETURN. CLOSURE TIME FOR THEM

They have bugs in their baked oat and date bars. I found mini fruit aunts. I bought some califa almond milk and I saw a bug in the fridge on the milk also.this store does not seem clean.never going to this location again.

Very nice and clean store. But it's to expensive and there store brands, contain nut's, in everything. Making it hard for me and everyone else that have allergies. It really becomes easier to go to places that carry no-name products. Not PC products but the No-name product. This is more affordable and more safer.

Its good because its open 24hrs except on holidays but the prices are too high, there are items priced double what normal retail stores sell it for. Lots of parking and worth going if you work really late shifts and everything else is closed.

I use this particular location mainly for picking up a Fresh2Go meal on my way home when I have nothing planned and an empty fridge. They are very accommodating and willing to make substitutions if you want. The store itself is clean and well laid out. I can be in and out in good time.
I always park on the (West) side of the store to avoid the general mall parking area. Also, that's where the wheelchair ramp is for those days when my wife is having difficulty walking.

The staff thoughout this store are so accomidating and friendly. Very very clean including the washrooms. This place is great for Wheeltrans customers. Great dropoff and pickup area. The store inside is very easy to navigate for people with walkers and wheelchairs. The staff at the deli counter and the bakery are very helpful. You ask for a sample at the deli before selecting.sure, no prob. We purchase the Mammoth Chicken quite often. A very large meaty and moist meal. The fruit and veggies are always very fresh and a great variety. The butchers are wonderful. They will get you what you want if you don't see it or cut it to size. The bakery cheese bread is to die for! Super cheesy. Cut it to the slice thickness and take it home and toast it smothered in butter. Everything is more than 5*'s.

I personally go to this Metro store for all my grocery shopping and have found that veggies, fruits, eggs, milk and other daily usage products are of good quality. Prices are on bit higher side but quality is the best.
