Love this store, produce always fresh, bakery always packed and when needing meat for the family Absolutely love the meat department, especially Rami, always so helpful and kind.

We like this metro. It is clean friendly and inviting. More importantly they carry some things at other stores don't carry. We've been to a couple of other metros but this one we much prefer and will continue to patronize it

Clean store with friendly service. I did not need to do groceries but I needed the coinstar machine. It is located near the exit beside the self checkout.

Experience was fine but I hate that they don't offer plastic bags anymore. What am I supposed to put my dirty cat litter in?

Pickup 6 items, 4 items had wrong pricing. The cashiers are very rude. No greeting and rude behavior when I pointed out the wrong pricing.

Variety, quality, freshness, and helpful staff. All the elements you want in a grocery store, and all the things Superstore struggles with.

My sister and I went there last Sunday. We are from Toronto, and we were visiting our pregnant sister who lives in Georgetown. We decided to make a stop at Metro to get some balloons for her as we had surprised her with gifts for our neices arrival. We went to the floral/balloons section and no one was there and we were told the employee was on break. We were pressed for time and were about to leave. The moment Karen saw us waiting in passing, she took the liberty to help us during her break. As hungry as she was, she did not rush us, and made the balloon arrangements look perfect. We are so appreciative of what she did. She's loyal to her position and her customers, and we do thank you again for helping us make the day special for our sister.

Twice in four weeks, i drove thirty kilometers one way.just to find out that they did not have the sale items i wanted.the sign says while quantities last, but you need quantities first.i think they are stockpiling to sell it at regular price.

Great produce and a very good variety. Pricing comparable to Loblaws on some things. Some good Vegan options.

Clean, has lots of fresh produce and is one of the better Metro's I've been at. This one is nice to shop at

The place is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have good sales on sea foods almost every week. Oh. There vegetables are so fresh and nice.

Question about covid measures.we must wear masks and this is broadcast through the PA system in the store. Why does one of the male employees who stocks shelves, who I see often, only have a face shield that most of the time in tilted up off his face. He puts it down if you stare at him. If he has a medical reason for no mask then he should not be in the store where customers frequent. I sure there is lots for him to do in the back.

Always find what I need, very friendly people. I was feeling woozy from low sugar at the meat counter, the person asked me what she can do? I aged for a piece of cheese and she was more willing to help me out, even asked me if there is anything else she could do. Very helpful.

Worst service I've encountered in Georgetown, management totally useless. If you have committed a mistake, they will say that it is your fault, they are infallible. I recommend avoiding this store. One star just because I can't give less.

Love the staff. Especially Cecillly! The management has always been kind and helpful and one particular older gentleman in the meat department is extremely helpful all the time!

Todat at 10: 30 a group of employees were congregating and socializing near the only exit unmasked and eating food in a public area directly in the route behind the checkouts. Imagine if everyone who bought a Starbucks coffee decided to unmask and drink it while shopping? I was dismissed on the phone by the "manager" (I doubt it was the actual manager and was just a fellow employee) and I've had multiple problems with an extremely rude cashier and an employee who wears only a face shield in the upright position. Honestly, there are much better and safer shopping options in Halton Hills (every other grocery in town does a better job). Safe yourself the hastle and shop elsewhere.

Another customer kept pulling his mask down and getting far too close to other customers including myself. When I told a cashier she called customer support and they didn't help. She said she was no allowed to say anything. I am furious metro employees are not allowed to keep me safe but they can bend over for people who put me at risk. This is my second encounter with bad management at metro in two months. I am done with this store.

Prices are higher than almost every other store, even for the same brand and product. On the plus side they have a wide selection, and usually will still have stock while other stores do not, and have that less common item

Had to go back 3 times to get the milk that is on sale this week $3.99 and finally got the milk there was only 3 on the self

Been there early Saturday morning on two occasions for the flyer specials. Both times they either didnt have it ready or in the later case they didn't have it at all. The place is clean but they really have had what they claim to have on sale.

I always see the same employee with his face shield up and no mask. Nobody is enforcing the staff to follow the same rules that I am required to follow.

Better shopping experience than most in town but you definitely pay for that experience. Sometimes has items at a very good sale price sometimes the sales are not worth it.

A couple of Metro employees keep asking me to wear a mask even after I told them I'm exempt. Metro, please inform your employees about the various exemptions in the bylaw. Denying said exemptions means your employees are actually breaking the law.

Always clean store and better quality and larger produce but always more expensive

Great location that's clean and has friendly staff. I really like the Starbucks inside too. I think overall the prices are just ok, it's the sales that keep the customers happy.

Friendly staff and welcoming managers. Very fresh fruit and vegetables as well as a wide selection of produce products. Meat quality is also very good.

Well-stocked grocery store with helpful staff and an abundance of produce items. The parking lot is well maintained with a dearth of grocery carts prowling, making parking easy and worry-free. Convenient and reliable

Usually a great experience. Yesterdays cashier was rude. We were her last custmoer before she closed her lane. While I was checking out I realised I grabbed goats milk. I told her I didnt want it. She put it to the side and closed her lane. I told her to take the milk and put it in the fridge. She rolled her eyes and walked away while the milk stayed behind. Never again would I buy milk at Metro.

Staff are not trained how to deal with pricing anomalies. Twice today something I wanted to buy was not in database and it was not handled well. I wont be back soon.

I am extremely disappointed with not all but two old women who work customer service and till 1.let me say that everytime I come in here and have to deal with the one particular she is blond short hair half shaved on the side.she is extremely rude.very short with you and the last place she should be working is customer service that is a for sure.but the reason why I've finally written a bad review is because yesterday I came in and bought a few groceries nectarines that costed 15 bucks alone goat cheese and grapes. I also got 20 cash back. I usually dont because I always seem to forget.anyways I did and forgot again. I didnt even realize the next day.so with alot of persuading from my mom I decided to call just to see by luck if it was there.sure enough when I called the lady on the phone was nice and professional and said that yes there was 20 brought back and I order to get it I either need a receipt or there look on video.obviously didnt think I had the receipt since it was such a small purchase BUTTTT since the nectarines were so expensive I saved it incase I wanted to bring them back lol i know I'm cheap but that is the point why I went threw this to get my 20.anyways when I get to the store I get greated by this arrogant ladies back for the first 10 min until she finally felt I was worthy enough to serve and then when I explained to her everything even showing my receipt I was started at like I was a lying thief and they well her did everything she could to see if she could not give me this money.that is disgusting! Shame on you lady.first of all you dont know me and you dont own the store jurt do u dudiligence and do your frigin job.and if your seriously not happy with ur life or job them dont take it out on others u dont know what were going threw! And if I was your boss I would have u working as a bugy boy somone who doesnt deal with customers if u were lucky.cause I'd actually fire u.your and embarrassment to the company.o and ya that's for giving me MY 20 after 20 minutes of interrogating!

Me ans my son whent there on the weekene and got the best xustomer service around we were helpee by this wee lad with curly haier when we couldn find the shampoo but lo and be hold it was in the shampoo isle now i can wash ny hair like my mom wans me to this man iz deserves a raise thank u curly man very cool

Amazing customer service. Couldn't find a deck of cards in the store and was ready to give up until one of the workers found my friend and I to give us the deck of cards.

Starbucks.cup holders for Starbucks in the shopping carts. Produce is great. Their fresh meals to go are awesome. They have sushi burgers!

The produce, meat, bakery and prepared foods are always fresh and consistently good quality. Prices can be high so not the best for stocking up - although they do often have very competitive sale prices

Clean store that has lots of food options to choose from. Fresh produce and great deli and sea food counters.
2 issues with this store - The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Checkout staff is routinely curt and it is not a pleasant experience. There is also problem with the scanning not coming up accurately. It is one of those grocery stores that you need to double check your receipt before you leave.
It has the potential to be a great store but I currently only go there if I have to.

Kept very clean and well organized, has everything I look for when other grocery stores do not, has wine, beer, dry cleaner, pharmacy and Starbucks. Very good deli, bakery, Ready-to-Eat, meat and fish counter. Great outdoor garden centre in the summer, propane exchange too. I have gotten to know many of the store staff over time, good management.

This store is a bit smaller than the competition, which is great for fast visits and for people who don't want to walk miles. Nice store with most things available. The flower shop is my biggest problem. Flowers are rarely fresh, and packaged so they are not truly viable until you get home and then it is too late! Complaints to the manager fell on indignant ears. A nasty way to treat customers. As I buy flowers weekly to go with my order, I now make another stop to get fresh flowers. Washrooms could be better looked after, but it is a grocery store and hard to be proactive in this area. Score about 7/10.
