Iam upset. I did everything to have my platters ready for Sunday. I wrote out my order and gave it to the deli department. They didn't have anything ready but the cheese platters. Apparently this happened to 4 other orders this week. They said it was a phone problem but I handed my order personally to the deli department. The manager wouldn't even talk to my family member who came to pick up the order. I will try them one more time. After that, I'll find someone rlse.

I find this laundry is exceptionally clean, handy location, and very friendly family owned business. The laundry is well monitored by CCTV. As well the people are in many times throughout the run of the day. The location is a cross from the public library, and also the Orillia Transit Terminal.

The 1/2 slab Black Forest Cake I ordered for a 60th birthday was amazing thank you so much truly recommend

Bought some steak, Cooked some steak, Ate some steak, then.

Metro always has the best meat

Metro employees are fantastic. Not like the food land in the same area. The employee at Foodland sucks. The employee at Metro are very helpful and friendly. They are willing to help you. Not like the other place. Thanks for your help at Metro. Now I know why that Foodland is not busy. It's the help.

The most dirty and nasty Metro in Canada, if you don't believe me, please go and have a look the back of metro by the produce loading dock.

As a grocery store, the prices are too high, but I love their little flower shop! The flower shop always has something I like and the prices are reasonable! The staff are friendly too! Great experience.

Good store but I was trying to find a few things for an Asian dinner such as wonton wrappers.no luck

Missing a few key items I use for gluten free baking and odd organization but still a great grocer with a pharmacy

The prices in this store are insanely expensive. I live nearby, so I'll pick up a few things now and then. But I don't know how anybody could justify doing their everyday grocery shopping here. Products "on sale" here are still more than regular priced items at most other places. Store is well stocked and nice displays.but whoa!

Clean, friendly store with lots of product choices and sales. Plus they take Air Miles! Great store that has ample parking and is conveniently situated.

Typical Metro grocery store with a decent selection of products. This store is conveniently located, has helpful staff, and the choice to check-out with a cashier or through self-checkout. You can also purchase garbage tags here.

Store was very clean. Hard to get help finding what I was looking for. Produce section was not as full and inviting as I was expecting.

I imagined a grocery store would stock their fridges with drinks during a heat wave, I was incorrect

The store is really clean and nicely laid out but it doesn't seem to have as much variety of stock as I'm used to at Zehrs

One of my favourite grocery stores. They are nicely setup so people can feel comfortable moving around the store, especially the fruit and vegetable section.

Large food store. Clean. Busy, counting people to stay within limit. Only 2 cashiers open. Line ups waiting for service. Why should we use self checking. We pay high prices.

I sometimes have a problem getting French cut green beans, because you run out of them. I really like your meat and the specials you have on your meat.

Decent store. Has a good range of products - the fresh fruit and vegetables are generally excellent. It's clean, everyone is wearing masks, and it's never too busy.

Produce is usually a hit. Clean store. Open when you need them.
More or less everytime you go in, there is at least some form of a line up to cash out, less so now with the self check out.
Staff are generally friendly, and when they aren't, they are usually hilarious about it!

It's alright.good selection.comparable to most other metros. Staff are a lil grumpy.and they don't have baskets.so I gotta push a tiny cart around when I could be isolating one of ur arms biceps or triceps.

This metro is the best, they serve really good sandwiches, salads and pizza, a really organized place better collection than Toronto hands down.

Location really is everything. I view this store as a necessity, mostly because it serves as one of the closest grocery stores in the downtown district and is where a lot of downtown residents do their weekly shopping. The prices are fairly steep on most products, and the shoppers are sometimes undesirable customers (drunk, impaired, or just plain rude), but as for convenience it pretty much can't be beat.
TLDR;
Go in and get out; don't make a habit of shopping there unless you have to, because there are definitely cheaper stores in town.

Excellent customer service. Excellent COVID-19 protocols in place, although some customers are inconsiderate.

Selection is basic for a major grocery retailer.

Orillia bylaw means we sit and wait for a short time but the lineup moves quickly and the service is AMAZING

Great store, needed more chairs on at noon today only 2 checkouts open + self scan. Not a lot of people like self scan.

Great location, great products. Their prices are a little high overall (probably from when they had the convenience of being open overnight) but if you get what's on the flyer you'll get a good deal.

Bought all my ingredients for the Greek themed birthday party dinner here and it had everything I needed. And the pumpernickel bread I bought was very fresh.

I was here today about 1: 00 p.m. And it was really busy! It was discouraging to see the front line staffed by 2 humans and self serve. Line ups were crazy!

On August 1st I pick up a catering order. It included sandwiches, veggies, fruit, a cheese tray and desserts. Everything was terrific! Great assortment, fruit was perfect, and the sandwiches were like we made them ourselves.

This is more a review for the people who were thinking of working here. Dont.on more then one occasion i was belittled and bullied by the assistant manager.she clearly doesnt know where the line between professional and personal is.i put 4 years of my time into that store and all i got was passive agressive old ladies and dirt pay.if your looking for a place to ruin your self-image and confidence then i suggest working here but if you cherish sanity and not hating your job, never set foot in here.oh yea and if you ever ask to become full time they'll actually laugh at you because there hasnt been a full time position open to anyone under 40 in 10 years.

Very good selection. But I did buy a pork roast there on Sunday August 16. And on Monday Aug 17 I opened it to season it and it was slimy. I called and let them know. I took it back with my receipt and got a refund. So that was nice.

My local store. Go here multiple times throughout the week. Lost a star because they changed from 24 hours to open 8 to 11pm

Only seafood with this MSC seal should be purchased! It's the Marine Stewardship Council and they set standards for sustainable fishing! Metro sells this!

It's a convenient place to shop but make sure you know your prices before going in. Some items are astronomically high whereas some items are very reasonably priced. I usually go here if I need a couple things quick as it's close to home. Tons of parking!

I went to Metro because I wanted fresh fruits for a birthday party and figured since often more expensive then usual grocery store that products would be fresh. Bought watermelon that was mushy and no one would eat. Half the berries were bad. Very disappointed.

Clean, well staffed and well stocked every time!
Lots of free parking and conviently located. The staff is always friendly. Shelves are well stocked and their meat/seafood section is pretty good too.

The night cashier is extremely ignorant.during the day and early evening though I would rate this place completely different. I would rate this place about 4-5 stars

What the point of having 24hours pharmacy if even the cold and flu medicine is locked up. Prices are more expensive in general.
