I left NY for Canada for a business matter and had to have an emergency Root Canal within 2 days of arriving to Scarborough. I searched online and found Metro Endodontics and Dr. Muna Marashdeh saw me last minute for an emergency appointment. She did a partial Root Canal to reduce the pressure and pain and was very informative and gentle. I was so grateful! I returned 5 data later for her to complete the Root Canal and flew out that day back to NY. She followed through with proving my Debtist with scans and a report.

I was nervous but they explained it really well, they were attentive and the procedure was painless. Didn’t like hearing the drilling noises but overall not bad for a root canal.

Had to get a root canal and I was nervous because post-pandemic, I haven’t had to deal with people that close to me but Dr. Muna and her staff were very professional and kind. It was nice to know upfront the cost to pay as well. No hidden surprises.

I highly recommend Dr. Gold and his staff. He is kind, calm and competent. The staff are very friendly and professional, and they were able to squeeze me in for an emergency procedure to relieve my pain. The place was super clean. This was my second root canal with Dr. Gold, and I would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Gold and his team are wonderful! I had a scheduled flight on a Tuesday morning and needed an emergency root canal just hours before! After calling so many different offices, it was this office that made time for me just hours before my flight and fixed me up! I can't thank this team enough for squeezing me in and fixing my tooth!

Cannot praise the team at the Scarborough office enough. Special recognition to Jazz and Dr Lalani. After a call to set up a root canal because of an extremely painful infection they contacted me with advice and support. This was extraordinarily sensitive and caring treatment to someone who at that point was just a voice on the phone. Dr Lalani again went the extra mile during my procedure to ensure the infection was also treated.

I was at the office today. It was a very positive experience. Dr. Muna is an experience doctor with an incredible knowledge of her expertise. The whole team is very professional and friendly. The moment I entered the clinic I felt that I was in good hands. Taz greeted me in a very amicable manner. She answered all my question and provided immediate solutions to my issues. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone It was an amazing quality service from a team of respectful and caring professionals.

Based on my need the person searched for options and gave me a time slot that was getting cancelled. Then she called me on the day to explain the parking changes. The procedure was performed by Dr. Lalani is an expert and genuinely nice doctor. It was an intense process, but she made it easy for me.
The payment person was super helpful and provided some good tips about buying insurance.
An expensive place but a very good clinic from all aspects.

Needed a root canal. Never pleasant. But found Metro Endodontics was very accommodating, fitting me in for an initial appointment after I suffered through only one brutal night. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr Muna Marashdeh was pleasant and professional, patiently answering my questions/concerns, tweaking a few things to suit my situation (which also ended up saving me a few hundred dollars). Very happy with the procedure/work, too - well, as happy as anyone can be with a root canal. Hope I never need another one, but if I do, wouldn't hesitate to return here.

Great experience here. My Mother was super nervous about her procedure and everybody was understanding and reassuring. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and we were well informed about pre and post care. I would recommend Dr. Gold and his staff, especially if you are the anxious sort!

Our experience at this clinic has been nothing but a disappointment. Dentist needs to do her due diligence at the consultation, be honest, and explain all the possibilities while laying out a proper plan for the patient. To sum it up, my brother came out worse than he went in with, with more pain and absolute waste of time and money. They won't care at the end of the day, and make a case to charge you excessive fees even for failed procedures, even if it lasts for 5 min (Dah, it's a business after all). The worst of all was dealing with the in-clinic front desk staff, who were absolutely rude and cringy to deal with, and that definitely left a lasting impression.

I went to the Metro Endodontics on 305 Milner Avenue in Scarborough for the first time to get a root canal treatment done and I’m so glad I didn’t go anywhere else! The receptionists are so nice and respectful! Especially, after procedures are done and are happy to inform you on whatever aftercare and/or information that needs to be noted. The endodonist that worked on me, Dr. Marashdeh, did an amazing job at working on my tooth, informing me about everything that was happening in the office from before and after the procedure was done, did a quick job and has me feeling so much better about my situation. If you’re in need of dental work, I highly recommend going here because they’ve got you covered:)

I’m so glad Scarborough Endodontics remembered me after ten years. Not only did they still have me on file, but they were most helpful in providing me with a surprisingly pleasant, through experience in a caring, loving environment. As a patient who was anxious and scared about my procedure they relaxed me and put my fears to bed. It was such a wholesome & calming time. The orthodontist listened to my fears and assured me. The secretaries were beyond informative, and the assistants were lovely. If you’re anywhere near as anxious as I am, Scarborough Endodontics is the place for you.

I haven't seen a dentist in years and only noticed that my old root canal got reinfected due to a dental cyst. Did a lot of research and decided to find an Endodontics office that specializes rather than your typical dentist.

Dr. Muna and their team did the xrays and showed me everything that needed to be done with a payment plan that worked for me as I had no insurance. I was so grateful for that. These issues left untreated would have gotten much worse.

I was seen within a few days of referral. The whole process was explained in detail including all fees involved. The staff were friendly, professional and reassuring. I highly recommend this office.

When I was informed by my dentist that I needed a root canal I was so nervous I wanted to cry. I was referred to Dr. Gold at Metro Endodontics. The staff were wonderful and I have to say Dr. Gold was absolutely amazing, he was very gentle and caring; Dr. Gold explained the procedure step by step and made sure that I felt no pain.

Great experience.for a root canal! Dr. Muna explained what she was going to do and why. When she finished, she took another xray and showed it to me. Very reassuring since she was fixing a previously incomplete job done by someone else.
When the freezing wore off, there was no trace that I had ever been to a dentist.
To top it off, I didn't have to deal with the paperwork.

Went to see Dr. Gold for a root canal the other day. He was absolutely fantastic (and I'm not always the easiest patient to work on). Jaz at the front desk made everything super easy, and his assistants were fantastic. Would 100% recommend.

Every single encounter, be it over the phone or in person was friendly, informative and caring. I was quite pleased by the level of knowledge and transparency of the entire team including the lovely receptionist Jaz. Everything was laid out clearly including steps of the procedure, follow up plan and costs. It did put my mind at ease knowing that I was in the best of hands for this procedure. Did my root Canal with Dr. Marashdeh and would 10/10 recommend. Took all the sensitivity pain away and she was very/careful. If you need a root canal would definitely trying this place (as they are very experienced from working with roots everyday) than going to your dentist

Terrible experience at their Scarborough location. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They charge way too much and are not up front with their fees. I had a procedure completed to fix pain in my tooth and 2 weeks later my tooth hurt again. The girl at the front desk is not very pleasant and tried to overcharge me more then what I was told by the doctor. I would stay away from this office.

Dr. Gold is an extremely thorough and highly skilled dental surgeon; he takes the time to carefully explain the procedure, and why it is the optimal approach. I would highly recommend him, along with all the staff at Metro Endodontics at both of their locations, who are equally professional and compassionate. Nobody "likes" to have dental surgery, but in this case, I felt completely at ease and taken care of.
