I ordered a truck since four years ago, after year and a half finally my new truck arrived, I checked the truck I found out the driver seat was wrong, they install a temporary seat that is not comfortable for driving, at that time they want me take the truck first and then they promised they will send the new seat as soon as possible, But until now, I still haven’t got my right seat installed

Their service department staff is very pleasant and helpful.
Brought one of my trucks in late afternoon for a safety and picked up it up bright and early the next. Didn't effect my business one bit. Awesome place, awesome service and awesome people.

Quite the operation they have down there. In my experience 90% of the time they'll attempt to diagnose the problem right away, you get the feeling they actually care about the money you're losing with a truck out of operation. The only issue I've had is backlogged parts which isn't their fault.

These people's are so awesome I was looking for alternator after hrs. One of there mechanic still serve me but place was closed for parts it was one o clock AM i appreciate these people.it have options for five stars even have ten stars I would ten.

As far as parts and in stor shopping great but now iam not sure but judging from the amount of trucks in front of shop doors and in the yard I wouldn't want to take my truck there without calling first, but that was just my opinion.

Love it, good people, especially Shan, they take care of us every time with no hesitation, best place to get parts and best customer service.

Took truck in for hood repair & also asked about getting Dash lights / fuel Guage looked at. Parts unavailable at any Freightliner PDC in North America, also told the checked the Freightliner system none available anywhere. I made a call to another dealership and told same, but he checked the system and directed me to another dealership not 100 miles away and they overnighted it for me. These guys always seem to be good and honest, just was very disappointed this time. And body shop didn't keep me updated like promised. Big dealerships should remember every customer counts.

Frame straitening, alignment any truck service you need plus towing (heavy) super people to deal with.

I buy truck parts here for few years now. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are much cheaper than most freightliners in ontario. Usually they have good stock and 95% of the time they have the part. Customer parking for parts is very small.

Great service. Parking is difficult but you can park on the road. They have most parts in stock and have very reasonable prices.

I've had to drop off deliveries here so I can only speak to that. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Look forward to returning upon any order they need.

I had 2012 in for cel.they actually removed parts and investigated where bad parts were. Nice to see that instead of looking at computer to tell them.my One box replaced and running great thx metro!

All business owners be aware and stay away from these people, very bad customer service, Dan is the worst guy there, his arrogance is turning you far away from this dealership, can't deliver and playing games. Stay away truck owners.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM METRO FREIGHTLINER dealership, PLAYED GAMES AND TRIED TO OVER CHARGE. Stay away truck owners.

The worst experience even, these guys wants to take your money - no customer service, attitude like you own them money, never deliver their promises. Stay away!

Extremely unprofessional accounting department. I spoke to Jodie and she was very rude with no customer service skills at all. Her attitude and tone was terrible I think she is new but she needs better training and some monitoring with her phone conversations and how she is speaking to customers.

We received amazing service from Colton from the Metro Towing Stoney Creek team after being rear-ended on the highway. He kept us calm in a very challenging situation, answered all of our questions, followed up with the OPP, drove us to the Collision Reporting Centre and helped to arrange a rental car, all while checking in to make sure we were uninjured and ok. His genuine, kind, organized and calming service is not only an example to other towing companies, but should be an example to any company in general! His knowledgeable and sincere approach to his work is to be commended and we would recommend his service in a heartbeat!

They treat their employees like they're trash. Playing favorites, micromanaging etc. Its clear why their hiring advertisements are perpetually posted and why their turnover rate is so high with the terrible environment they maintain.
