Metro Freightliner Milton

Wish they would focus more on customer service and pick up the phone. Prices are not the best but cheaper than Brampton.

Calling this metro is a nightmare, they never answer the phone and when they do they just put you on hold for 40 minutes listening to an automatic recording. Take your business elsewhere!

You can’t even book a truck I follow with them for year to book when booking open it they don’t even take it and selling it in the black market

Professional job, Complete satisfaction, just only one thing they don’t tell that when the job will be done but overall Nice service.

This place is the worst to ask for help. Try to call them and see how ungodly lengthy you will be held on the line. After a long hold someone picks up who’s not even the one who should provide you with the service, then again you are placed on hold, and this is not the first time this is happening to me! You keep playing an automated message talking about good service and reputation, but the reality is far from good service and reputation!)

Even though we got off to a rough start thank you to Kevin Basdeo and to the Tech that found my issue of my box banging noises. Only took 2 years and he found the issue in an hr solving a second issue with my truck. Ty Metro

Been dealing with Metro for years now, mainly the Milton location. There's a reason these guys are my shop's #1 supplier. Best prices by far, amazing staff, Excellent service. Big shout out to Chris Currie for making sure my day to day goes smoothly. Recommend these guys to anyone in the trucking industry.

Excellent experience

Had truck out of service for a week did nothing! Part 3 to 4 weeks backlogged and truck drinks a gallon of coolant every day - wonder how long this motor will last now at 250000 km thankfully it is a company truck and I am not an O/O. But then I would never buy a Freightliner - Volvo all the way...

Kevin and Gianni are very nice and friendly people. All staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

Amir and Mobeen are other two people I have dealt with. Both are courteous, and professional. Will call you and update you with the schedule. Both of them will NOT try to sell anything you don't need. Rather, try to sell you ONLY what you need. They have made me come back to Metro Freightliner Milton. Service is little expensive, yet worth it.

Been 12 days since i brought my truck in.last 9 days they kept saying it'll be looked at today. Still being looked at. Careless employees

These guys are just Awsome. Dayvtime its Kevin and Mark and evening time is Amir in service I must say their customer service is extra ordinary. I bought my 2018 Cascadia from Ryan and my financing was done by Joe.their team is just great they have professional people working in every department.
