Shameful store. I asked them for the price of a side splash because there was no barcode. The plumbing guy had the nerve to tell me that I had complained in the past. I said "YES" because they don't deliver direct in the bathroom vanities differently than fridge, stoves, etc. So he refused to tell me how much the side splash price.

Great staff, courteous contractor help desk, been there few times and always a pleasure to shop here, well recommend.

Staff not knowledgeable. Went in to buy replacement toilet tank seal and they convinced me to buy wrong item even when I brought a picture of the piece I needed.regardless, I returned the wrong item and brought the piece I needed to replace.staff didn't what the piece was! Went to big box store and the rep showed me the exact part without the picture!

They was this one girl in their was helping me till I found all the plumbing products I needed. Awesome knowledgeable and knows her stuff kudos.

Was unaware of how convenient and affordable this place is. Good selection, reasonable prices and available parking. I'd go in the mornings if one would like less people and more responsive staff. All in all good experience

Always amazing. This was 3rd retailer I visited for garden needs. 1st (big box) store confirmed web page for in-stock, but no staff had a clue. 2nd - maybe if I drove 20 kms to different outlet. 3rd - Metro Home Hardware. "right over here, sir! ". One of my favourite chains for the past 45 years.

Super service. Tom in lumber department was very helpful. Contact distributor to find out they did have white siding in stock. Just what i wanted and I ordered it.
I have been looking for 2x2x12 for 10 months and no one had it.
Tom suggested to buy 2x4x12 and cut in half.super idea, so i ordered it.

Well stocked store, knowledgable& friendly staff. Anything I should need is usually in stock.

It would be nice if you answer the phone once in a while. Had to wait almost an hour to pick up an order. The parking lot was full of cars and frustrated customers trying to either place an order or pick up. Why is the process different at every home hardware location?

The worst customer service experience waited 2 hours for my order the price of items on line and when you get there are different more money price gouging hope they go bankrupt

Do not shop here during the lockdown. I ordered a few items online, got two separate emails confirming they arrived. Got there, they don't answer the phone. When they do, the clerk told me I should not wait in my car, I have to wait in a line for 40 mins with other people who do not have paid online orders. Get to the front door, and the clerk told me I was in the wrong line and I waited for nothing. After another 10 min of searching the clerk tells me they cannot find my order. They also can't cancel my order- I have to return to the physical store on a weekday when the manager is present. Never again.

My neighborhood Hardware Store. Always a pleasure to shop here. Store front service and excellent prices and service. Always support my local businesses.

Franklin was a great help to me. Our kitchen sinks were blocked and Drano was no help, plunging it, baking soda and water did not work either. He assisted me with some products to help clear it. I greatly appreciate his help

Very helpful staff, reasonable prices, good selection of product. I was looking for a urathane to protect the stain of my garage door and one of the staff suggested a Minwax product which worked out great. Thanks

I have been going to this location for the past 25 years. The customer service has always been good and they have everything I need.

This is my first visit in this location. Sales persons are not friendly and helpful. They pointed their finger to others. Nobody give correct answer. Advertised stuff are not available. No raincheck. I will not visited this store again. No recommended for others. Thanks

A jewel in the rough.not really busy but they have a good discount section for mouldings and flooring.

Didnt have items from flyer.
After 2 years still the same, never have product from the flyers. Not very tidy or clean.

If no other store has an item, this one will have, most times. Small but compact. Customer service is not bad.
