I have been there twice since I found this place, Metro Music has a great selection of Seagull guitars, and accessories. Danielle was such a lovely lady, the day I called her to ask for guitar informations, she suggested me to come to the store and try the guitars myself and I did. She was really patient and considerate, I have got many useful information about the sizes of guitar, playing postures, etc. We really took time to try different size of guitars. I don't live far away, so Danielle offered to drop off the guitar and let me try it out while she did some errands. I would highly recommend checking out the store. They have a nice selection of instruments and pretty fantastic service!

Fantastic store! They specialize mainly in Godin products with tons of Seagull, Art and Luthier, Simon and Patrick and even a few Norman guitars. Really great service. Highly recommend.

I placed an order for an item yesterday from Toronto. Danielle was very friendly and helpful. She packaged it up the same day and, incredibly, I have the item next day! Super efficient and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended.

I just purchased a new Seagull guitar from Metro Music and I have to say it was the most enjoyable instrument purchasing experience I have had! Danielle was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful (and there was a cute dog!). They have a good selection of Canadian made guitars with a variety of shapes, wood, electronics, and strings (6/12).

Will definitely be back for my guitar/mandolin needs!

I have had 2 guitars serviced here and they did a really great job. I recommend Metro Music for guitar servicing. They have a nice selection of Canadian made guitars and other gear too.

A tiny selection of stuff, but if you’re a guitarist I would recommend checking it out! Staff is very kind and there’s a really cute dog there. I just wish they carried a bigger variety, or had a name that indicated it really only caters to guitarists.

Applied to the glebe metro a couple times and finally, after following up a couple times, I got offered an interview. The day before the interview I get a call from the produce manager saying my interview would need to be rescheduled and that he would call me early in the week to let me know a date/time. After not hearing from them for a couple days I called in to follow up and to find out when my interview was, only to be told by the same manager that the spot that I was going to be interviewed for was already filled. Didn’t get a chance to even do an interview, and never really got an explanation as to why they told me it’d be rescheduled. After this experience I quickly realized that the management is extremely poor, especially in the produce department. Would not recommend working/applying here or even shopping here seeing as the management is so useless. I would give 0 stars if I could.
