The worst place you can make a delivery, you can be stuck here all day.adding that your security guard is not courteous with the drivers, you must redo his customer service training, 0 respect. Metro's worst distribution center in all of Canada and North America.

DRIVING TRUCK SINCE 2010 AND THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER DELIVERED TO AND GO TO SOME BAD DELIVERY PLACES. GOT HERE 3: 30 FRIDAY MORNING FOR A 5AM DELIVERY IT IS NOW 4PM SATURDAY AND I AM STILL ON DOCK!

The worst place for shipping or receiving in the world it’s not like this to build business in Canada no respect for appointments truckers go learn from China how they done loading and unloading in mix 15 min I am very sure the supervisor he got his job at Metro by Relationships

The old guy who takes the paperwork in receivinghas got a bad attitude. They do not respect truckers. It is not a one time thing, I'm talking about multiple encounters with the same guy. They do not deserve respect and 6+ hours to unload a truck and they call themselves a distribution centre. ZERO STARS

My appointment was 6am, I backed up 6: 45am know it’s almost 10am they didn’t even started to unload me I never seen a place like this before track driver make sure you have enough water and food not a good place

After 4 hours in the door, empty finally, had to wait for receiver to come back from his lunch to get my paperwork.

Nothing but the best! Service cleanliness freshness etc. The type of store you can take your time in!

Appointment is a joke here. My appointment was at 7am and was backed up into dock at 7: 15am. They started unloading right away and it took about two hours and now it’s been three hours and counting to get my paper work. This place is disgusting and employees have no respect for drivers. Please avoid tis place or come here by noon. There is no need to drive in heavy traffic for no reason.

Terrible please. Very unkain stuff is there. So if you want to do 10h unpaied work for them go visit it. Despite your appointment  They will hold you 6h to 10h without unload you, and finally they will tell you ' Come back tomorrow to do your delivery'

IT is time consuming.
It can be difficult to get to docks. Very tight.
Today at least office manager runs around and manages doors. For this 5*

Been here since 6 am offloading starting at 12: 30
1: 15 pm now no papers handed over yet.

Rude dock personal and security.
11 am appointment 3 hrs later not even started.why have appointment time if they aren't going to honour it.

I have been here many years ago, nothing changed. Still long unloading.
They can not work with produce, it makes low quality for my blueberries.
