I recently had an unfortunate experience with the receiving desk guy. His attitude was consistently rude, making the interaction unpleasant. It's crucial for receiving/shipping department to exhibit professionalism and courtesy, qualities that were lacking in this encounter. From the moment I approached the desk, his demeanor was noticeably rude. Instead of a welcoming and helpful attitude, he seemed dismissive and impatient. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more positive experience for drivers in the future.

Ordered a pizza and the clerk said twenty minutes, bearing in mind that I was the only customer at the counter at the time. My pizza was made and placed in the oven so I proceeded to pick up an item that I wanted and to visit the courtesy desk to cash in a bunch of tickets and purchase more I proceeded back to pick up my pizza. He took it out of the oven and gave it to the other guy doing deliveries. I asked why he was giving my pizza away and he mumbled something incoherent and he said he could make me another one! I said you said twenty minutes and you gave my pizza to go out for delivery! I ended up waiting another twenty minutes without apologies or a kiss my butt! What a way to conduct business! The slap in the face was that my original pizza was still on top of the oven waiting for delivery! I won’t be ordering pizza there again! I ordered my pizza ten to six and didn’t get it until ten minutes before seven! Absolutely ridiculous! This is the Metro in North Bay Ontario

I shop weekly at the 10 William Kitchen Road, Scarborough location and I am baffled at how these employers of that specific location act. The meat butchers talk amongst each other about customers, brag about how they got a raise hike and laugh, treat customers poorly. I go to the fish department and if I ask for a certain cut from the fish, I always get told "not today" or they tell me they don't know how to when I have had it done prior plenty of times before. I then walked over to the hot meals section today and asked for a pulled pork sandwich for $6.99 as advertised on the sign and get told "we don't do pulled pork" when I know they do because I know people who have gotten it before. I asked for a manager and he told me to "go find a manager myself" and "that they are somewhere over there". When I finally spoke to a manager she made up an excuse of a lie. But last week I was told to come back after 11: 00am. This is unacceptable and ever since this minimum raise hike, they've become extremely rude, act like they don't know what they are doing and are completely lazy. You may want to re assist and re train your employers at that location.

6 hour wait to offload my truck. When I went inside periodically, there were always 6-8 people sitting down in the break room. The person who brought me my paperwork walked extra slow on purpose. These people are losers. Oh, and the best part is. I wear a long sleeve fluorescent yellow safety shirt, and this dumb-dumb had the gall to ask where my vest is.

They are very very very slow
Receiver he doesn’t even know what are his job responsibilities they will waste your whole day even after offloading receiver will start counting the product will take whole day to complete 1 trailer this place is only recommended for city drivers not for highway drivers
Last but not least they should be taught how to talk with any trucker
