Metro Pharmacy

I called the pharmacy to ask if they have a certain medication. The lady who answered was so rude and obnoxious. She was insulting me on the phone while I was on speaker and the whole doctor office heard it. I called Walmart, superstore, shoppers and other independent pharmacies and everyone was sooo nice to me yet this lady who works in metro pharmacy was ugh! I would have given her a piece of my mind but I can’t stoop to her level.

Excellent service! I’ve been checking a number of pharmacies for a certain product for my father who has been sick for over a year now with a bad sinus infection. I wasn’t able to find the product anywhere, as apparently it’s in high demand right now and out of stock everywhere. Metro was the first place I was actually able to get a box! However, when I went back to get more, they were now out of stock, but one of the pharmacists, Sheila, was SO helpful, she called around to other pharmacies and found another location close by that had one in stock and reserved it for me. I would never expect a pharmacy to call around for me, but I think that goes to show there are still people who care and go out of their way to help others. Thank you Sheila for all your help!
