Did not attempt delivery.took photo of entrance of building from across the street and cropped the photo. Saying delivery unsuccessful. I have never heard of this company before and I hope to never deal with them again. Very sketchy

Had multiple dealings with this company. Appalling service for appliance delivery. They managed to damage an appliance, the ceiling, wall, and hardwood all in one go. Also made a mess by trailing slush and mud throughout the house.

I would not trust them to move anything bulkier than a dishwasher or TV. They take extremely low resolution photos for proof of delivery that make it impossible to see cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents. Aside from 2 stand out individuals, the delivery people were rather obnoxious, loud, and unfriendly.

Customer service refuses to accept any accountability for damaged appliances, despite the fact that their company is solely responsible for the damage. They will give you the run around and tell you to reach out to the dealer, who will in turn tell you to reach out to the deliver company, and so on.

1 star rating like everyone else for a reason. The experience with Metro Supply Chain Delivery Service was highly disappointing. Despite specific instructions for basement delivery, they claimed it was against their policy, a statement contradicted by Best Buy. This blatant falsehood was frustrating, and to make matters worse, they left the freezer in my hallway, creating an obstruction.

Upon complaining to Best Buy, attempts to reschedule were marred by the lack of a call-back number from Metro Supply Chain. Their service was subpar, and I strongly advise verifying your store's choice of delivery service, requesting an alternative if possible.

The overall lack of care during the delivery process resulted in a significant waste of time. Despite an apology from Slyvia, I cannot accept it, given the inconvenience caused by the actions of Darren and Randall, who not only wasted two days but also damaged my hardwood floors in the process.

Damaged our brand new floors (installed literally the day prior), damaged our new appliances from Costco, and then aggressively intimidated us to sign a document saying there was no damage, or else we were going to have problems. Literally yelled at us and bullied us in our own home. Unbelievable and disgusting.

If I see MSC as the company delivering my product, I will flat out cancel whatever it is I have ordered. They called 10 mins before showing up, after originally giving a time frame 3 hours later and running into the evening. We had a fridge delivered and "assembled" - I say assembled because these 2 clowns they had working for them didnt actually do the job. They were on their phones the whole time. One of them disappeared to the truck while the other one was attempting to level it, and then the guy proceeded to ask my wife to come to him for second and he just leaned the fridge over on her. He also felt it appropriate to yell at her when she was asking some questions before signing off on the job. She only signed off to get him out of the house, not because he had done the work.

This unfortunately seems to be an all too common story. I'm going to go as far as to guess that the company likely supports and encourages this piss poor type of experience because it gets customers to sign off out of intimidation and then they can get done their days faster.

Should you see this company as who is delivering your product, cancel it and contact the seller. Save yourself the headache

Livraison sur Québec d'une laveuse et sécheuse Costco. La sécheuse avait une bosse. Les gars nous ont tout de suite montré ça, appel à costco dans la foulée. Ils sont montés installer la laveuse et déposer la sécheuse pour un échange un autre jour. Très courtois et sérieux, respectueux des lieux et soigneux. Ils sont arrivés dans les délais des 3h. Merci les gars!

Completely useless shipper used by Shoppers. Integration between Shoppers and Metro is completely broken so customer phone numbers aren't transmitted correctly. Emails from Metro about order status include links to contact them that require you to be a Loblaw employee, so you can't actually contact them. No phone number. Driver completely failed to even attempt delivery (I was home, buzzer is working fine). Customer service non-existent. Shoppers claims even they can't contact Metro. Will never buy from any company that uses Metro again.

ZERO STARS if I could.

Worst IKEA subcontractor. I am on my 4th delivery attempt. All I get is lies and excuses. They say they called and rang my bell when they clearly haven't.

Driver literally lied to my face and said he wasn't allowed to cary anything up a flight of stairs.

IKEA POLICY: If the premises does not have access to a lift and the delivery location is more than 3 flights of stairs the TSP may decline to carry the goods up all the way and the customer will be expected to organize this.

I wanted him to cary it one flight of ten steps in to my building.

This is an awful experience with them! I had a online package from SHOPPERS! And I have no idea why they are working with this company!
They were just sending me notification for 2 days that they couldn't deliver my package as I wasn't available, while I was home all the time and no missed call on my phone!
On the third day when I talked to their customer service, they were so rude! And just said "it will come tomorrow, bye now"! Like literally SHUT up!
I will not buy online from shoppers anymore.
Big companies like SHOPPERS shouldn't don't play with their names and credits with companies like this.

Amazing service all around! I called to ask some question and they were very kind and helpful. They have great communication and updates on your delivery via phone and email. And then they arrive, they had a smile and were very helpful and most importantly quiet and quick! I would definitely recommend!

Fast delivery and good support team. I gave them an incorrect address, so they could not deliver my package on the first attempt. After sending an email to give the correct address, they delivered my package in the next day.

Terrible service. Driver showed up when he wanted and didn't ring the intercom. Customer Service unreachable except by chat, argues, wastes your time, doesn't respond for 20 minute intervals and then doesn't try to help.

I’ve ordered a whole freaking kitchen from IKEA that was meant to be delivered by this amazing company lol. No one ever called no one ever showed. I contacted IKEA twice, sent this company a request on their website. Nothing.
So I didn’t receive my kitchen, I lost my appointment with the contractor that was going to work on that kitchen and I had to pay 140 for the delivery and 270 for the none respected appointments of three days with my contractor!
It’s a freaking joke! I don’t even understand how companies like this are still working.

I bought 5 appliances from Costco. Extremely rude delivery team. Threw my shoes across the room.
Since they cannot respect a customer's house, i sent all the 5 appliance they were suppose to deliver back. Only way to teach them how to respect there customer. I hope Costco cancel there partnership back.

Unethical, unprofessional and useless.delivery service any business can employ. Not to mention, their delivery guys lie about packages being undeliverable stating “recipient not home” as the reason when in fact, no one even bothered delivering the package to begin with.

Kind of a dumpster fire of a shipping company. Ordered something online through Shoppers Drug Mart, a driver called me to say he was in the lobby of my building, I said I'm at work, please leave a pickup slip. I was told they don't do that and will reattempt delivery tomorrow.during the same hours when I am at work again. I tried emailing with the company to see what other options were available; noone can be expected to sit at home all day waiting for a package and I didn't want it stolen out of the lobby. Their responses were short and cold and incredibly unhelpful with no new information - it's clear they didn't even read my questions. Attempts at calling were also unsuccessful as their phone system seems on par with the rest of their service. I only gave 2 stars because I did eventually get the package (had someone at home today by fortunate coincidence), and the driver did call to let me know he was there. He didn't even try ringing the buzzer though, he said it was broken - it is not broken. I had to call my bf and tell him to run to the lobby otherwise the guy would have left again. I would not recommend this company at all.

I placed an order for shoppers. Got an email for delivery but never received the parcel. No one answers phone, chat over the email and no one answers the phone. Such a poor service. Don't know why shoppers had to use Metro supply chain.

We shared contact information in the delivery instructions that they did not contact and left without delivering our order. We are now left for a week without a washing machine or dryer because of their inability to call the correct contact information.

Not the first time I've had issues with this delivery company. I'm confused why any seller would rely on them; it makes me hesitant to shop at that store again because I have no idea if I'll actually receive my order or not.

Very rude customer service. Missed my delivery 3 times and I think they have lost it. If people are giving 1 star for the 3 hour window. I have spent 9 hours trying to receive their delivery and it never came. This one should be -8 stars

I have been sitting home for 2 days now, trying to get delivery. A very incompetent company. 1st attempt the driver calls someone in the USA and not me. Sent me the screen shot. Today I am sitting waiting then get an update of failed attempt. Launched an official complaint with BestBuy. Do not use them. I would gladly pay for delivery from someone competent.
What the other complaints are saying is correct.
Bestbuy will be losing my business because of Metro and they have been informed. Also, good luck in getting ahold of anyone at the company.

Ordered from Shoppers and always received the packages from Canada post. But this time, it was via this E24 company. They delivered the package to a wrong building and they cannot locate the building when they try to pick up the package. I asked around among my friends and we don’t think that photo of the wrong building is in my area. It takes a long time for them to confirm the package is lost as they would keep telling that they need to wait for the delivery team. But if you cannot figure out the location of that wrong building, you are not able to pick it up right? I already asked shoppers if they would use their service for online orders, they said yes. So now maybe I won’t buy online orders from shoppers then. This company is not organized as the customer service from yesterday confirms that he or she would send out the confirmation email at the end of yesterday and no email sent yesterday. The next day, the new customer service won’t admit what has been told by yesterday’s customer service however he or she admit that they have all the conversations here in the system. In that case, you just know what has been said yesterday by another customer service. Anyways, I won’t recommend their service.

Received email saying attempted delivery but client not available. Total lie as I was home waiting. Cameras show no one attempted to call from intercom plus calls from intercom go to my mobile phone and none are registered. Parcel was from Pharmaprix and have asked Pharmaprix to no longer use this company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had a 15 minute interaction only to have them tell me that they couldn't deliver because I didn't pick up my phone despite the fact that the courier didn't even ring the doorbell. After 15 minutes couldn't even get them to confirm alternative safe drop instructions. What a joke. I can't believe Shoppers uses these people to deliver instead of Canada Post. Horrendous communication and service. If you're a business, stay away! There are much better options available in the market.

E24 courier company delivery Indian guy was not nice and forced me to go out my apartment ground floor entrance to pick up my two parcels. My parcels so heavy! After I carried my parcels to my home. My hand got pain! Then I go to see doctor for this reason! I don’t trust this company. Courier guy know my name, phone number and address. Actually I am very insecure!

The worst delivery company ever. I have placed an online order from PC Health on October 2021 and it showed will be delivered by Metro Supply Chain Group E24. But until right now, I still not get my package. In the beginning two months, I kept tracking the package and complained a couple of times to the seller, then the tracking link finally showed the package was delivered but not, cuz there was even no delivery guy information or email informed to me regarding the package was on its way (which is different than another shoppers drug mart’s delivered package this week, this time the E24 tracking link comes with their delivery company contact link, contact information, delivery guy information and informed reminder & also a delivered package’s photo). And the reply that I got yesterday from their online agent was there is nothing they can do regarding my last year’s undelivered package. That’s so ridiculous, last year your company didn’t provide me any chat contact link or information, how should I let your guys know regarding my undelivered package. I will keep complaining to their head office or whoever can solve my problem until I get my last year’s PC Health order package to be delivered.

Ordered a nearly $400 order with same day delivery. Was told it was out for delivery, yet the item never came. I filed a ticket, received an automated email that took me to a portal to track my ticket. When I tried to create an account to get in to the portal, it said that I already had an account. When I tried to recover my password for this non-existent account, it told me I was unauthorized.

This company is supposed to be a delivery company. They can't even manage to do that.

The absolute worst. Package undeliverable several times.no one calls, nothing. As if I never got packages before? I already got like 3 things I ordered after the package they should have brought. Disgrace. I hope to never use these guys in my life again.

The driver pulled into our driveway, rolled down his window, and threw the package from the driver's seat of his car onto our porch. I was sitting by our front window and saw the whole thing so naturally, I proceeded outside to ask the driver if it was necessary to deliver packages this way and he responded with ‘I don’t want to slip on the ice’. Needless to say, it's a clear, sunny day today, and aside from the snow piled on everyone's lawn, there's no ice or snow on the roads or sidewalks, much less my driveway or walkway.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I tried calling the company, but their phone system is just an endless loop of extensions that are not available.

Worst delivery service ever. Delivery date came and went with no package. No explanation from customer service. Tracking rarely updates either. I have no idea why a large company like Shoppers Drug Mart uses a company like this.

Terrible experience with this company, which was supposed to deliver and install a washer and dryer from Costco.

On the deliver day, they unboxed the washer and dryer outside in the pouring rain and carried them through the rain uncovered. They claimed that they could not install the washer because the washer hoses were too short, saying we needed a 3-4 foot hose. This was a blatant lie: after they left, we looked at the existing hose and it was 5 feet long and we were able to install it ourselves.

(From reading other reviews online, it seems like they consistently give excuses to charge Costco or other companies for multiple visits.)

They also left the dryer in the middle of the living room, saying they could come back quickly and do it. After a huge amount of time on the phone with them and Costco, they said they would come back to install the dryer the following week. The day that the Metro person said they would come came and went with no one showing.

After 2 weeks and a huge amount of time on the phone with them and Costco, they finally came back to install the dryer. It was a tight fit, and they tried for a few minutes and then gave up saying that we needed a smaller washer/dryer.

Eventually, we paid someone else to do the installation and they were able to do it without any issue. So in the end Metro To Home probably charged Costco twice for the delivery/installation, lied to us and Costco, and did not even finish the installation.

I ordered something several weeks ago, never received it. I need a part for one of my devices that required fixing, this issue was very time contingent, the delays experienced have caused many issues, and a lot of stress. Do not use this company.

Order from Bestbuy was fulfilled by this company. Received a call at 10: 30pm that they had arrived to drop off item at my apartment. Number they called from was a personal cell from British Columbia. As a single female receiving a call this late with no notification it was arriving was very alarming. I do not recommend this delivery service. Bestbuy customer service did not care and said company was allowed to deliver to me this late at night.

If there is zero star.i will give it to them. The worst delivery company i have ever encounter. There is no customer service. When i select a 5 to 9 pm deliver window. They deliver at 11: 30 PM and the following day at 6: 30 am. Their customer service straight up said they attempted to deliver but i was not available. Who is available at that time frame. Now the same day turned to a 4 day wait. Not even sure if i will get my package. Stay away from this company
