They disregard customer complaints on employees who threatens and harass customers. Still keep that employee on the same line without a word to the customer. Most employees are friendly and professional, I don’t think these folks are rewarded. They also create ridiculous bus schedules. For example, route 12 and route 12c. They are back to back buses going to the same destinations, and neither of these buses is express. The two busses also have to leave at the same time. You got some really disqualified individual eating tax payers money and laughing at us for being an idiot using GO service. And GO is a monopoly.

Horrible service, the connections between kippling to mississauga is Horrible. Think about old people traveling. Does not have sense, actually nothing as sense.it was 300 thousand better with Ttc.

Someone needs to be let go for the horrid planning for the Lakeshore west train's.two big concerts get out and you decide to put everyone on a single train? I've never seen a more packed train in my life.

Updating the track information 1 minute before departure in Union station was a great idea as well!

Then. You put the train out of service in Burlington making everyone wait for the next train just to go one station over to Aldershot.

I noticed that in Mx, BIM modellers are hired as Capital Projects Managers.
I wonder, what was the logic on this hiring? What questions are asked and how they were responded? Is this why their answers in our meetings are “we will take it away and get back to you”?
My reviewers for one Metrolinx job are people who make more comments in semantic rather than any in the content itself, making it extremely difficult to elaborate.what would be the point of applying for a job here if I’m missing the bar because is that low!

Metrolinx - a big reason why I had to leave my job in Toronto. The level of service and customer service has drastically dropped off in covid years. After begging and pleading with customer service to restore train services to pre covid levels, they have done nothing. Trains are packed but we are still working with skeleton schedules and it doesn't make sense why metrolinx is lagging behind.

Everyday, the uncaring Metrolinx contractors (building the new sw transit system), starts using their very noisy machinery at 0600 until 2300 without any consideration/ respect for children and elderly in the area. Their sleep patterns (very important for health) is disrupted and nobody appears to care.

Gratitude cannot express how I am feeling at this moment towards the exemplary customer service I received from your team. This morning I lost my phone at Oshawa station while boarding the 6: 33 Express to Union, crew aboard the train behind me had found my phone and advised they would bring to Union, I had purchased a 20 dollar gift card for a reward to the customer service staff which was refused,

I received the same level of extraordinary customer service from the Lost and Found at Union and was reunited with my phone just before 8am.

I just started my commute from Oshawa at the beginning of the year and I am still adjusting to my journey.

Your staffs actions make me feel at ease, their level of customer service, empathy, integrity and honesty are a breath of fresh air,

Well done.

After travelling with metrolinx for almost 4 years straight to go to and from work they keep adding ridiculous costs, taking away discounts and I've had enough
I'm so tired of the government upping prices to get to work by using a green choice. Soon people won't be using your commute services because it'll be so expensive and soon there may not be parking for the everyday rider unless you pay.

Transportation issues aside, Metrolinx is a Corrupt organization that will fight tooth and nail to avoid paying the tradesmen who build their railway stations.

Do not take Lakeshore East during rush hour. Next time I'll sit on the DVP. You have to walk like hearded cattle to get to the train and then stand until pickering or ajax to get a seat. Plus there is not enough parking in oshawa so your day starts even sooner. They cant keep up with demand. Drive!

My experiences with METROLINX:

1. Waiting 7 months to get my reimbursement
2. Their app permanently damaging my PRESTO card.

So yeah, not great.

Atrocious company and customer service. Never use a machine to load up your presto card. Save yourself the headache and just load it up with an actual person at the counter. I made the mistake of trying to load up $10 on my presto card using a machine. The machine shut down halfway through the transaction and as a result, my card didnt get the $10 and the machine didn't return my money. I called up Presto to get my money back and they told me they'll resolve it in 7 business days. 7 business days later, nothing happened, so I called them and then they told me that the money is "locked" until the next time I use my card.and that this locked value is only valid until the end of the month. Stupidly slow and needlessly complicated process. Rather than someone being available who could just unlock the machine on the same day and return my money, I had to jump through all these hoops.
Learn a little something from how transit companies in the UK or the far East operate and sort yourselves out -_-

Your go buses are filthy.
Your go buses are so damn cold.

The amount of rides you must take inorder to get free rides is atrocious.
Majority of riders won't be able to reach that goal.

I find it absurd that you get a card mailed to you or put money on your card on your computer.you then need to tap the card and it is not immediately usable.must wait 24 hours. No other payment card on Earth works this way. If you go to London England the Oyster card does not work this way. If you speak to Metrolinx staff they will give you their excuses but no effort to solve this ridiculous failure in service. Metrolinx is just one more government linked company that is so busy patting themselves on the back that they do not take action to correct glaring problems with their service plan. I will say their employees are generally friendly and trains are clean.

They have essentially ruined what used to be half-decent, reliable, AFFORDABLE regional transportation. Too many "chiefs" pulling down huge salaries to justify raising fares. I see Metrostinx as merely another Government layer that was and is totally unnecessary.

I'm very dissapointed in the customer service I've been receiving from Metrolinx Presto. I accidently bought two Metropasses on February 01 because the self-service machine glitched and didn't add my Metropass onto my Presto card the first time.
I've been trying to get the $152 I'm owed refunded to me for three weeks now and every time I call to check the status I'm only told my refund is being "Processed". This lackadaisical attitude about returning my money to me is really unacceptable.

Bus driver threatened me, ran after me in an attempt to hurt me and despite complaining about it to go transit, they didn't do anything about it.
They just want to make you pay for their service, which is horrible to begin with and make $ off of it. I will never be using GO.

Started off bad, machine eat my money for the ticket, but after calling customer help, and speaking with Darren and the other ladys they got me and my family taken care of by still getting us on the train and bus and getting us a refund so we could still have great experience with GO, THANKS!

The worst company I have ever dealth with, bought a monthly presto card with no signs of it reflected on my presto card, but my bank account was debited, whenever you call they just give you indefinite timelines and send you away, its been 2 weeks already and no signs of a refund even, the only response is "it is with the finance department", is the finance department sleeping? Never had to deal with any company with such poor customer service. Why launch Presto when you are not READY? People need to commute everyday and this is not a joke

Back in the day when I was using Go Transit (run by Metrolinx), I was able to pay for rides with punch cards and it was convenient. Also, when I wanted to transfer on busses between next door cities, I didn't have to pay extra fare.

Now what is happening is that all the bus systems running on the GTHA area (between and including Hamilton and Toronto) is that they're only giving fare benefits to people with plastic presto cards which is like another money card that can easily be lost or screwed up.

By fare benefits, I mean people who travel a long distance and use multiple bus systems to reach their destination. For example, People who use presto can travel to a place in Mississauga Go transit doesn't directly service for under $1 where as those without presto pay $3.75 cash (or more if they don't have exact coins).

Options for paper tickets and passes seem to fade away more and more as we speak, and this in turn make those who do not want to pay $6 for a presto card and that make occasional trips to nearby cities frustrating.

I even experienced transit pain recently when a new rule was made where I couldn't complete my trip because the final bus no longer accepted paper transfers from the neighboring city like they did before. Instead, they expect everyone to use the Presto Card, and I verified this fact by phoning the customer support line.

Presto Card should not be the ONLY option for people who occasionally (not rarely or frequently) use transit in order to save money on transit.

2 things tell your driver stop taking drugs while on the job and other one your PIO aid on drugs and you don’t belong in the city of Toronto hopefully your drivers go one strike soon I have information on who In the city of Toronto is corrupt politicians public city officials get ready for that list soon
