Meubles RD - Ottawa (Orleans)

I purchased a table and 4 chairs, plus an extra set of chairs (6 in total).
The table and chairs are beautiful and the delivery guys were professional and very helpful.
We were missing 4 little screws for one set of chairs but I had some here that worked fine.
My only negative (not really negative.but if there was something) would be that the table and chairs do mark easily. The wood is kind of soft. I purchased a 2mm thick plastic table cover to protect it from my kids and it's working fine!

We were very happy with Matthew at RD Meubles.
He seems to understand our needs right away and found us our couch in no time!

Johny was very helpful and knowledgeable- it was great to deal with him. It was my first time in this furniture store and I was pleasantly surprised.

Dec 31 bought new living room set including tables. Such great service provided my Michel. He was so patient with me to try different tables to match my set. I would recommend shopping at this store anytime. I compared the same couch to another big furniture store and the price was double what I got. I give this store and 5 star review.

Went to Meubles RD in Orléans to buy a stove for a tenant and spoke with Johny. Within twenty minutes, I received all the information from him. Went to a different place to check for the same and came back to Johny. He is very reliable, fast and knows his subject. Thank you Johny for your help. You are very efficient and accurate.

Great furniture with great prices. We dealt with Mat who was so pleasent and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Fast friendly service, sales rep found the freezer I wanted, ordered it and gave me a great price on it. However the delivery and after service is a disaster! Worst customer experience ever. If it wasn't for the store manager going the extra mile to get my freezer into my basement, I would have given up on this and demanded my money back.

I wasn’t planning on searching this particular store for the Black Friday Freezer deal I had been searching for online.
I was told by another retailer, that the Frigidaire I wanted wasn’t in stock anywhere, and I wouldn’t be able to expect it delivered until the end of January.
I was pleasantly surprised to see it sitting in JD furniture and saw it was also on sale for the same price as “L” offered. What was different though, was no free delivery, or save the sales tax. This was when Matthew appeared. Friendly, knowledgeable and focused. He told me that this store has a price match policy and he would check if they would include the free delivery. The would! I bought it then and there while Matthew filled me in on the stores long history in Quebec. It arrives next week! I’m thrilled, and will check this store first (after doing my homework) before buying elsewhere.
Fingers crossed the delivery arrives when they say it will.
I will update if there are any issues.

Right upon are arrival, we were greeted by Matthew and directed us to the product we had seen online (Fusion recliner chairs). He was very professional and helpful, and made our purchase a breeze.
