Mi Clinic @Erin Mills Mall Plaza

I have been a patient at Mi Clinic for more than 7 years now and I have not once had a bad encounter with any of the staff or doctors. The atmosphere of the clinic is something you cannot find in any doctors office, staff is always happy to help and always have a good connection within each other. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a doctor that really cares for patients.

Sunday morning at 10am. Waited for an hour with 8 other people in line. Few sick kids with fever. No doctor and no receptionist. They never came. Left after an hour. Felt sorry for all the sick people who waited. Internet stated it's open.

I visited miclinic for urgent matter, although tbe dicors were busy and i am not a patient of the clinic, the secretary was so kind, sasked the Doctor to see me he was professional andown to the point. I am so happy with the service and the helpfull staff

I am not satisfied with the service, they are so much money minded and want the patient should Visit multiple times so that they can charge them. At least one should have access to visit doctor twice in a day, one is before test and 2nd with test results. But they don't allow, I have paid the doctor fees just to refer me for test, what a Joke. They should think about common Man.

Dr. Qamar is really good but I suggest the clinic is always in a hurry to finish off early. Every patient deserves time. The receptionists are terrible, except the one guy whose really good! They always forget about my lab results.

Dr. Ali is the best doctor I have ever known. He is surrounded by an equally capable team and staff that go the extra mile to deliver the best service possible. There are times when there's a delay, which is understandable when we consider the time and attention they dedicate to each patient.

As always, we’ve had an absolutely seamless experience with MI Clinic recently. My daughter, who is an athlete, fractured one of her pinky toes and as was in dire need of medical attention. We reached out to to the clinic and Nesrine moved mountains for us and found an availability for both an x-ray and follow up appointment all within a few days time frame. Dr. Ali was also quick to provide us with a prognosis and set my daughter up for an easy recovery. We’re thankful to everyone for having made it less stressful to sustain such an injury!

Disappointing experience as the wait time is so long despite arrival on time for an appointment.

Overall Dr Ali and MiClinic staff and facilities have been great. There may be some issues in not getting appointments as desired as when Dr Ali is fully booked but that does not matter as some or the other doctor is available for consultation in the same clinic. When I compare this clinic to many other clinics I and my friends have visited, MiClinic service quality and care is notches above. Basically Dr Ali is very competent and his team friendly and helpful. They make personal connections. I would say it is one of the best in whole of GTA.

I read so many reviews about the receptionist and I ignored them but really wish I didn't because they're all true. I've talked to her about 5 times in the last 3 weeks and it's been a negative experience every time. She always seems confused and doesn't seem like she's listening because she keeps saying "yeah" "uh-huh" WHILE I'm talking.
She also told me I don't need to call to ask if they received my lab results because she'll call me. A week went by so I called and asked about my lab results and she said they were here. I asked when they got them and she said 4 days ago and I was so upset because this was time sensitive. Sensing I was upset she asked "you didn't get our voicemail? " there 100% was NO voicemail from the clinic.
To top it off, in that same call she finally managed to book an appointment for me AND DIDNT TELL ME SHE WAS BOOKING IT AT ANOTHER LOCATION. I showed up for my appointment at this location only for them to tell me my appointment was at another Mi Clinic location - are you kidding me?

The receptionist is the only reason I will not be coming back to this clinic. Too much of a headache, not worth it.

Incompetent staff creating a huge communication gap between patients and doctors. Hiring a cheap quality call center doesnt help though. I wish i could've had the chance to call my doctor directly and avoid this mess

By far the most disrespectful staff, if i could give a 1 star i would, I had an appointment at 11: 30 and was completely ignored multiple people came in after me and went to see the doctor within minutes of arriving, i left then got a call from the doctor 1 1/2 hours later telling me he was now free to see me, i found that absolutely ridiculous, if i’m booked in for a time slot i don’t mind waiting 15 minutes but over an hour is crazy, the ladies at the front desk are always no help and have attitude as well.

Dr. Haidar dabagh is the best
He never rush you, he takes his time to listen to you carefully. If you forgot something he asks you, I really appreciate this doctor, highly recommend

Since COVID 19 started and after 2 years of dealing with the Pandemic, this clinic turned to one of the worst clinics and their system unacceptable, patients looking to see or at least talk to their doctor in the same day as they need consultation and prescription not after few days and sometimes a week. Suppose they have multiple doctors to see patients, don’t know what’s wrong with them. No more recommendations to go there and agree with all looking to move to other clinics.
And currently using calls center no nothing, if the Managment care should take quick correction action

This is by far the most ridiculous Clinic I have visited. I walked in with my ailing toddler, with just 1 patient sitting in the clinic. I requested the front office staff for a one-to-one. She kept insisting on a virtual appointment while I am standing with the child in the clinic. She took the OHIP card, and sat with it for 5 minutes and then came in to say that the doctor is very busy to see the child. Can doctors refuse to see patients while they are already in the clinic? She could have asked me to wait or worked around the situation, but a clear no to see patients when you are a doctor us frankly against the very grain of 'being a doctor'. I am disappointed qith this level of service.

I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic, its doctors and staff. Dr. Ali is the most caring attentive doctor and goes above and beyond for his patients! The nurses and staff are always trying their best to assist! Especially Nisreen who demonstrates such kindness and patience when trying her best to assist patients!

They seem to have new people on the phone lines/ front desk who seem to have no clue what they're doing.always hung up on, call takers have no clue at all what you're trying to ask or need, etc

Great service and friendly staff. It can be busy at times, but everyone is kind and helpful. Have been going here for many years now.

Never ever ever do they actually answer their phones. I get hung up on EVERY SINGLE TIME! TRYING TO GET PRESCRIPTIONS REFILLED. NOW 4 DAYS LATE AND THE DR OFFICE DOESNT ANSWER PHONES OR RESPOND TO MY PHARMACIST! This is not a one off, this happens ALL the time. Worst clinic around, probably why they're the only ones around accepting new patients.

Very nice and helpful especially the Egyptian person (sorry was tired and forgot to ask for name) but was very helpful. One point though don't call on the phone because there can be miscommunication.

Wait times are long I had a phone call appointment, (which I had switched from in-person to a call) but ultimately what matters is the doctor who helps you understand your condition and helps you cope a little bit better with your anxiety. I really appreciate the amount of time Dr. Eldagni took to listen to me patiently and reassured me the steps I am taking to manage my condition are appropriate. Also he reassured me to trust in the hospital system here, because once I am admitted I am the responsibility of the hospital and once I inform them of my medical needs they will accommodate those needs related to my condition.

I was referred to Dr Naqvi (2690 Erin Center Boulevard) by my family doctor and had an appointment with Dr Naqvi on 15th October 2021. I found the Doctor and his immediate colleagues to be thorough and professional. I was asked to wear a heart test Holter monitor for 72 hours, 15th to 18th October 2021, and gave it back to the clinic on 18th October 2021. After 2 months of waiting during which the results of the Holter tests have not been communicated to me or my family doctor I rang up the clinic, managed to speak to their office/accounts staff who promised me that the results of the Holter test would be E mailed to me on Monday (that day being Friday). I have not received any results (nor has my family doctor). Two subsequent telephone messages (their voice mail promises a 24-hour response) and a personal visit later I still have no communication from them. To add insult to injury on Friday I was contacted (nearly three months after my appointment with Dr Naqvi) to be informed I have been referred for further tests without any communication about the results of my first test. I am writing this review out of sheer frustration. I am now going to lodge a formal complaint with the Ontario medical association.
