The Customer Service changed a lot in the last 1.5 years.

Been going here for 10 years, they've gotten so bad and frankly they don't even care. They spend less than 60 seconds per appointment and do their best to have you out of there with no support or follow up.

Edit to response: Management is the reason these clinics are garbage, they sit there to collect money by rushing out appointments.

I visited Mi Clinic at Planation Location for the first time last week. The staff Enas and Marwa were very helpful and welcoming. They assisted me to open a file with dr Shokr who saw me as a walk in patient and was very helpful and professional.
Really appreciate their hard work. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone who is looking for a good care.

Worst reception service. Never picks up the phone. This is not the first time it has happened. Needs to improve their service.

I called MI clinic to contact my beloved family doctor Dr. Amal Al Taweil for prescription renewal; however, she was on vacation. So, the receptionist connected me with Dr Hashim Al Sodani.
Unexpectedly, Dr Al Sodani was so rude & mean during the phone conversation he didn't allow me to inform him about the dosage of every medicine I take & was so harsh in his dialogue.
I felt so sad & intimidated by the way he treated my concern about my medicine.
Thanks God he is not my family doctor & I do not recommend him at all.

When I went to the clinic, I encountered the receptionist named Omran. Her treatment was very bad. The problem was that my 8-month-old child was being treated by Dr. Tariq. A few days ago, he had a problem with a fever and loss of appetite. So, the doctor told me that I could come to him at any time because he is a young child and cannot wait. Omran, the receptionist, refused to accommodate me and did not inform the doctor, which was extremely necessary. I am a mother and I cannot accept this poor treatment, especially for a young child.

I would like to give 0 rating if possible, we have registered DR Amal as our family doctor and we (family) r also consulting her for our issues, now I get a telephonic appointment on 7th dec, I wait for whole day and get no call and called ask them their reply was to wait doctor will call when she gets free from in-person patients (which was not acceptable) but I thought that is way follow so I waited again, Today is Monday and here iam still waiting for her call I again call them today (dec 12) and the reply I get is, DR Amal is not your family doctor so you need to make an walk-in appointment and come this is really annoying. I have lots of health issues and iam really in need of a family doctor to guide me and this is what I get from this clinic.

Hi, if it’s the law amendment, I would like to know when was it amended, because when I called up for an appointment they gave me telephonic appointment, that time they didn’t tell me that you no longer give appointments and when I waited long time for doctors call and called u back, you guys gave me a reason for that, and my husband who is only Registered as family patient to doctor Amal (where we all submitted our request together), he called up your clinic got the appointment and doctor has also clarified to him that it was an internal system problem, and she will be looking at it.

The service everything is really so bad everybody is accepting patients only them they re not!
Why just easier for them

I mean what can I say. This clinic will change your appointment without telling you. No respect for patients. And if you call, they'll be busy and not even put you on hold. The phone will hang up right away. Truly a special place. A + healthcare.

I have recently been to MiClinic and I was amazed by the excellent service by the staff there!

They were very keen to help me answer all my inquiries with patience and a big smile on there face.

I felt comfortable and safe there.

Went here at 4pm today due to eyelid swelling. They close at 6pm but can't take any more appointments for today or tomorrow. What logic is that? There's literally only 1 other patient sitting in the entire waiting area. 2 hours to see 1 patient? And nothing for tomorrow too? Seriously? Terrible!

One of the worst walk-in clinics I've ever been to, the receptionist is clueless, rude, places you on hold forever until the call drops (they did this multiple times before and claim it is a phone issue). When you call back they place you on hold right away. They beat around the bush when asked questions. The doctor could not even fill out a form properly. I had to go chase them down to get information on a medical form amended. However the manager/supervisor is good and made sure my request gets attended to. Nevertheless being in a MVA it was not easy for me to communicate and they made my life hell by complicating such a small request to have a date changed on a form that requires accuracy to detail otherwise it will be rejected as it wasn't filled out properly.

Note: I would not recommend this particular location if I was you, they aren't very incompetent and they are quick to take your money but never to fix your issue at the agreed time and date.

There are better clinics or Mi Clinic branches around Mississauga do your research and choose them carefully. This will be my last time dealing with them at this location, I'll be looking for another family doctor in the near future.

My baby and I joined this clinic with Dr Amal since March 2021. So far it's been a great experience with both the doctor and the office staff. Everyone is nice and caring, and I haven't had to wait much for my appointments. Hope the experience remains good:)

Very unprofessional services provided by Mi clinic especially this plantation place branch. Dr Amal was our family doctor, I booked appointment for my kids physical with this doctor. Before the appointment date they left a voicemail that she no longer accommodate the appointments for physical and I have to call them for the reason.
I tried so many times but no reply from her and her staff. Today I called her office and asked the guy who was on phone the of not having our appointments which were already scheduled. He put me on hold for thrice and told me that we no longer are her patients now. I asked him why but he didn’t give any answer. Now I am trying to call their number but they are not picking up my call.

I think the only reason which comes in my mind is that last time when I booked appointment with the lady receptionist for physical of my kids, the receptionist told me that Dr Amal will first make appointment on phone then she will tell you about the other physical appointments. I told the receptionist you just want to punch my health card for no reason.
Might be the cause she removed us as her patients and how the lady receptionist communicated with the doctor.
Horrible place and horrible service.

What a shocking experience! I called the clinic just to inquire and make an appointment, and my goodness, the women are SO RUDE! I pity the people who have to go in and experience their attitude in person. These women are entitled, aggressive and very disrespectful. I am shocked. For a professional establishment, you would assume that the clinic would employ professional women that do not turn clients away! These women were so hostile to me over the phone, even laughing and mocking me at one point. I heard that the doctors at this clinic are quite good, and it’s a shame that I won’t even be able to give them a chance because their staff is so inept. They need to be put through a customer service support course and learn how to encounter patients in the health care field. They should never even be allowed to work in the healthcare field, because singlehandedly make their patients get worse. The clinic does not care about you, or your needs. I’ll not be coming back, and frankly, these women should not have the privilege of working this job when it can go to people who are much more suited for the role.

Front desk service is horrible at this clinic. Made an appointment for an ultrasound and X-ray today. They did my Ultrasound and told me the lab technician will come to get you in for the X-ray. 20/25 mins passed and when I went back to the Front desk, they told me the lab technician went on a break and won’t come back until it’s finished. I am appalled at the fact that they left me in the middle of my appointment and I had to wait an hour more for my X-ray to be done. People at the front are really unprofessional.

These receptionists are some of the worst and rudest people i've ever encountered in my life. DON'T go to this location! They have massive attitude problems. The doctors are just as bad. I never realized how bad medical gaslighting was until i faced it here myself.they diminish any PHYSICAL issue/problem you're having by gaslighting. I was shocked when they told me my chest pain was all in my head and then made a derogatory comment about my looks. I've never faced such appalling behaviour in my life.the doctors also always cancel appointments without notifying the patient! Happened to myself and other friends that I know that go to this clinic

Honestly, I’ve never faced such neglect and lack of professionalism as I’ve encountered from this clinic.

The front desk hung up on me multiple times, they have no phone etiquette. If you’re working in the health care field, it is important to be gentle with the patients and employ staff that reflect your clinic’s values and morals. My family and I have encountered rude staff on several occasions, there is no reason to have such attitude.

The doctors have denied me proper support and help. They have been extremely unresponsive, I have wasted so much time here. Even after I book appointments, the appointments are not properly addressed. I literally switched to another clinic today, because my health exponentially got worse and this clinic, the doctors, simply don’t care to help.

Beyond disappointed.

Very good and profishnel doctors, very organized clinics, Doctor Amal el-taweil is the best doctor i ever met in Canad, not just clever but having a great heart, God blesse her, cares a lot to help people

Receptionists are something to behold, and not in a good way! Calling them inept doesn't even begin to scratch the surface.

Understanding the level of competence I will encounter when interacting with them, I can't help but openly laugh whilst shaking my head and uttering, "Unbelievable. "

Please, send them all on a Customer Service 101 course. You owe them that.

Doctors are amazing but I always have a huge issue with the attitude of the receptionists. You should work hard with them because they are the first to welcome the patients and what they are doing is completely the opposite. They always show disrespect. I will think seriously to change the clinic if they treat me this way. They will talk without looking at me. If you ever bother yourself to read the reviews below you would have worked to improve the customer service

Very unprofessional, waiting for over 2 weeks to get a form from my doctor. Receptionist only say she’s busy.

The receptionist lies about doctors availability. Never co-ordinates appointment time and they waste doctor and patient time.

Receptionists are quick when it's busy, friendly when it's relaxed.dr.amal and dr.annakili are fantastic.

Too long of a wait time otherwise DOCTORS ARE super cool but the receptionist staff need either a) more people or b) more experience because the wait times are WAY TOO LONG

This review is definitely a summary. Dr. Shokr has helped me and healed me in ways that no Dr has, I will never be able to thank him enough.

I was battling severe dependence on medication through a different Dr that wanted profit rather than treat his patients. Dr. Shokr,
Would sit with me for hours even though a patient can see a Dr for one issue for 15-20 minutes. He would take time and talk to me and do whatever it takes to make me feel better emotionally I was a disaster I had multiple imbalances that he caught and fixed.

To me, I see him as a family member. It's as if he's helping his brother.

I have recovered thankfully and talking to him makes me very comfortable.

He would only refer me to the best specialist, wait time is always good. Even though we are in a pandemic he still provides care and knowledge to me.

Thank you Dr. Shokr for seriously saving my life

The doctors here are more than amazing, I can’t say the same thing for the receptionist though. They are so rude and judgmental. My mom’s first language is Arabic and her English is not very well, so these people would make fun of her pronunciation and take advantage of her not knowing very good English and would speak in English and look at her and laugh. I’m never letting my mom go alone to this clinic again.

I visited the clinic on Monday as a walk in with Dr. Hala el Taweel and she gave me wrong medicine. After 4 days of using the antibiotic, I am getting worst and went to another clinic who sent me to the Emergency and the doctor at the emergency told me that I have a virus which cause flu and you were given a wrong drug. My family doctor used to be Dr. Salah but he was on vacation so I choose any doctor at the same clinic. I don’t recommend dr. Hala.

I have Dr Shokr and he is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He’s not just there to see you, push some pills and say bye. He actually cares. Wouldn’t change doctors for a million dollars.

Dr Amal is very nice. But I came in for blood work lab. They didn’t tell me I would have to wait 1.5 hours just to get in. There is only one lady doing the bloodwork. They should have told me. I’m so late for work now!

Excellent staff and doctors and to all people complaining about wait times for blood work, it's an independent company brought closer so you do not have to look elsewhere.doctors come in all flavors once you find one you are comfortable with stick with them.
