Worst customer service and unprofessional staff. I couldn’t believe that all the customers who weren’t happy and gave bad reviews was exactly how the staff is. I personally experienced all this today at square one Michael Kors. The manager Noora and the other staff were not helpful at all and while I was still explaining about the item I wanted to return, they started talking to each other as they don’t really care about their customers. ZERO star should be given to this store and staff.

This is the first time, i have visited this store. And, i really love it. Parneet was too polite and too good at customer service. I really like the way she packed the thing. Great experience.

Amazing experience at this store. A manager name Nora is so wonderful, helpful and humble. She answered all my queries and helped with the selection of products.

Went to get a bag for myself…. They have really good collection of accessories and the staff is super helpful. Was helped by Sukhleen and she is an amazing person. 5 stars for her amazing customer service. Would love to visit this store again.

I went to Michael kors square one with my Mom and the staff there today helped her so much. They were kind and well informed about their products. I will definitely go back again. 5 stars

I purchased an order online and I was given an in store refund. The money was still not deposited in my bank account. It has been over a week and still don't have my money back. I dealt with a creature named MIRIAM who was rude and condescending the entire time. MIRIAM'S SALES ID IS 834587. I have already contacted the better business bureau

They lie about their system being down for returns to meet their sales targets. The staff is rude and not at all empathetic. If you want to experience the worst customer service then do visit this store.

I would like to say how rare it is to receive the great experience and customer care i was given. The young girl Sara was a delight to deal with she took her time and helped me with great care. The staff here is what every store needs I highly recommend Michael kors sq one you will be treated as a person and customer. Again Sara thank you for all your help.

This specific review is for Friday, December 16 at around 7-7: 30. My partner and I went inside looking for a wallet for my mother and kid you not, none of the 4 workers there cared to greet us or even ask us the whole time there if we needed any help. They were just standing in a group chatting and laughing with no care in the world. It really is unfortunate because I love MK and have been coming to this store for a while; unfortunately, I will not be visiting any more until they step up their basic retail manners (which is not hard, at least say hi, it’s Christmas, be a little happy lol). Anyways, I bought what I needed at Kate spade because I couldn’t bother with the atmosphere at MK. Please teach your workers to be kind and non-judgemental.

I needed to return an online order to this store as my order was too big. I was soon informed that they are unable to process returns as their new system kept crashing because it wasn't tested properly. I was told they can package my order for me to bring to Canada post. Other customers became very upset while having the same issue as me. I mentioned to the associate that this seems to be an ongoing issue with this store and if they are unable to accept returns, that needs to be communicated to customers before they come to the store. The associate informed me that directing my complaint to her was unfair as she was doing the best she can. This is true however this issue needs to be addressed as customers were becoming irate for wasting their time to go there only for them to not be able to process any returns. In the end the associate took my order to Canada post for me and was able to refund me. However the whole experience was a huge hassle and I will never go back.

Apparently their return system was down for online returns. The very rude manager stated to me.how as a company as big as Michael kors can their system be down for 3 days for online returns. I went to the Michael kors in Niagara and returned my damaged online order no problem. People if you do not like your retail job, do not work at said retail job! I see below someone stated they do this for their own gains. Disgusting
