Zippers on the backpacks are no good. They won't last. But my wife loves Michael Kors for some reason

Store is clean. Staff wasn't very friendly. Didn't even thank us after she cashed us out. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

I wish I could give a negative rating. I went there during the Black Friday sale to do a price match for a recently purchased handbag. It’s costed me $296 and on sale it was for $134. A black employee (don’t know her name) was so rude and refused to do a price match. I gave her the bill which had all the details like the date of purchase, price, item number, my credit card number etc.but still she would ask me for every detail and still refuse saying they can do price match only within 7 days of purchase which is wrong. She lied about the timeline for price match when I was still eligible to get one. She also lied about the price of the same product in store saying it’s on full price, when it’s clearly on sale on Michael Kors website. The next day when I went to Michael Kors store in Markville mall, they did the price match without asking a single question. It was such a smooth process and the sales associate was so polite and honored me as their valued customer. This store is a disgrace to Michael Kors company. Take it down STC.

I came to do returns at this location and Almira was very kind and professional to help me out with my returns. I did not feel like i was treated badly even though I was returning gave me excellent service! I will come back to shop here
